"The otherworlders are waiting for you." Hamilton said to Princess Pina who is walking back and forth trying to understand what kind of weapons these otherworlders have at Alnus Hill and Dalmus Hill.

"The city is safe..." Countless Myui spoke.

Pina stops and spoke... while panicking, "Now we are going to be their slaves! Will they throw me in with the other whores since we are so below them! Oh goddess help me! We are going to be the plaything for those otherworlders! What should I do? Oh I don't want to be a slave!" As she is hyperventilating.

"Oh calm yourself. I will not allow this. If they do anything we will kill them and take their weapons." Hamilton said confidently.

Pina stopped and said, "You're insane! Didn't you see their weapons! We are not strong enough to stop them!"

"You are not wrong, but we have no choice. If they wish to enslave us, we will fight until our last breath." Hamilton replied.

"I'm sure the Goddess will not forsake us." Countless Myui chimed in.

"We have no choice, let's go and meet these otherworlders." Pina replied as they make their way to the main room of Italica where the otherworlders are gathered.

When she entered, she saw the JSDF and NAM, but she felt a sense of unease from the NAM as if these people went through something horrible.

"Well, they have arrived." Anthony said as he is cleaning his M27.

Itami handed the terms of the treaty to Pina.

The treaty includes
-Safe passage for JSDF troops.
-Prisoners must be treated humanely.
-Any captured Japanese citizens or any other foreign citizens must be released immediately.

When Pina saw this she asked, "Is this all? You won't demand tribute or slaves?"

"We don't that on my world." Itami replied.

"Neither does ours." Anthony spoke, but remembers how some Raiders took people and force them into slavery. Or worst.

Pina thought about it, she had no choice, "Alright, we accept."

"Good." Itami said. "But I can't say for the North American military coalition." Itami said making Pina raise an eyebrow.

"What do you mean?" She asked.

"Because they have other ideas. I will now passed it to Captain Anthony Towson of the US Military or Enclave." Itami said.

"Correction, former US Military. But a representative for them." Anthony corrected Itami, "Twisted Hairs tribe leader Anthony Towson. One of the top five strongest of the 15 Tribes of America." He said while taking off his helmet showing his dreadlocks, "Princess these are the terms."

The treaty includes
-Medical Services provided by the Enclave, Texas Rangers, Illustrados, and the Followers of Doss must be paid back in food, water, cloth and metal.
-Canadians and Mexicans allowed to take 15% of the food and water in Italica.
-Safe Passage for NATO troops and Peacekeepers.

Countless Myui and Pina immediately go wide eye at terms from NAM and said in unison, "I can't accept this! We will fight this!" Myui and Pina covered their mouths realizing the insane notion.

Anthony was unfazed by this and replied, "I know. But if you know the situation back in my world you will know why are we doing this." He said in a serious tone.

Itami wanted to help Italica, but engaging NAM now will most likely lead to their death if reports are true and for what he seen first hand.

NAM personnel here at Italica veterans of not just a war, but a World War. A war that sent most of the world to a nuclear holocaust and the weapons used by them are either far superior to their weapons or they use the same type of weapon but in better use.

"Please, some of my world is slowly dying after the war and natural disasters." Anthony spoke. His tone changing to one of a father begging to protect their family and children. Because technically, Anthony is a father. Of twenty boys and girls with another on the way.

Countless Myui was now curious, "Can you explain to us? What do you mean your world is dying?"

"I can explain. And he'll show you." Anthony replied pointing behind him as a Alpha Deathclaw named Xbox came in and immediately took out a holographic item and begin to show the group the Third World War.

"Hey man, can you give Xbox a copies of video clips of the Second American Civil War and the devastation of WW3 so when we give the Terms of Treaty to the city of Italica the people may understand why we do what we do." Anthony said to a V-22 Twisted Hairs pilot who obliged and went back to Dalmus Hill and in 3 hours brought back footage of the wars that broke in his world and handed them to Xbox.

Xbox nodded and gave the man a thumbs up.

-Present Time

The JSDF, Pina, Myui, Delilah, Persia, Rory, Lelei and Tuka immediately saw the gruesome images of Countless deaths of Covid-19, the second American Civil War, lastly the Third World War. Anthony begun to narrate the clips of the war.

The JSDF was horrified to what they are seeing and are glad that they don't live on this world. The Italica citizens were crying. Pina was now scared of these otherworlders. Not only are they strong, they have been through the depths of hell. And are trying to recover from it. And it is slowly killing them.

JSDF, Pina, Myui, Delilah, Persia, Lelei, Tuka and even Rory were horrified at this war!

