A soft knock is heard from outside of one of Big Hit's studio. It is where Yoongi is currently working a beautiful song. It is where Yoongi will do the thing he is planning for a long time.

"Come in."

Jimin pokes his head inside and immediately smiles when he sees his boyfriend. "Hey there, my sugarcoated gummy bear."

Yoongi rolls his eyes and groans at the name. But actually inside, he's melting. And nervous.

"Sugarcoated gummy bear? Really?"

Jimin laughs loudly and just goes to sit on Yoongi's lap. He kissed the grumpy man to erase the pout away. And well, it actually made Yoongi smile. "Why so grumpy, grumps?"

"Baby do you actually love me?" Yoongi answers, his pout returning from all those nicknames Jimin is calling him. But the truth is, he doesn't mind. He's just nervous at this time.

"Of course pumpkin. I love you so much." Jimin says as he caressed the older's face gently and smiled at him softly.

Yoongi feels his heart exploding. "And I love you too."

The younger giggles and they kissed again. With Jimin still on Yoongi's lap and the older sitting on his swivel chair, hands wrapping around the younger's waist, and his headphones hanging on his neck.

Things got heated not long after that because Yoongi's lips are gradually descending its way to Jimin's neck and collarbones and, if they don't stop, Yoongi will ruin the chance and will gather again the courage to do the thing he's been planning.

The older stops at Jimin's collarbones and hides his face on the younger's neck, breathing.

"Why'd you stop?" Jimin whispers at his ear, while softly nipping at it.

The older lifts his head slowly, looking at the love of his life with full adoration and smiles. "I have a favor actually, that's why I called you here."

Jimin raises an eyebrow. "Is it another song your having problems with?"

"Uhm, no. I have a song finished, but I need you to do the demo. Is it okay?"

Jimin furrows his brows slightly, he has never did a demo to a song before, why now? And why him? "Baby, I never did demos you know that right? And its not like I have a good voice and–"

"Jimin listen. I love your voice okay? I can hear you singing when you think I didnt notice and I swear no singer can top your voice for me. Please know that." Yoongi assures him as they held hands.

"But I don't want to ruin the song. What if–"

"Please babe, for me?" Yoongi cuts him off and looks him with puppy eyes.

Wow, Jimin can't believe his grumpy boyfriend is giving him puppy eyes. What can he do? Say no?

"Ugh stop that! What is the song anyway? And for whom?"

Yoongi grins like he's win the lottery and moves closer (with Jimin still on his lap) to the computer where he's working the song. He didn't answer the boy but just plays the beat.

"Baby, what's it called?" Jimin whines since Yoongi is busy typing on his keyboard, more like excited to show his boyfriend something.

"It's called Serendipity." The older man picks up a paper where the lyrics  are written and hands it to Jimin.

The smaller one reads the words silently and Yoongi felt his nerves shaking. He hopes Jimin gets a hint.

Jimin is so focused at the words and honestly, his heart is bursting. The way Yoongi wrote the lyrics is just so beautiful that he wished the song was for him.

'None of this is a coincidence
I’m just going with the flow'

'Cause you love me
And I love you'

'You are my penicillin
You saved me
My angel, my world'

'I’m your Calico cat
Here to meet you
Love me now touch me now'

"Awww, Calico cat really? Come here my lil meow meow." Jimin says after reading and hugs Yoongi close, squeezing him tightly. He got teary from the lyrics and how Yoongi just sound so inlove from the song. He just covered his emotional reaction by calling his boyfriend the nickname he hates the most. Hoping he doesnt notice Jimin's watery eyes.

Yoongi sighs and ignores the name in the meantime. "So do you like it?"

"I love it baby. I love you so much." Jimin said, words a little muffled from burying his face in Yoongi's neck. He sniffles slightly.

"Hey hey, what's wrong?" Yoongi pulls Jimin's face closer to him to examine if his boyfriend is okay. He sees the younger's eyes look teary and he panics. "Did you not like it?"

