Masaru quickly catches Y/n as the fire was extinguished once it had done its intended damage while Kaito and Rei look at the burned-up and lethally wounded girl. As the others ran up towards the rooftop after fighting the goons of Kuyo.

Masaru: "Y/n!" He shouted out in horror as she weakly breathed while he looked down at the girl now sitting on his knees from her scorched and ripped-up uniform to the burn marks littering her skin. "Hey, stay with me okay? We'll get you help, you're gonna be alright I swear it." He said seriously as tears began filling his sea foam green eyes slowly.

Y/n: She looked up at Masaru through her h/c hair as black dots began filling her vision, she slowly reached her hands up towards Masaru to caress his cheeks gently. "M-Masaru..." She spoke up in a softer voice as the pinkette vampire looked down at her. "I'm so happy that I came here to Yokai.... if I didn't have then I would have not met you and our other friends." She said before coughing harshly and then breathing ragged. "I have no regrets, thanks to you all...You all made me feel so special and loved, a sickly human girl like me... so protect each other all of you for me."

Masaru: His eyes widened drastically as Y/n spoke towards him and the others as they all surrounded the two. "Y/n, don't talk like you're dying here. I-I can't lose you, damn it!" He shouted out before leaning down to rest his head on her shoulder, tears slowly ran down his cheeks onto her ruined clothes. "I love you, Y/n. Do you hear me, you're stronger than you think you are." He said while Y/n laughs weakly which got him to look back down at her.

Y/n: Tears slowly ran down her cheeks at Masaru's confession, before smiling up at him sweetly. "I love you too, Masaru... I just wish we had more time together...at least I can give you this to remember me by." She said as she used the last of her strength to pull Masaru into a gentle yet loving kiss, she felt Masaru caress her lower jaw as he returned the kiss more passionate and devoted to her alone.

As the two separated, Y/n smiled up at Masaru until she closed her eyes slowly feeling very tired but she knew what was happening; it was her time to go to sleep. She leaned her head against Masaru's chest one last time and placed her right hand onto his rosary cross as well.

Y/n: "Protect yourselves for me......." She said breathlessly before finally becoming quiet, her now limp hand touched the cold metal of the rosary making it clatter off the chain collar of Masaru Akashiya and onto the cement near her while the same hand that removed it lay beside the cross.

Masaru: "Y/n....." He said her name hoping to hear her voice again but instead heard her take her last breath and her heart still. His sea foam green eyes widened as pure rage began boiling in his veins as well grief. "NO!!!!" He roared out as his true inner vampire was released alongside an entire swarm of enraged bats, he gently set Y/n down onto the floor and caressed her cheek before his now ruby red eyes glared over at Kuyo. "You bastard...I'm gonna kill you!!!" He roared angrily before running over and roundhouse kicked Kuyo into the clock tower before returning to his friends/rivals to move them away from Y/n. "Out of the way all of you, I can save her but I need time." He said seriously as Kaito looked at him in doubt.

Kaito: "Masaru, what are you going to do?" He asked while the now Silvretta vampire looked down at Y/n's body.

Masaru: "I'm going to give her my blood, I'm going to inject it into her veins. It's the only shot we've got to save her from death." He said as Rei explained to everyone the regeneration properties of vampire blood before everyone banded together to fight against Kuyo to buy Masaru time to save Y/n. "Y/n, I'm sorry I couldn't protect you but I will save you. Accept my blood and live!" He thought before moving her h/c hair aside and sinking his true fangs deeply into her body, pumping his powerful blood into this human girl he befriended, the very girl he fought for and loves deeply.

Red rose aura surrounded Y/n's body as it did Masaru's body rapidly while everyone was fighting against Kuyo who soon entered his ultimate kitsune fox form and was bout to set flame everyone until Masaru carefully placed Y/n's body onto the floor on her side.

Masaru: "They still got me, you asshole and I'm gonna beat you to kingdom come." He said cracking his knuckles then began to fight against Kuyo but his blows looked weaker than last time. "Damn it! I gave Y/n too much of my blood that my hits are barely putting a dent on this bastard." He thought til he coughed harshly as Kuyo sucker punched him in the stomach ranting how humans and monsters could only be enemies until Masaru's eyes snapped at Kuyo angrily at his next words.

Kuyo: "It's too bad about her, you know. Y/n Aono would be alive still if only she had accepted my offer to be my vixen instead of siding with a lot of you boys." He said til Masaru grabbed onto his oncoming fist before it hit him.

Masaru: "You are the lowest scum of the earth, Y/n would've never chosen you over any of us!!" He roared out in pure white rage and they began attacking each other again til Kuyo punched Masaru directly next to Y/n's body before sending a blazing ball of fire that way making it burn the two away; at least that's what it looked like to everyone.

A shadow blurred rapidly by carrying Masaru in their arms as the group of boys and Kuyo looked up at the opposite tower to see that Y/n was alive but no longer looked as she did before, she'd changed entirely. Her once burned-up skin was now pristine and void of scars from her time at Yokai Academy. Her h/c hair looked renewed with the tips dyed bright silver, her body was slightly taller and more voluptuous as well seductive looking. But what drew everyone's attention was her eyes; they weren't e/c anymore but the same hauntingly blood red of a similar S-class supermonster.

Y/n glared down at Kuyo still holding Masaru up in her arms before snapping out of her stupor blinking rapidly then looking down at Masaru in shock.

Y/n: "Masaru, H-How did I?" She asked in pure shock til Masaru began laughing deeply in relief as he sighed while Y/n let him down from her arms to stand beside her.

Masaru: "You sure took your sweet time to wake up, my little blood blossom~," He said seriously yet was joking before flicking her onto her forehead which made her whine a bit.

Y/n: "Masa-chan! You big meanie, I should hit you for that!" She shouted out before pouting and looking away from him until Masaru carefully placed his forefinger onto her chin and moved her face to look up at him.

Masaru: "Don't pout like that at me, Y/n. You know, you're too adorable to me when you do that~" He said before leaning down towards her and pulling her into a passionate kiss which made Y/n's cheeks flush bright red slightly.
