-3 weeks Later, Pentagon Vault/Bunker complex-

General of the US Army/Enclave Jonathan Grant immediately got the report that the enemy at the gate has been taken care off, immediately he's required to give a speech to the people both radio, livestream and live TV that has survive the war in need to calm the millions of survivors.

"My fellow North Americans. As of today we were attacked by a division of Legionaries resembling the former Roman Empire and they declared that the planet and land belongs to them and their emperor. Guess what, the waste spit at them with radiation poisoning and our fellow patriots took them out with our Democracy Steel and Spirit. We pushed them back to where they came from as some of the last highest ranking generals that has survived the Third World War, I hereby declare war upon the Saderan Empire. They will pay in blood for invading lands and murdering our people without warning!"

Due to the Nuclear bombs that hit Washington DC, Toronto, and Mexico City. Most of the government and senate is wiped out, the American and Mexican President and Canadian Prime Minister is nowhere to be found. Some speculate that they may be hiding in a oil rig off the gulf but that is just a rumor no one has heard from the leaders months after the first bombs fell. The American, Canadian, and Mexican militaries before 2032 has been granted total power over the nations as martial law is enacted throughout the countries some protested the decision, but were put down by the new 15 Tribes.

The 15 Tribes were created to prevent civil war in the US and the 15 Tribes each has a different area of influence.

The Twisted Hairs, has control over the most of the counties of Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan states, and is known for their for the iconic and elaborate dreadlocks/cornrows worn by its members had put meaning into making the braid a symbol of resistance, strength, and endurance.

The Illustrados who are remnants of Filipino, Japanese, some German, Indonesian, Malaysian, Singaporean, Myanma, Vietnamese and Thai civilians and military that has control over most of Hawaii, California, and some parts of Florida and is known for their culture of unique tattoos that are worn by its members had put meaning into using a needle, ink, and skin to tell a story and a person's journey in life. They are also known for their unique mixed southeastern asian culture of music, dance, and martial arts.

The Texas Rangers who are a large group that controls Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and half of Louisiana and are basically the remnants of the original Texas Rangers. They are known for their fierce independent spirit, their love of guns and their ability to track and kill their enemies.

The Followers of Doss who are a large Christian/medical group that follow the same beliefs and ways of former US Army Corporal Desmond Doss' actions and deeds during the Second World War. They have established hospitals near every town and city in the region and have a VERY strict policy of non-violence and no killing. They are known for their belief in God, their dedication to helping others, and their ability to heal even the most gravely injured whether they are a murderous raider or a kind-hearted farmer.

The Commonwealth who are a medium group in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire. They are known for their love of freedom, their ability to think creatively, and their ability to adapt to any situation. They are also known for their unique accent which is a mixture of Boston and New England accents.

The Brotherhood of Steel who are a large group that is known for their love of technology, their ability to use and maintain advanced weaponry and armor, and their belief in protecting the weak and helpless. They also do trades with the North American military/Enclave for fuel and other materials.

The 15 Tribes make up a vast majority of the population in the United States and the Enclave are considered an outside part of the 15 Tribes.

US Army/Enclave Lieutenant General Mihaly Macnamara immediately ordered his men to cross the GATE, but he decided to give a quick speech to his them.

"Those roman wannabes invaded our broken world thinking that we are weak due to us being in a war 8 years ago and you know what happened?"

"What happened!?" Mihaly's troops shouted.

"We kicked their wee asses back through the GATE but this is just the beginning lads! I have reports of civilians both American and Non-American being turned to slaves! We'll go through the GATE and get them back even if we have to turn the world to a radioactive pile of smoke and ash!" Mihaly shouted. Everyone cheered. "Alright let's go get those fuckers." He said.

Everyone cheered. "For the United States!" Mihaly shouted, "for North America! For the Enclave and for the 15 Tribes!"

"FOR THE 15 TRIBES!" Everyone shouted.

"Sir, I have a question. Are we supposed to follow the Geneva Convention?" Ask a fellow soldier as most troops went silent. Then laughed. Mihaly and his men began laughing.

"Geneva? Fuck no. Remember, Geneva was destroyed. We don't have any laws." Anthony said. "Remember, no laws. Only checklist."

Mihaly immediately replied, "No son. As the Marine said, we won't be following the Geneva Suggestion. Besides, the Rome wannabes didn't follow it either, so why should we? Speaking of the Geneva Checklist we are allowed to use chemical and biological weapons on these savages."

"And the radiation sir?" A marine asked.

"Use as much as you like. I doubt anyone in there are gonna be wearing hazmat suits or have any Geiger counters." Mihaly said, "now let's go get those fucking bastards. And let's see how good their weapons are against our democracy steel and spirit."

Mihaly finished and then everyone started moving forward, the legionaries at the gate were cut down easily by the superior firepower and tactics of the US, Canadian, and Mexican army and their allies.

Both the Canadian and US militaries has a huge stockpile of chemical and biological weapons as they were somewhat used by them during the eighth year(2030) of the Third World War, most notably the battle of Ongjin, North Korea where American, South Korean, and Canadian forces lured PLA and North Korean troops into the city where they were firebombed and shelled by chemical munitions fired by Canadian howitzers. After the battle American Marines saw troops with serious deformities as the chemicals melted their bodies off. The Canadian, Vietnamese, and American armies also uses biological weapons during the battle of Manchuria, China, where Chinese troops were bombarded with mustard gas and the Chinese troops began falling and dying in the streets, fields and forests.

