*HEY GUYS I'M EXTREMELY SORRY FOR THE LONG AWAITED UPDATE!! School has started for me and I've been lazy these past few weeks. I'll try to get into the routine of updating at least every other day or every week. I have not abandoned this account. Just bare with me. MY BIRTHDAY WAS ALSO ON AUGUST 19 YAY.*

It is okay if you don't fit society's standards. Empower and treat yourself. You are a strong, beautiful, significant and independent woman. Don't let anyone tear you down about anything. If you want to do something, then do it. Start to be a courageous person. Every single week, even every two weeks, do something you have never tried before. 

So what if others think you are fat or too skinny? Keep living on with your life because they are jealous of your extreme beauty :) In this generation, people have used the word "fat" as an insult. If anyone call you that, say, "So what?" That word shouldn't be used as an insult, or calling someone else out. 

Cherish the happy moments around you and just smile during the hardest times. Life eventually gets tough, and you need laughing medicine to cure it. Just laugh. it may seem crazy, but it really helps and feels refreshing. 

If you have any friends that like to degrade you, ditch them. Stay closer to the ones who are your real friends. If you are in a situation where you can't, tell them about it. If they still won't stop, you know they are fake friends. 

You need to understand that you should always love yourself. No matter your height, weight, look, followers, friends or clothes, there is someone out there who appreciates you for the way you are. If you haven't come into contact with that person, don't give up hope. You are worth so much that words cannot begin to describe it.

You are an exuberant person. When you are kind to others (and yourself), you will receive the same result! 

You need to embrace all of your crevices and imperfections because you are stunning. You are ethereal. Always tell yourself that.

You are strongly loved. You may not think that you are, but I strongly love you <3
