Description: Quiet and stoic yet intelligent, Suichi travels all around Teyvat helping citizens in all the regions while keeping his identity as a previous member of the fatui a secret to avoid being caught and avoid other's life being at risk. His hair is like the picture below but is emerald-green and has one blue eyes and the other is forest green. His height is the same as Alhaitham but his size is more of a typical anime man build but slightly muscular. He wears an outfit similar to Mika, but the design is the geo design from Liyue.

Skills: Normal attack: deals five dendro attacks that deals dendro damage.

Charged attack: consume certain amount of stamina to deal a huge shockwave of dendro damage after a short casting time that damages enemies 30 miles from him. Charging time is slightly longer for the next charged attack.

Plunging attack: Suichi plunges towards the ground from mid-air, dealing damages to all enemies. Deals AOE dendro damage when landing on the ground. After the Shield of the Moon God in sword stance, Suichi cannot do a plunging attack.

Elemental skill: Shield of the Moon God: Suichi surrounds himself with a sphere of green light in a hexagon pattern, making it as a shield to protect and heal himself or his allies while launching projectiles that deals Dendro DMG to nearby enemies. Using this elemental skill changes Suichi's stance to sword stance which for:

Normal attack: he deals five rapid consecutive dendro slashes

Charged attack: consume certain amount of stamina to unleash a diagonal slash, dealing Dendro DMG to nearby opponents.

Hitting the enemy affected by the projectiles from the Shield of the Moon God with a sword attack unleashes a moon shaped Lunar Slash which deals Dendro damage that is considered as an elemental skill DMG and can occur once every 2.0 seconds.

After 30s, or when the ability is unleashed again, Suichi will return to his catalyst stance and this ability will enter CD.

If the return to the catalyst stance occurs automatically after 30s, the CD will be slightly longer than the normal CD.

Elemental burst: The Wrath of the Moon:

Catalyst stance: Song of the Moon God

Launch a bunch of dendro imbued projectiles (kinda like Zhongli) that deals AOE Dendro DMG and applying the Lunar status. Portion of the energy cost will be returned after used.

Sword stance: Dance of the Moon God

Performs multitude of green moon slashes (like the slashes in Alhaitham's elemental burst) with a large AOE, dealing massive Dendro DMG to all surrounding opponents, which triggers Lunar Blast.

Lunar Blast

When the attacks hit an opponent affected by Lunar, it clears their Lunar status and triggers a Dendro Explosion that deals AOE Dendro DMG. Damage dealt in this way is considered as Elemental Blast DMG.

Backstory: He has a younger twin sister named Mei Kyoko. Both originated from Liyue, both being born from a Japanese father in Inazuma and a Chinese mother in Liyue, they have a fusion of Japanese names but with both Chinese and Japanese meaning. The mother of both Suichi and Mei was a very successful businesswoman in Liyue while their father is an explorer in Inazuma and Suichi and Mei had a happy childhood but they had never expected a tragedy to befall them. When Suichi and Mei were ten, their father was caught by the Shogan's warriors for having a vision and was executed on the spot. Their mother found out about it one day after the incident and had fallen into a deep pit of depression and started to work until the point of exhaustion. When Suichi and Mei were 13 years old, their mother had fallen ill and died, leaving them orphaned and they were brought in by their relatives who also lived in Liyue Harbour and at first their relatives had loved them but it only lasted one year and they were abandoned by their relatives at the age of 14, forcing them to live on the streets. Years pass and go and their adoption had passed and go as well as they were taken in and thrown out by many adopters until they had held resentment for the world and the gods. One day when they were 18, both Suichi and Mei met the leader of the Fatui by accident and after some convincing, Suichi decided to join the Fatui on the condition that Mei will be safe and well taken care of and the leader accepted, welcoming Suichi into his ranks and Suichi changed his name as Tsukuyomi, named after the god of the moon in the Japanese lore. There he met Signora, Childe, Scaramouche, and the rest of the Fatui and was instantly friends with Signora, Childe and Scaramouche. He stayed in the Fatui until he found out the truth of the Fatui and decided to defect, like Scaramouche, causing the Fatui to chase after him and he went into hiding, living with Mei and wandering around Teyvat in his free time which in one of them he met Kaedahara Kazuha. A wandering samurai and they instantly clicked, becoming best friends ever since and he also became a crew member of the Alcor, often adventuring with Kazuha and the crew but also alone when he has time. He always writes letters to Mei during his time adventuring and always gives Mei small gifts he came across during his adventures. He is not a picky eater and like Kazuha, he doesn't like food cooked in a rush or lazy cooking methods. He, like Kazuha, is fond of maple leaves but one of the best sights for him are the Sakura trees in Inazuma and the waterfall in Petrichor, Fontaine. He never told his past to Kazuha, the crew of Crux Fleet, or even Signora, Childe and Scaramouche and often keep to himself but will talk about it in a roundabout way when others asked him about it. In his free time, he likes painting sceneries and writing poetry although his poems are not as good as Kazuha's. His favourite paintings are from Liyue since he missed his hometown so much although he lived in Inazuma after his run from the Fatui. When Suichi goes to Mondstat after travelling in Teyvat for a few months, he would spend more time with Mei to replace the time that he had been travelling, enjoying the sights and food of Mondstat. 

Character Description of him

Traveller: Aether: Oh Suichi? He's more like a lone wolf but when we discuss what he likes the most, his eyes will light up. Right Paimon?