Author's Note: This is what the Canadians and Americans did during the 3rd World War. And it is not pretty. But this is war and the Canadians and Americans will do whatever it takes to win the war.

-Legate Lanius POV-

"Your majesty! The otherworlder army has crossed the gate! We need to respond now!" An imperial soldier shouted to me.

"Rally the men and charge up the hill! We will overwhelm them through our sheer numbers and get the wyverns to attack the enemy by air!" I shouted.

"Yes your majesty!" The imperial soldier said and ran off.

'I hope they'll be able to defend the gate.' I thought.

"What about the enemy's airpower?" Asked a soldier.

"That doesn't matter, we will just have to fight harder and smarter than them." I said.

"Yes sir!" The soldier said.

"Let's move!" I shouted and rallied my men and we marched up the hill.

"Prepare to attack!" I shouted.

-3rd POV-

The journey through the gate is dark and long, when troops finally reached the other side, soldiers in Juggernaut Power Armor and the Deathclaws rush forth to provide heavy support for the troops.

"Enemy sighted, set up the MGs now!" David immediately shouted as North American soldiers and marines begun to do as their trained and told. Machine gunners set up the M2 browning and M240Bs.

The .50 BMG and 7.62×51mm NATO begins to rain down hot lead, 40,000 troops raced up the hill to wipe out the otherworlders at Dalmus Hill. Anthony shouts out, "Snipers and Marksmen! Take out the officers of the imperial army!"

Snipers armed with either the Barrett M82A3 or M110A1 CSASS sniper rifles immediately took action and fired. One bullet was all it takes to for any imperial officers' head to burst open like a overripe melon. Soon the 40,000 troops that rushed the gate is reduced to only 20,000 troops. Most were killed by the machine gunners and snipers. Others were killed by the 350 Deathclaws and the 300,000 Enclave troops.

Many imperial officers caught up to this and hop off their horses to blend in with their men.

The imperial army hits the 800m mark and Tom immediately ordered the troops to fire their assault rifles. So destructive was this wall of lead that the imperial army immediately halted in shock at the devastation caused by the otherworldly army making easy pickings for the combined military forces as mortar shells rain down on imperial forces

Chemical munitions fired by Canadian artillery caused the death of many imperial troops.

After recovering from the initial shock they began to charge up the hill trying to cover the remaining distance between them and the military just as this was happening imperial wyverns swoop down from the sky to burn North American forces alive, but laser and 30mm anti-aircraft  and mobile SAM launchers took care the wyverns with many of them crashing onto the ground below.

-Legate Lanius POV-

What is this magic!? The entire wyverns corp at Dalmus Hill was wiped out by bright lights that turn wyverns to either ash, filled with holes or blew up! Staves that rip men apart with no effort and iron golems and beasts that mow down thousand of men with no effort or honor! I must report this to the empire at once!

I immediately order a messenger at once, "You must warn the empire about what happened here! We must adopt and take their weaponry to make our war fair!"

-3rd POV-

The messenger immediately nodded but before he can react a White Phosphorus shell hit their position and they immediately begin to burn alive as the phosphorous ignites, the screams can be heard by all. The messenger was no more than a burning husk of his former self.

The battle was won for the military and many members were shocked that an army with swords and spears charge a coalition with high tech weapons, vehicles and Deathclaws. After the battle tens of thousands of corpses lay around Dalmus Hill. The clean up was done by either robots such as Sargent Gutsy.

Or the 350 Deathclaws that made a nice meal out of the corpses of their victims.

Anthony sat down in a trench that was recently dug out by troops and begin to strip and clean his M27 assault rifle so that his rifle won't fail him in times of need while listening to music on his smartphone.

His fellow marines immediately begin to do the same, cleaning and maintaining their weapons in case of another attack happened as the saying goes: Better safe than sorry.

Anthony then begins to listen to a song by a musician called Disturbed called a song called "The Light".

Anthony begins to hum the tune of the song, his fellow marines were curious and decided to listen to the song and hum along.

-Back at Sadera-

"What we faced was an unparalleled disaster your highness we sent hundreds of thousands of troops to conquer the worlds at Alnus Hill and Dalmus Hill with most of them are dead and those who survive speaks of magic that tore men into pieces, iron elephants that spew dark magic, iron pegasus that reaps the souls of men and lastly iron golems that turned men to ash and beasts that rip and tear them apart. We must start negotiations at once!" Senator Marquis Casel El Tiberius said.

A imperial general immediately stand up and spoke, "Negotiate with the enemy?! This dishonor shall not go unpunished! We shall send more men to wear down their defenses! We can easily muster a million men to march on both Alnus and Dalmus Hills at once!"

Emperor Molt Sol Augustus sighed. He hated going to senate meetings, Emperor Molt immediately raised his hand, "Yes this is the darkest time in Saderan history, but when Sadera is faced with danger the people unite against the enemy. I hereby declare that we shall send the vassal states to to retake the Hills of Alnus and Dalmus."

"Your highness it will be a bloodbath!" Marquis said.

"That's exactly the point. We are weak now so we must get rid of those who posed a threat to us and I also hereby decree that we conduct a Scorched Earth policy to deny our enemy of any resources." The Pro-War faction cheered at the response Molt gave, but the Pro-Peace faction did not clap.

Little did they know, by fighting both the JSDF and the North American military will bring an end to the empire.

2 week after Emperor Molt decree that. The vassal states went to assault Aluns and Dalmus Hill. The vassal states decided they will split the force of 200,000 men to assault each of the hill so Alnus and Dalmus Hills will be assaulted with a force of 100,000 men each.
