So, Hi guys🤗. I am back with another chapter of the series. A heartly thankyou for all the readers who voted for the previous chapter and also to all the silent readers for reading my story.
Firstly, let me tell you some thing, before you read the chapter.

Omkara in my ff has different kinds of phobia like HAPHEPHOBIA (phobia of touch), NYCTOPHOBIA (phobia of darkness),CLAUSTROPHOBIA  (phobia of closed space). Hope , nobody has any problem with it.

So now, here you go with chapter 2.😊😊

HAPPY LIFES PARK ,Mumbai,
Early morning, 6:10am.........

The Sun has just peeped out of the curtains  of clouds. Soaking all his friends like trees, Birds, rivers etc with his first rays of light, he starts moving above the horizon. The ice white clouds stand on either sides of Sun , as if guarding him.

                 The park is filled with various trees, shrubs,herbs. The birds onthe trees,on getting in contact with first rays of Sun, started chirping with happiness.
                There are many senior citizens in the park, some walking and talking with their friends, some reading news papers and discussing about the current situations in the country and some diabetics are also sneakily eating jalebis in the nearby jalebi stalls. Some young fitness freaks are running , joogging here and there.

                  Away from all this hustle and bustle , Om is sitting on a bench placed in a corner of the park, under the shade of a Peepal tree. He has his digital camera in his hand. His back pack is placed beside him. His body is bearing a little amount of sweat which indicates that he has walked,a while
before. His eyes are staring into space, but they held a mixture of emotions which are hard to decipher. Just then the raised sun shed his rays on Om's face. This makes a smile to creep on his face. He raised his camera and clicked the pics of sunrise and nature. He is feeling as if he has gotten enormous energy by the contact made by sun rays with his skin. With a small smile still playing on his lips, he picks up his backpack , hangs it by his shoulders and walks off with camera in his hands.

Mumbai airport, waiting area:
6:30am..................

Dressed in a plain white t-shirt paired with black denim jeans and a blackish blue leather blazer, Gauri stood waiting for her car to come. Irritation is clearly being seen on her face.

G: Dandi! What the hell is this? We have been waiting from past 15 mins. But still, there is no sign of the car. Is this how the things are going in Shah enterprises?

D: (scared) Ma'am! I am so sorry. I will never let this happen again. Just give me 2mins Ma'am. I will check through this.

G: Make it fast Dandi. I will just give you 5 mins time. If I dont see the car within 5 mins, you will be fired.
       
              Saying this, she folds her hands to her chest, impatiently tapping her foot. If there is anything that Gauri hates in this world , then it is irresponsibility.
              Dandi who is visibly scared , hurries to make a call.

2mins later......

              Dandi comes back after making the call. He is hell scared to talk to Gauri. But he knew there is no other chance.
D: Ma'am! Actually the thing is , our car broke down on the way to airport.
G:(glaring at him) oh, that's really a great news. Shall we arrange a party over here?
D:sorry Ma'am.
G: Dandi! I didn't expect this from you atleast. How could you?
D: sorry ma'am. I will immediately hire a cab.

Just then they heard a voice from behind.

V: There is no need for it Ma'am.

Gauri and Dandi turn around startled. There they find a bulky man clad grey suit followed by few other people clad in a same way. Gauri who recognised him says,

G:Khanna!

By that time khanna reached them giving a pleasant smile .

K: Good morning Ma'am. Hope you had a comfortable journey.

G: Morning. Thank you. But what are you people doing here?

K:Ma'am. Shivaay sir sent us  to pick you up.

G: But there is no need of it. I can come by my own.

K:Ma'am please . It's an order for us.

G:okay. Fine. Where is the car?

K:Just few steps away Ma'am. Please, this way.

            Gauri and Dandi followed khanna to the car. No sooner had they settled in the car, the car sped away on the roads of Mumbai.
                Matching with pace of car, Gauri's thoughts also sped back to her past. The days she and her Anu di spent in Mumbai along with their mother. The games they had played in Beach, the time they spent admiring the waves, the way her mother taught her to eat golgappe, the way they used to tease Anika, all these thoughts clouded her mind and tears clouded her vision. She leant back against the seat closing her eyes, to prevent the tears from falling down. The early morning breeze coming through the car window, playing with her loose hair strands, Gauri felt an unfamiliar pleasant feeling seeping through her heart and mind. Gauri felt that, a missing part of her life is going to join her. She could'nt describe the feeling. Within no time her heart's screaming agony turned into a soothing song.

                   Her train of thoughts came to halt by car's screeching sound. She can see pa red signal infront of her eyes. She straightens herself in her seat.

Oberoi mansion,
7:10am.............

             Surrounded by greenery on all four sides , with a large fountain at the centre, the OBEROI MANSION is looking like a dew drop on a green leaf early in the morning.

                      Entering into the mansion, we can see a lady in her early 70's sitting on a large couch in the living room, reading business news on news paper bespectacled.

                          Just then a beautiful woman in her early 50's, dressed in a yellow and red long flair, cotton kurti paired with matching dupatta ,walks to her.