                    Paimon: Oh yeah! That's right and he loves talking about his paintings the most since it is his prized belongings he owns.

                     Aether: That's true and oh yeah, he loves talking about his younger sister, that Mei girl. And when I asked about his past, he always dodge it by talking about it in a roundabout form. We couldn't make heads or tails from it.

                     Paimon: That's true. I wonder why he wants to hide it from us.

                     Aether: Hmm......

Mei Kyoko: Oh my older twin brother? Well, if you had met him when we were younger, you would have seen him smiling all the time, even when things were tough for him. *sighs* He is always so protective of me though. I swear, sometimes I just wish that he just let me fight my own battles but I guess that's what I like about him. *Traveller asks about his personality now and how she is able to make him smile.* Oh, and about that, true he became very closed off but I do know how he is feeling and could guess what had happened to him after we went off to our own paths since we are twins so I guess that helps him to break his shell once in a while. 

Wanderer: Oh, that closed-off guy with an attitude and smarts? Yeah, I know him. He is one of the best Fatui Harbingers in the Fatui and my best friend, although Childe might wanna fight me on that.  Good luck to him. Anyways, he become like a younger brother to me when we were in the Fatui until now and now and then he will always pop up to see how I am doing. Well, to be honest, I also met his younger sister Mei and I can tell how alike he is to her.

Childe/Targalia: Honestly, I could fight Wanderer on who is the best friend of Suichi though but let's just say, he is like a younger brother to me. *Wanderer grumbling in the background* He is closed-off, yeah but he is kinda cute when you notice it after being with him for a long time especially if you see him talking about his paintings. His eyes always light up when that topic is brought up and it makes him look so cute.

Zhongli: Hmm.....what should I say? I've heard about him from Mei and the way she talks about him, it's like he's her hero and I'm really convinced after meeting him a few times whenever he comes to Maondstat after his adventuring. He always dotes on her and gives her small souvenirs from all the places he went on his adventures, even giving us some too. He is more like the leaves in the breeze though, was there one second before he leaves again. 

Keqing: Honestly, all I heard about Suichi from Mei is how he is so doting on her even if he is always far apart from her. I met him a few times and could tell you the truth, he is surely a doting older brother. He even asked Diluc once before on why he didn't acknowledge Mei's feelings. To be honest, I also feel that Suichi is an older brother to me too.

Venti: I've interacted with him a few times and honestly, I see him as a young man who is still lost on his way to his future, but is facing those problems that block him from his future head-on. He's kinda headstrong so it's easier for him to crack under pressure from all the stress including worrying about his younger twin sister, Mei, but he knows he must move forward, no matter how many more problems pop up in his way. I admire him for that and as Barbatos will give him my blessing.

Diluc: Suichi? Hmm......to be honest, he is a doting brother and a good friend. I once met him during the Windbloom event years ago while taking part in it with Mei, and we became good friends ever since. He always talks to me about his troubles over wine and I always advise him. Though, there is one thing that he is annoyed about is me not acknowledging Mei's feelings for me and honestly, I didn't know it at all! I swear! I thought it was just a big brother kind of love, not a romantic kind of love.

Amber: I really admire him for his personality! Though he is closed off, I can tell he is kind and helpful by his actions and that small, almost unnoticeable twinkle in his eyes. He always like helping others and there was once when I saw a young boy crying because he was lost and separated from his mother. He immediately went to the boy and gently ask the boy why he was crying and took him to me. He told me he is Mei's older brother and he wants to visit her but can't because he has some small situations that require his aid and told me to relay this to her. I did and he went off. When I came back, he was talking to the boy's mother while the boy, who was crying before this, was licking an ice cream happily, thanking him furiously. That's when I just realise that behind his closed-off and cold exterior is a man who is caring, kind and helpful but doesn't show that side that much.

Kaeya: Oh, that guy? The one Mei talks about, her older twin brother, isn't he? I met him when he was visiting Mei and I can tell how close they two are. They are as thick as thieves, to be honest, always looking out for each other when one of them was in trouble, making silly jokes that made all of us laugh, and teasing each other about their crush. But Suichi? He's scary when he's either mad or protective, especially when he realised a certain someone didn't acknowledge Mei's feelings... (smirking while Diluc just sighs in the background.) 

Lisa: Oh, Suichi! I've heard of him. He is the older twin brother of Mei and he has quite a curious habit of scratching his head awkwardly whenever someone praises him and then he would be really shy. He does not talk much about his past but I always tell him that he could talk to me about anything anytime and he took my offer and he did but he always seems to avoid talking about his past, not sure why though.

Jean: Hmm....I had heard of Suichi from Mei and I was awe-struck at how kind Suichi is becasue of his kind actions when I first met him and the kind and gentle way he talked about Mei as she is the only person tht he has left among his family, which is really true. He looks so cute when he talked about his paintings and his eyes always lit up whenever he talked about his paintings but I could see there is something in his eyes, something like an old pain and it hurts me to see that in him....

Kazuha: I....don't know much about his past, only know that he was a previous member of the Fatui....and I don't know whatever he had faced before the Fatui as he had never told me but I could tell that it had haunted him so much....so that he had never sleep for a few days.....and he is a good friend and we just clicked, just saying....

Beidou: Suichi.....he is a kind person but I felt that he had to carry his burdens alone although my crew and I and Kazuha wanted to help him.....but I guess he couldn't help it as he is used to carry his own burdens although it crushes him so.....and that is just how he is, that he does not want anyone to help him although he needs help sometimes but he just don't let anyone help him...
