Backstory: Fun-fact about Jules. He's actually Kaveh's half-brother. When Kaveh's mother remarried and moved to Fontaine she had Jules but forgot to tell Kaveh. So that'll be a nice surprise. Within a few years Jules developed a wonderful brain and sense of justice. So he built his first machine. The Super Speed Pneuma Channeling Arkhium X-Cycle. Or the X-Cycle for short. It's essentially just a motorcycle but powered by Pneuma. When Jules joined the Gardes he became the best because of his X-Cycle being able to catch up with criminals. So becoming captain of the 4th Squad was an easy feat. And he became the youngest captain in the Gardes. Even Chevreuse of the Special Patrol came to his promotion.