She says,

W:Mummyji! Khanna has called me just now. He said that he has picked up Gauri and they would be here at any time soon.

D: Good Jhanvi. I can't wait to see Gauri. I very well know that in coming days, Oberoi mansion will be nothing less than a party hall.

J: Yeah! Mummyji. Rudra and prinku were telling me yesterday about their party plans. Anika is really very excited.

D:By the way , where is Anika? I haven't seen her since morning.

         Just then she hears a voice from behind.
V: (sarcastically)Mummyji. Don't you know ? Anika is the queen of Oberoi mansion. She is still sleeping in her room.

D: It's okay Pinky. She must be tired. Don't you remember? She had a hectic day of work yesterday. Let her take rest for sometime.

P: But Mummyji! What about this household ? Isn't she the bahu of this family? If she doesn't perform her duties, then who else will?

Dadi and Jhanvi sigh thinking that there is no use in explaining Pinky. They just prayed, that Pinky shall not create any sort of ruckus when Gauri is here.

          Going further into the mansion, we can see in room 1 of 2nd floor, a man in his
 mid 20's , dressed in a white shirt under black v-neck sweater paired with a dark blue jeans.
           He is trying to wake up a woman who is also in her mid 20's. She seems to be in a deep slumber. The man who, now has become tired trying to wake up his wife, says exasperatedly.

M: Anika! Please utho. It's 10mins past seven. Have you forgotten? Chutki is coming today.

A: Shivaay! Please, don't disturb. Chutki had told me yesterday, that she will be here by 9:30 am. By that time I promise, I will wake up. Please just go.

S:(shaking her) Anika! my jaan! Listen , I have already sent khanna to pick her up. So now, if you please wake up, for god's sake, we can make Chutki's favourite food for break fast. Please wake up, meri maa.

A:(still not waking up) hmm........

                  Shivaay then not knowing what to do, clutches his head and plops down on bed. He then thinks for a while, then his lips curve into a mischevious smirk.

Shivaay's pov

              Anika! You will not wake up, will you? Now get ready to taste your own medicine. But haa, don't blame me later, deal? So shivaay! Ready 1,2,3......go.

             Saying this , he picks up the jug filled with water, from  night stand and BOOM........SPLASH.
                 
             Due to this , Anika wakes up with a jerk. Her face, neck, kurti became fully wet. Her face became red due to anger. She turns to Shivaay ,who is grinning crazily and gives him a deathly glare. But Shivaay pays no heed to it. Because, his mission of waking up Anika is successful. Finally , after hours of hardwork, he is so happy.

A: Shivaay! You........!

              Just then somebody speaks from behind.

V: Arre didi! Why are you both bickering early in the morning?

S:(smiling)Goodmorning Bhavu. What's up?

B:Good morning jiju. So now , what's the reason that you both are fighting?

               When Shivaay is going to speak something, Anika interrupts him and says,

A: See Bhavu! Your jiju has drenched me in water early in the morning. And do you know why? Just because I woke up by 5mins late. Khanji aakhon wala Baghad billa.

S: Oh, really! Just 5mins. You know Bhavu! I was trying to wake her up from past 1hr, just because , Chutki will be coming soon. But no! She just wants to sleep for hours and hours. Right, Anika.

A: (whining) Nahi Bhavu! I promise. Only 5mins.

B:(annoyed) ok, ok fine. Now please calm down. I agree, didi! You just wanted to sleep for just 5mins and jiju! You worked very hard to wake didi up. I know, you are very tired by wakinģ up didi. Now, have this coffee.

          Saying this , she hands over the cup she has brought with her.

A: By the way, where is Rudy?

B:didi! He is your advanced version. He is still sleeping. Prinku has gone to wake him up.

S:ok, chalo. We will also give a helping hand in waking Rudy up.

                     Saying this, he pecks Anika's forehead and leaves with his coffe cup.Anika keeps staring  his back till he is out of sight. By now she is blushing profusely. Even after 6months , 7 days of their marriage, a single touch of her husband is enough to make her go crazy as a teenage girl. Keeping aside her silly thoughts, she gets down the bed to get ready for the day. Moreover, it is really a special day for her, as her little sister Chutki a.k.a Gauri is coming.

Rudra's room,
7:30am..............

Shivaay and Bhavya enter into the room only to see ,Prinku trying very hard to wake up Rudra, but Rudra, he seems to be in a different world.

P:Rudy! Utho. How many times do I have to tell you? Today , chutkidi is coming and for god's sake, we have a video conference with Russian deligates. We need to complete the pending paperwork.

S:Prinku! Ruko tum. (Patting Rudy) Rudy! Wake up.

R: (whining)Bhaiya! Please, let me sleep. I didn't get to sleep the whole night.

B: Kyun? I bet you were watching some cliche romantic movies, weren't you?

R: (sleepily)shut up Bhavu! Om was not well for the whole night.

               This rings  alarm bells in Shivaay's mind. He hurriedly wakes up Rudra and asks,

S: (worried)Rudy! What happened to Om? By the way ,Where is he? I haven't seen him from morning.

