Backstory: Emo was born thousands of years ago to his mother and Xbalanque, the first Pyro Archon, after his older sister Lily. The two grew up together and were very close. Until his father died because of his human lifespan and his mother mysteriously disappeared. The two then began living together by themselves. They found a remote Inazuman island not part of the Shogun's rule and built a castle for themselves there. Where Lily was killed by a demon hunter. Who Emo killed back. Now he's living alone as prince of his kingdom of New Natlan wanting to be the best future King he can be. While ignoring his depression.

Backstory: He lived 2000 years ago in Mondstadt and witnessed the Archon War. One day when he and his two friends were outside of the city they had to rush back because of the conflict. But his friends were crushed and killed by a meteor from Morax. Matrix was knocked back by the shockwave but was carried into the city by Barbatos. Later he received his Vision that a local witch thought was supposed to be hers. So when Matrix refused to give it up the witch cursed him with immortality. Which aged her 80 to 90 years. So she taught him magic after realizing the mistake she made. When she died Matrix moved on with his life. One day he was approached by Alice who continued to teach him magic until she left. Now in the modern day Matrix joined the Knights of Favonius as their head diplomat and is learning modern magic under Lisa. Who is the only other person who knows of his curse.