Jimin rubs his eyes to erase the tears and smiles. "What? No. I love it okay? I'm just getting emotional because you write so beautifully that it can tug at any person's heart. It just amazes me how talented you are."

Yoongi can feel his cheeks burn from the compliment especially when it came from his boyfriend. "You are talented too, Chim. Your voice, your dance moves, what would bighit do without you?"

"Taehyung will be frantic. He'll never see someone like us ever." Then both guys laughed about it.

"Let's start?"

"Sure." Jimin nods and begins to stand up. "Who are you making the song for anyway?"

Yoongi freezes for a second and shakes his head. "Im not sure yet. I need to check it up with Taehyung before anything."

"But you're making me demo it? Yoongi, did you discuss this with Tae?"

"Not yet, but I will. Come on babe? Let's get you singing okay?" Yoongi says turning his body to the computer and starts the beat, hoping that Jimin didn't notice how nervous he is.

Eventually, Yoongi helped Jimin how to sing the song. He helped him with the melodies and notes and how he'll deliver the words. Yoongi is no vocal instructor but he is doing this for Jimin. This will be their own little thing.

All day, they kept themselves busy. Singing, recording, taking breaks to rest Jimin's voice and eat for awhile, and kissing here and there. Jimin doesn't want to ruin the only song Yoongi trusted to him, even if its only a demo. Actually the song is not that difficult to sing, and is short. and Jimin has a nice voice and already acquainted to music so they didn't have that much of a hard time.

Unknown to Jimin, Yoongi is dying from nervousness. He feels his pocket from time to time, making sure the object is there. His legs are jittery and he concentrates to not make Jimin notice anything.

Time passed and its getting late, both men are feeling tired for working all day at the studio but none of them complains.

Jimin is in the recording room, headphones on and they are closed to finishing the song. Yoongi listens and monitors Jimin's singing from the other side of the room, with a thick glass separating them.

Yoongi's hands are sweaty while adjusting the tunes and saves the recording. He needs to concentrate for this. He's not going to fuck this up. He waits for Jimin to finish the song then he clicks on something on the computer.

Jimin is still singing the last part while looking at the lyrics on the paper. He sings 'let me love, let me love you..' and as the song arrives at the ending tune, he was about to face Yoongi through the mirror when he hears his own lover's deep manly voice in his headphones.

'Jiminie..'

He startles and turns to face Yoongi but the latter pretends he's done nothing. The older continues to look at the screen of his computer.

'Please listen.. I know you're kinda creeped out now but let me pour out my heart to you this time.'

Jimin lowers his head to hear his voice clearly and he can feel his heart pounding loudly in his chest.

'8 years ago, I was convinced that I will live a normal life. 8 years ago, I was convinced to just be an uncle to my friend's kids. 8 years ago, I was convinced to be alone forever.'

Jimin gulps and he can feel a lump forming in his throat.

'But I never knew that the same 8 years ago, I met the sunshine of my life. The very one that I never knew will give me the happiness I don't think I deserved. I'm not special, I never was, but you made me feel things I never intend to feel.'

'You gave me so much more Jimin, I don't think I deserve you. But guess what? Even if the world will stop me from being with you, i'll fight everything on the way. I like you, i want you, i need you, and i love you.'

The younger bites back a sob and he covers his mouth to stop himself from crying.

'8 years ago, I was convinced to live a different and dull life, but then you happened. I no longer want to live normally but spend a lifetime extraordinarily with you. I don't want to just be an uncle anymore, but I want to have kids with you in the future. I don't want to be alone forever, I want to be by your side until our last breaths. My Jiminie, they say our love is bonded like serendipity. I say that yes indeed we are bonded, but not by luck but by destiny.'

Jimin is purely crying now, his hands are both covering his face and he sobs loudly inside the recording studio. He doesn't know what's going on with Yoongi but his heart is bursting from the message.

'Do you remember the first time we kissed and got together? That memorable day happened at the studio. And now, I want the most memorable day of our lives to happen in here too. Baby, can you look at me now?'

