Backstory: Growing up Chloe always loved making people smile. It was what made her happy. So one day she started looking for people to join her circus. Her older brother Wriothsley thought Chloe's idea was ridiculous and didn't support it which caused them to grow apart. But as time went by people joined her circus and it gained popularity across Fontaine. One day even the Court of Fontaine gave enough Mora to the circus for it to become the first circus on water. An artificial island was built for stalls, side shows, and the main tent. The Flamme Brillante Circus on Water was then born and became the most popular circus in all of Fontaine.
