Hoseok POV

I woke up in Yoongi's arms. He was just beginning to wake up as I was. His hold on me tightening as he sighed heavily. I cuddled into his chest just a bit more. We decided to lay like that for a while.

Until we knew we'd be in trouble if we weren't apart for checks.

"Where's Jin? I'm surprised he didn't come in at all yesterday. I doubt him and Namjoon were together either. Namjoon said he was upset and needed time to process a few things" Yoongi said.

I looked over to Jin's perfectly made bed. I shrugged.

"I don't know. Maybe he crashed in Taehyung's room since he knew we'd just be together all night." I lied.

In reality, him and Taehyung probably were glad we were together all night. It would mean they got to be as well.

"'Maybe" he kissed the top of my head before resting his chin above it. "When do you leave?" He asked.

"When my parents come- about noon" I sighed.

It felt horrible knowing now how I feel for him and also knowing i wont see him for a long while.

"Oh. That's so soon- Is it bad to not want you to go?" He pouted as he caressed my cheek.

I looked him in the eyes. Watching them gloss over. I pouted back before pecking his forehead.

"No. I feel that way too right now. It's ok though. Here" I got up as I went to the night stand. Took a book I know Yoongi's already read, and tore a bit of the paper on a half empty page. "I'll give you my number. As well as my instagram name, and my email incase you're really desperate to get ahold of me" I said as I'd searched for a pen.

When I found one, i scribbled the contacts down, hoping they're good enough to read.

"For you when you get out. Promise me that'll be soon?"

He nodded.

Only a nod because we both know that might not happen. Silly me to let myself get my hopes up.

"Lets go before we get caught now."

Jimin Pov

Hoseok's last day. We sat around the table and all chatted. We were still talking well after breakfast even. Chatting like we've been best friends for ages. Like we all got along all the time and as if we'll see him again any time after we're out.

I watched Hoseok and Yoongi. They held hands under the table. Both have giant smiles on their faces.

"Hoseok, your mom called. Said they'll be pulling up any second now" Counselor nim said as he tucked his phone away.

That's the first time it's been silent all morning. Everyone's smiles fell as realization hit them. Hoseok was going to leave, and we'll all still be stuck here.

"B-bye" Taehyung said as he got up and wrapped his arms around him.

I sat completely still.

"Bye Hoseok, we'll miss you so much" Jin said as well, going and wrapping his arms around Tae and Hoseok.

"We'll talk again soon right? B-because we'll all get out ok? Then we'll all hang out" Namjoon said, trying to lighten up the mood some.

"Bye Hoseok" Jungkook said.

And soon enough Yoongi and I both said our byes as well. Going to hug him with the other 5. Making awkward eye contact with each other as my arms wrapped around Jungkook's back (since Hoseok was unreachable anymore).

"I'm going to miss you guys. Promise me when we all are out, we'll hang out. It's weird, but you guys are like my best friends." He said.

His eyes were glossy. Just like the rest of ours. And I pulled away as did everyone else. And each one of us stood awkwardly in silence then. Just for a few moments. Just until Counselor nim let us know his parents were outside.

"Yoongi, come up and help me get my bags please" He said as he headed up the stairs.

While they did that, Counselor nim had us all stand in a line just as we did when we first came in. I looked at all of us in the reflection of the TV just as I'd done our first day here. We looked so different then. By now we're almost all a year older. We're all going through something and all just as confused and hurt towards our families as we were back then. Only now, there's one less hurt kid standing in line.

Yoongi and Hoseok came down with Hoseok's things. Counselor nim took them from Yoongi and smiled as he nodded over to us. So Yoongi hurried in line at the end.

"Now, I've already had this spotlight. It's your turn" Counselor nim said as he gestured for Hoseok to stand apart from us.

"I uh- don't want t say it's been fun. It's been hell really. I do want to say I've found people that can make this hell feel ok. I'm so glad I met you guys. Honestly, you're all my best friends. I'll miss you." He smiled as he wiped his teary eyes.

He then stepped forward to give us each individual hugs. He whispered something in Taehyung's ear, but I didn't hear it at all.

Then it was my turn. He wrapped his arms around me and I smiled at him once he pulled away. He leaned in then and whispered to me.

"if the a time comes where you want Yoongi, don't hesitate. I mean this" he said.

My jaw dropped.

I ended up naming the mouse
Hani. And her friends name's Heechul.
I saved hani from a SNAKE 🐍 (you're welcome hoseok- (cringy hm...))
And heechul is her actual sister that i bought from the feeder section of a store for her bc she needed a friend.

Anyways idk what to do bc my rats are being buttholes now that i have mice and they're having a stink off for territory purposes. So um... fun 😭