Jimin hiccups, still covering his face but he slowly moves to face the direction where he thinks Yoongi would be. He feels his headphones are being removed but he still didn't move from his spot.

"Jimin, love, please open your eyes and look at me." he hears the older say. He slowly removes his hands while wiping the tears away and slowly opens his tearstained eyes.

As soon as his vision is clear, Jimin searches for his boyfriend only to look down and see him kneeling on one knee and holding a box with a ring on it.

"Will you marry me?" The older asks, his smile looks nervous.

"Oh shit." Jimin bursts into tears again and this time he's unstoppable. He can't believe this is happening to him, he feels like he's living in a dream.

Yoongi still looks at him worriedly. Jimin is crying and still hasn't answered him yet. "Baby? Please marry me, I can't live without you. If you're not ready yet–"

"Oh please shut up." Jimin says through tears and pulls Yoongi up on his feet and kisses him straight on the lips. Both guys stay like that for awhile, endulging the warmth of love they feel for each other. They kissed so passionately, knowing each other's lips already like the back of their hands. Not even air can pass between them.

After the two separate, Yoongi asks again, "So?"

Jimin giggles even though his cheeks are wet with tears. Yoongi wipes the tears with his thumb while mumbling 'such a crybaby', and he smiles at him softly.

"Yes. Oh my god yes!" Jimin answers and he shouts the second time. "Yes I'm marrying Min Yoongi!"

"Oh god I love you so much." Yoongi said as he pulls Jimin into his arms and hugs him tight. He feel so light and happy like he's walking on cloud nine. It's like someone pulled a thorn from his chest and he can breathe finally.

"And I love you too." Jimin replies back.

They are both laughing and crying for a moment, then wiping each other's tears off their faces while looking into each other's eyes. Neither of them don't want to pull away from each other.

"So how's the song? Did I deliver it good? I hope the artist who's going to sing it will love it." Jimin said while caressing Yoongi's face.

Yoongi breaks eye contact for a moment. "Uhm, actually.."

Jimin awaits for his boyfriend's answer, curious because he looks sheepish at the moment.

"The song.. I made the song for you. I'm not a singer and I don't want anyone to sing it so I recorded it with you." He scratches his neck and smiles goofily at Jimin, intentionally showing his gums.

"What? Oh my god Yoongi. I–i.. What.." Jimin stutters as he doesn't know what to say. "So.. This is not a demo? This is really for me?"

Yoongi nods. "If you've read the lyrics well, it's everything that I wanted to say to you and have felt for a long time. Like pouring my heart on it."

"Oh Yoongi." Jimin chokes back, but then he thinks. "What if someone hears this and they don't like it? My voice is not that good."

"Jimin we've been through this. You are wonderful and your voice is my favorite compared to all the artists here. You need to know that you are a very fantastic singer and you delivered the song well. I'm proud of you." Yoongi rushes to explain.

"What about Taehyung? What will he say about this?"

"Taehyung's pretty excited about all this actually. He supports this and we'll be okay."

Jimin stays quiet and Yoongi worries a bit. The younger just cannot believe that he just made a song with his boyfriend–scratch that– fiancé. And someone actually believed in him.

He can't believe he sang the masterpiece that is Serendipity. The masterpiece that the love of his life made for him.

He feels hot tears well up again and he hugs Yoongi.

"I love you so much. Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for everything."

Yoongi hugs him back tight. "And I love you too. I'll do anything for you."

im staying strong rn and im having scheduled checkups with my doctor to keep her updated of my health. You guys left heartwarming messages for me and i dont feel so alone anymore. I realized i have you my wonderful readers who would not leave me esp in tough times. I assure you guys i feel better now. Pls take care of yourself too okay?

👉thankfully wattpad responded so quick and i got to retrieve my missing stories back. Writing is one of the reasons i cope up and i just felt devastated awhile ago when i discovered they deleted gnm. Thankyou esp to KookieHasWings for taking her time to offer back up for my stories. I love you sweetie.
