Don't...don't you ever dare to kiss those sherbet red lips. I know I know they are so goddamn lovely, but you don't want to see his ever so gorgeous blush. Because that would only give more wings to the butterflies in your stomach, and sadly this boy is not up for any romance.

Edward Hawkins might have some extra set of veins under those high cheekbones because he can't survive  even a flattery remark without  flushing red, let alone a kiss. Of course  he is not the typical flirtatious boy like  the one's he's spent his life with; neither is he the exact epitome of  "modesty ", but anything to do with romance doesn't set him on fire right away. He is the "fall-in-love-first" sort of boy which means he doesn't do blind dates.

Most of the time, Edward is a sweetheart coated in honey, but at times, he might transform into a furious jackass, ready to rip your head off. But it is only when someone  dares provoke his loved ones.

Oh, and make sure you don't mess with his private room. Nobody knows what he does in there, not even his family. So you certainly shouldn't try your luck since its only going to get you in enormous trouble.

Apart from that, he's a guy who loves to lock himself up in his bedroom  and study for hours. Boring?  Ahh no! He's not the Einstein kid you  may have encountered in your own class. He just wishes to make a prosperous future so that his kids don't hve to suffer from all those things that he suffered from.

Edward loves hiking and swimming  until his muscles would literally suffer from excessive lactic acid. Fashion is, well, the last thing on his mind.

That's the kind of boy he is: Soft hearted, down to earth, and hardworking.

Hmm. He doesn't usually get angry on meaningless things, but when someone actually unnerves him, he entirely forgets how his mother raised him up. From profanities to beating the hell out of that person, he does everything to later regret in solitude. Edward can be a little selfish sometimes, specially to the girls crushing on him. He's been called self obsessed and mean because  in school, he refused  to let anyone copy his homework. Even now, he doesn't  let his colleagues get the slightest idea of his schemes and plans about business works. He also can not handle his father's stupid rants on bills not being paid on time, food not cooked well, house not being cleaned properly, and his wife not being up to his standards. This sometimes boiled Edward's blood so much that he literally screamed obscenities at his father before his mother dragged  him away. Edward does not have a fashion  sense and has no problem jogging in formal clothes, or going to interviews in casual dress up without even a tie.

STRENGTHS

His mother is his strength. Yes, she has always been by his side whenever he needed support, confidence or just the shadow of her so that he could walk without any fear. He remembers how, when he was almost sick to death, and his father did not have enough money to pay for his surgery, his mother had worked day and night to hospitalize him. He can never forget how her skin had peeled off and hands swollen red with work just so that he could gain his health back. She, in reality, has been his strength all along.

BACKGROUND

Edward has come from a family who wasn't very well off until his mother took the responsibility of feeding  the entire family. Even then, he saw how poverty brutally gnawed on his family, while his father kept himself occupied by the pleasure of womanizing and spent the little money he earned on them. It outraged him so much that he stormed out of the house and swore never to come back until his dad promised to give up all the satanic things that he was involved in. His dad did stop. But it was only temporary. Edward saw it as a turning  point in his life. He pledged  himself  to study hard enough to get a scholarship and a flourishing  future so that he could give his mother all that she ever wished for.

So he did study hard, and also got a scholarship. In Yales, he mastered in business studies, and as soon as he graduated, started his own little business of technology which in no time became a very thriving  career for him.
