It's the day after move-in and my room is all decorated. Photos on the wall, twinkle lights, and a tapestry that says, "This is Me." It's a Camp Rock reference. That song is a bop. 

Rose and I go downstairs to the lounge and the RA's remind us we have to go to North Field for the class photo. 

We get to the field and there is our mascot, Gary the Groundhog. 

Yes, our mascot is a groundhog. 

Interesting choice, but honestly he's adorable and every year there's a huge celebration on Groundhog's day and we get off school so that's a plus. 

So Rose and I thought we were going to sit on the bleachers for the class photo. But, the school had other plans.

They made us stand in the shape of a G to represent Geneseo. 

It was 1300 students trying to form a G.

Rose and I actually were in the front center and as we were waiting for other people to be placed in the right spots, some guy behind us yells, "I found the g-spot!" 

A bunch of people started laughing and I joined in a little bit and rolled my eyes.

It sounded like something Josh would say. But, why do I care if it's Josh? His nickname is "mini-dick" for a reason. I shouldn't care if it's him. I don't even know him and I don't want to know him! I turn around to see if the guy who made the ridiculous joke is who I think it is. 

It isn't him.

I forget all about Josh when I see this Zac Efron look-alike. I can't believe how much this guy resembles Zac Efron. It's crazy.

He's so... wow.

He must notice me staring because he begins to smirk. 

He says, "Hey. How you doing?"

I look at Rose and I can't help but laugh.

"Who are you? Joey Tribianni?" I ask sarcastically. 

"He wishes," Rose says.

He loses the smirk and now looks pissed.

He opens his mouth and looks like he's about to curse us out when one of the guys next to him taps him on the shoulder and shakes his head.

He closes his mouth and walks to a new "g-spot."

The guy who shook his head looks at Rose and me as he walks away, he says, "Sorry about him. He's a good guy. He just doesn't know how to act around such beautiful girls."

Oh. My. God.

Was I just called beautiful?

That was a first. And it came from such a good looking guy. He isn't a typical hot guy, but he's a cute guy who looks as nice as he seems. 

Before I could even respond, he was gone following the Zac Efron/Joey Tribianni wannabe. 

Rose waves her hand in front of my face because I was still in shock from what had just happened. I know it's not a big deal to many, but to a girl who was homeschooled for part of her life, it was a big deal. 

I have a feeling a lot more changes are going to be happening this year and I can't wait to find out what they are. As I'm overthinking like I always do, I hear Rose say, "Genny, we're about to take the picture!" 

I smile at the camera but all I can think about is how are there so many good looking guys on this campus?! Yes, two of them were kind of douchey but not the one I just met. 

There was something special about this one. I just don't know what. 

But, I have a feeling I'm going to find out.
