"My name is Hessonite, I am 15 years old, my favorite color is orange, I'm a Garnet, the only Garnet in Herogem Academy" Hessonite said as he turned off  a camera. "Mail for Hessonite" White Diamond's pearl knocked on the Garnet's door as she brought him a letter from his friend Rhodolite.
"Dear Hessonite, I'm glad you're in Herogem Academy, I sent you a letter because it's No Tech Tuesday and I'm not allowed to use my phone, I'll send you a box of bonbons at 3 as a care package, enjoy, Sinerely Rhodolite" the Garnet read as he thought about how he missed another gem like him. 
Hessonite was walking to class, staring at a photo of him and Rhodolite when they were little. While walking, her bumped into a girl with light green triangle hair, a light green visit, and a green variation of the academy's school uniform. "Hey!!! Watch where you're going clod!!!!" She shouted. "I'm sorry, I was just..." Hessonite said as he looked up at the gem in awe. "You're a Garnet! Fascinating, you're different from all other Garnet, awfully scrawny, but you are still amazing" Peridot complimented Hessonite. "I should go, class starts in a few seconds, I gotta hurry before I'm late!!!!"
When class started, Hessonite sat in his seat and stared at a scrapbook he and Rhodolite made together. "Rhodolite" Hessonite thought to himself, missing his best friend. Spinel walked up to Hessonite in sadness. "You miss her, don't you?" She asked, holding his hand.  "Yeah" Hessonite answered, closing his book. "Attention staff and students, a corrupted Nephrite is on the loose in the quad, so any extracurricular activities in the area have been cancelled" Headmistess White Diamond announced over the intercom. "Huh?" Spinel stretched her finger to scratch her head on confusion. "A corrupted Nephrite, I'm surprised White hasn't put the school on lockdown yet" Pink Diamond whispered. "Also, all student report to the dormitory for lockdown" White Diamond said at the last minute. "That's it" Pink Diamond remarked.
"I can't understand, who was that gem who called me a clod? I want to know Ruby" Hessonite shook his roommate violently in confusion. "She'll show up soon enough, Sapphire and I fell in love by bumping into each other" he replied. "I don't have a crush on her, I just... want her to be my friend" Hessonite explained.
"No way!!! That's unbelievable Peri!!! You should talk to him!!!" Peri's roommate Zoisite cheered. "Zoi, I don't want a boyfriend!!!! I want a new friend, since he left" Peridot admitted, thinking of her ex-boyfriend Achrolite. "Its different, I just never met a Garnet before, and he's never met a Peridot before either".
"Grrraaarrr!!!!!" A growl was heard outside the school as the creature with one eye and multiple legs broke Peridot and Zoisite's window. "What the?" Hessonite asked as he opened the door. "Aaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!" Zoisite screamed as she was picked up and thrown by the Nephrite. "I have to do something!!!" Peridot pulled on her tablet and activated her Robonoids, green orb shaped robots with cylinders for legs. "How are those gonna help?" Hessonite asked. "Corrupted gems have drool that corrupt other gems, if my Robonoids collect the drool, everything will be fine" Peridot answered. Nephrite growled, blowing the Robonoids away.
"Oh no" Peridot groaned. "I need to do something, *gasp*" Hessonite thought of an idea, shocking Nephrite, but it got back up again. "Now what?" The two asked. A mysterious red gem appeared a wrapped the gem up in a whip. "Its..." Peridot began. "Rhodolite!!!!" Hessonite cheered, all starry eyed. Rhodolite swung Nephrite around and threw it, poofing the gem. "There" Rhodolite breathed, bubbling Nephrite.
"Rhodolite, good to see ya" Hessonite hugged his friend in happiness. "I just came to give you some bonbons, but I saw that monster, so I took care of it" the red Garnet explained.
Blue Diamond appeared to congratulate Rhodolite. "Rhodolite, young gem, since you saved the students, I honor you being a student of my class, welcome" Blue showed her hand and picked up Rhodolite. "Welcome" White Diamons said.