               Rudra is now fully awake.

R: (hesitantly) Bhaiya! Vo......actually

S: (sternly)Rudra! Just blurt it out.

R:Bhaiya! Om is again suffering from nightmares. I think we should again consult Dr. Bhansal.

S: what the hell, Rudra? Then why didn't you inform me then itself.

R:Bhaiya! The main concern at that time was to take care of O. So I couldn't inform you bhaiya. Sorry.

S: Okay fine. But, where is he?

R:Bhaiya, he has gone for his morning walk.

S:yeh Om bhi na!

           Saying this , he goes out to make a call to Om.

Oberoi mansion, 8:00am.......

           Gauri's car came to a halt at Oberoi mansion. Khanna opened the door for Gauri. Gauri got down from the car and her lips curved up into a beautiful smile seeing Rudra and Prinku waiting for her at the entrance. They started waving their hands once Gauri came into their sight. Gauri happily reaches them ,as fast as she could.

R: Hi! Gauri di. Welcome to the Best entrepeneur of the year.

P: Hi ! Gauri di. And ha, congratulations for the achievement.

G:(faking anger)  First tell me. Why didn't you call me on the same day itself. Jiju, di, dadi had congratulated meimmediately.

P: Chutki di! If that day was your award ceremony, then it was scolding ceremony for us. Shivaay bhaiya had scolded us because, the previous night we were late due to a party.

G:Oh, my babies! So sad of you. By the way, where is di?

R: Actually chutki di, its a surprise for bhabhi. She thinks that you will be arriving by 9:30.

G:okay fine, chalo.

Shivika's room..............

                Anika was scrolling through her phone checking her messages  and notifications. Her back is turned towards the door. Gauri tiptoes into the room, climbs the blood slowly and covers Anika's eyes with her palms and says,

G: Didi! Main aa gayi hoon.

A:(shocked)Chutki!

G:(removing her hands)Ha didi!

A: You are early?

G: Actually di! It's a surprise for you.

                 Just then Shivaay enters the room and sees Gauri. He feels happy.

S: Now you understood  Anika,Why I had to wake you up early? So how is the surprise?

A: very nice. Thank you so much Shivaay. I love you.

               Saying this , she hugs Shivaay. Gauri smiles seeing their bond and silently prays God to keep them happy always.

A: so now tell me, were you comfortable throughout the journey?

G:yeah! And jiju! Thanks for the car.

A:It's okay my Chutki. Any thing for you.

G (smiling) By the way, where is dadi?

S:She is performing her morning pooja. I think we need to go soon for the aarti.

G: Okay , fine! I will fresh up and join you. Bye, both of you.

S/A: Bye.

Oberoi mansion,8:30am.........

Om enters into the mansion and heads towards the kitchen to grab something to eat. In the kitchen , he sees Anika and Shivaay fighting over something and prinku , Rudra are fueling them against each other. And asusual Bhavya is trying to maintain peace between them. Om smiles seeing this. It seems this time Shivaay almost lost the battle. Om goes to them and says,

O: Hi guys! What are you now fighting for?

S: oh, finally you came! I was just asking Bhavu to call up her team, so that they can search for you.

O: Bhabi! I must say you ,after marrying you, Shivaay has mastered in the art of joking.

A: ofcourse, I am khidkithod.

R:vaise O! We have a surprise for you.

O: surprise! What surprise?

B:Bahut bada surprise.

O:(sitting on the kitchen slab) come on , tell me. You guys are exciting me like hell.

P:surprise means exciting,right.

             Just then they hear Gauri's voice.

G: what's going on guys?

           Hearing hervoice, Om is shocked like hell. His cheeks turn into a shade of red and his lips involuntarily broke into a wide grin. He turns to see her and his breath stips. He keeps looking at her until Anika speaks.

A:nothing, we were telling Om about your arrival.

G:Hi Omkara! How are you doing?

O:(startled)H..h..ii. I am fine. cc..ongratulations for your achievement.

G: Thank you. You are stammering. Are you fine?

           Saying this, she goes to touch his shoulder. But Om, being scared of touch,moves back.Gauri then says,

G: sorry. Didi has told me,that you are scared of being touched.

             Hearing this Om's smile falters. He looks down to avoid her gaze. Anika ,Rudra  and Shivaay look at each other sadly. Realizing the awkwardness of situation, Gauri speaks up.

G: Anyways..,I have been hearing a lot of good things about you from few days. Many of my employees are your diehard fans.

               Hearing her appreciation, Om's face lits up.

O: (blushing slightly) Thank you.

G: It's fine.

A: Now, I think we need to go. It's time for aarti.

          With this ,all the girls move out of the kitchen. When Om is about to go, Rudra speaks,

R:wow bhaiya! Gauri di was appreciating you very much. What magic have you done?

O: there is nothing like that,Ok?

S:(grabbing Om's hand) what's this cut on your wrist?

I know there is nothing much of Rikara in this chapter, but other charecters also hold equal importance in my story.