Ships dominated the seas destroying other ships or lands, chemical weapons used to cause skin to melt or burn, artillery firing onto the battlefield, jets and bombers flying across the skies shooting at the enemy jets and/or ships.

The JSDF even they come from the modern world can't even the comprehend the sheer scale of the war. This war would make the Second World War look like firecrackers and probably a fuckin' teaparty to this. They completely jaw dropped when they witness the Operation: EVACUATION OF JAPAN during the Third World War.

Needless to say, they were both pissed and sadden seeing their country lost and destroyed. Even though if it was an alternate Japan.

The reaction from the Special Region people is even worst. Delilah and Persia froze at the sight of the war and the Defence of Los Angeles, Myui was hyperventilating as Xbox gave her a paper bag that she took without question.

And Pina? She didn't even say anything.

Rory, Lelei and Tuka can't believe what they were seeing. These otherworlders of Dalmus Hill, their weapons of war is something only the Gods and Goddesses can do! "What kind of war is this?! Not even me as the Apostle of Emroy can cause or comprehend this amount of death!" Rory exclaimed as she witness Alt-JSDF soldiers yelling 'Ten'nōheika BANZAI!!!' before blowing themselves up with C4 charges destroying Chinese tanks and IFVs in the Defence of Los Angeles.

"I have not finished talking about the ending of the worst is the great war that occured on June 10, 2032. It cause the complete collapse of most human civilizations and nations in the finals moments in a span of 2 hours." Anthony replied coldly.

'What can cause the complete collapse of civilizations in the span of 2 hours?' Thought Rory, Delilah, Persia and Pina.

The footage then revealed ballistic nuclear missiles leaving their silos and saw it impact med to major cities across the world while some were blow out of the sky. The next moment will be forever seared into their minds as they saw this "Spear of Light" exploding.

A gigantic mushroom of fire rise taller than the tallest mountain rose up, a wall of wind smashes buildings and unlucky people with no effort like mere toys. Anthony said "When the nuclear weapons exploded it recreated the violence only known to stars. And the heat melted most of the earth's surface, it caused the seas to boil and evaporate." As they saw a gigantic wave of flames and radiation engulf a large section of the globe. The image was so shocking it was impossible to tell what was going on. But then the screen turned white as the shockwave traveled towards the camera.

They then saw the aftermath, the cities are destroyed, the landscape was scorched and everything was in ruins. It looked like a post-apocalyptic movie.

The inhabitants of the Special Region saw this is and were at a loss of words. NAM possessed the power of a God.

"I didn't know you have the power to destroy the world..." Lelei said in disbelief as she can't comprehend the destruction caused by these nuclear weapons.

Anthony then said a sentence that made them look at him shockingly, "This isn't the worst part." The Special Region inhabitants wondered what could be worse than this!

He then explained the radiation, the black rain and lastly the nuclear fallout that covered his world and parts of North America.

Upon hearing this Countless Myui paper bag popped and she said pure fear, "You can take 25% of our food and water! Y-y-y-y-your people need it and I agree to the treaty!!!" Myui was scared beyond words and probably wet herself.

Author's Note: She did wet herself. Poor kid.

What kind of a world would develop such weapons(Both Earths) and even thinking of using it as she feared the North Americans will drop these 'nuclear weapons' on Italica.

Pina can't even say or disagree with Myui as she exclaimed, "Y-you have been holding back the entire time! If you ruthless enough, all of Falmart will be destroyed and nothing could have survived! Nothing!!"

Anthony looked at her with a raised eyebrow, "Who said we were holding back?" He said getting everyone's attention, "To us, this is a Tuesday. Our world has seen far worse. So we know the value of life. We will do whatever it takes to survive. And right now, you are in the way. So move." He said coldly.

Pina soon accepted the treaty of the North American military coalition with zero complaints.

-Outskirts of italica

"We must ride to Italica at once and save them from the bandits!" Bozes said as her and her Rose-Order of Knights immediately ran into David and his men, patrolling Italica.

"Identify yourselves!" David ordered the women.

"How dare you talk to a noblewoman like that!! I shall have your head!" Panache Fure Kalgi declared as she pointed her sword at man.

"Don't make me shoot you dead." David replied in a cold but annoyed tone.

Panache feeling insulted attacked David, but he raised his M195 and fired a glancing shot at her and Bozes. Both can feel the projectile fly past them at speed of sound.

Next thing David's men aimed their guns at the horses and killed them with no effort.

Seeing how outclassed their were, Bozes shouted out, "I SURRENDER!!!" As she is on her knees with her hands up.

The others soon followed suit.
