LEGION Program

Almost Immediately after the formation of the Slavonian Republic, the Slavonians began research on ways to make supersoldiers without the negative effects of the FEV (Forced Evolutionary Virus). What emerged, was a more safe way to produce supersoldiers, with only one criteria in mind. They had to be at or around the age of 30, due to the FEV patients being middle aged (most were 35-41 at time of administering). The LEGION Program was split into three generations, with the Project ORION generation being removed from state documents(A scientist released an advanced form of FEV on subject participating in the ORION project.). Those generations are:

LEGION-IV

LEGION-II participants are considered to be the strongest out of the three existing generations, due to the extensive biological, chemical, and cybernetic enhancements applied to them during the first stages of the program. One thing to note would be that a few months after surgery, most subjects got taller due to the invasive procedures. One such instance is Captain Jan Khoroshen, who was 6'4 at the start of the program, and eventually grew to a height of 6'10 at age 27. Participants of this Generation are:

Overall Military Strength
Despite it's land size, Slavonia possesses a robust air force, and a well-trained and well-equipped army and marine corps. Despite being landlocked, Slavonia operates multiple riverine patrol boats (BTR-80s and 60s, as well as BMP-2s modified with a boat hull for short range patrol), and small frigates and corvettes for proper combat on the Great Lakes.

Overall History:
Slavonia emerged from the ashes of the old world as a slightly isolationist nation in order to counteract anyone hostile towards them. A year later, however, Slavonia opened their borders to the rest of the 15 tribes, asking them for assistance in fighting against the breakaway North Slavonia. While being small in size compared to their counterparts, Slavonia boasts a sizeable military, both in aeronautical, naval, and ground forces. Following their civil war, Slavonia started full-swing production of military equipment, including the LEGION Program.
