Backstory: As a child Matrix was trained in the art of puppeteering by his father in order to take over the shrine/shop one day. But after he took it over something happened. Something that started rumors of the shrine being haunted. So people stopped coming. This something that happened was 20 years ago. But Matrix can still be found at the shrine trying to get customers. Though his puppets scaring people whenever they come over aren't helping at all. But it does help keep the Treasure Hoarders away. Same with customers. Giving Matrix a lack of Mora and a lack of friends. Though Heizou comes over sometimes to investigate the hauntings of the shrine. But repeatedly Matrix says that it's just the puppets he's made malfunctioning or the yokai that surround the shrine making mischief. Though he knows full well it's not.
