"The remnants of allied military including the US, Canadian, and Mexican armed forces has somewhat survived and restore some level of order to the three nations. We must make contact with them to regain some control." Vice president Steven Jacobs said.

"Yeah, we have been hiding for too damn long. It's time we reveal ourselves to the North American people." US President Lincoln Clinton said cracking his neck.

"You can say that again. Was tired of eating the same shit for eight years." Said Mexican President Angel Jorge Santos fixing his tie.

"I even have some ideas for my fellow Canadian." Spoke Canadian Prime Minister Jacobs Major with a list that says 'FAAFO Bingo'. They have been preparing for this moment for a long time and they have a plan.

-Cheyenne mountain complex

"This is the President of the United States, President Lincoln Clinton I'm alive and so is the Canadian PM and Mexican President. Please prepare for our arrival as our teams and other officials will assist you of command. Thank you for keeping North America together after the bombs fallen." A computer screen displayed.

An Enclave soldier got up and was shock, "Oh my god... Inform the generals and the other tribes now! The US President, Canadian PM and Mexican President are alive! We can somewhat rebuild North America again!"

Dustin had just finished the negotiations as he walk to the command centre immediately several soldiers and marines showed him the transcript. For the first in his life, he was shocked. So the rumors are true, the three leaders are alive. His hope of the government surviving is something that kept him going.

The following day the three leaders arrived at the Cheyenne mountain complex.

A tall and large Enclave super soldier spoke up, "Gentlemen, I need to confirm your identities as the President of the United States, Prime Minister of Canada, and President of Mexico."

Immediately Lincoln pulled out the Football, Major pulled out the biscuit, and Angel pulled out the Desert(made up, don't hurt me).

The items were passwords to US, Canadian, and Mexican nuclear weapons that only the President of the United States, Prime Minister of Canada, and President of Mexico has.

Frank Horrigan immediately saluted to the three leaders and said, "Welcome back Mr. Presidents and Prime Minister. I'm Frank Horrigan, Enclave/United States Secret Service what are your orders sir."

"Brief us on what has transpired, Horrigan." Lincoln said.

Horrigan then brief the leaders on what has happened. They were shocked that a GATE opened up into America and legions resembling romans came out of it and meeting a world like theirs, but without the nuclear fallout and third world war.

"I want to meet my counterpart. To see if they would help us." Lincoln immediately said.

Dustin then stepped up said, "What about the meeting I arranged with Princess Pina later, sir?"

"I saw your terms and I want to add in some terms like able to acquire some mining rights in Sadera as our Earth needs more resources to check the other countries and the replicators is barely keeping our heads above water." Major said. He was one of the most aggressive prime ministers as he wanted to show the world Canada is not weak. However, his aggressive stance on foreign policy is what brought the end to the Liberal Party. It was a tough choice.

Lincoln was a war vet from the third world war and was Dustin's former CO. He wanted to bring peace and prosperity back to North America. He wanted to build a better nation for all Americans and Non-Americans. He also wanted to restore the glory and prestige that the United States had before the Third World War. He was not afraid to fight the Saderan Empire or whoever else threatens North America.

Angel was a former Army and a Mexican Special Forces who was one of the many victims of the Third World War. His home town was turned into a crater. He wanted Mexico to have an equal voice in the world as well as helping the other South American nations to be freed from their poverty and corruption.

Dustin nodded, "Of course. I will try to acquire some mining rights."

Lincoln then said, "I want you to introduce me to the people of the 15 Tribes. That I have survived and returned to lead them. Also, arrange a meeting with President Dirrel as I want to ask him for aid considering he is an American President as well. Have the plan to negotiate a peace treaty with the Sadera Empire and I want to negotiate a deal to get some foreign help from Alnus Earth North America."

Lincoln's goal is to establish diplomatic relations with GATE Earth. To make sure they do not become their enemies.

"I also want the 15 Tribes and the United States government to form a coalition. If these Romans continue to be threat or worse, we need to show them what happens when you fuck with America. And maybe, if possible, the rest of North America." Lincoln said. He wants to unify the three nations together just like before WW3 and after the 2nd American Civil War.

-At the Boston gate

Many of the visitors of FNA want to go back to the Special Region as they feel staying here has no life at all as everywhere is poison. Pina then went back first to arrange a meeting with her father about the treaty.

Immediately the remaining loud speakers activated, "This is your US President Lincoln Clinton along with Canadian Prime Minister Jacobs Major, and Mexican President Angel Jorge Santos. We have returned to lead the the three nations from the brink when the bombs fell. My oil rig off the coast of California lost connection from the mainland. We have been trying to restore communication for eight years and we did. Together my fellow North Americans, we shall rebuild from the ashes of nuclear fallout. North America shall be rebuilt even better before the bombs fell, nations of hope in a world full of despair." This is followed by Hail to Chief as many Fallout Americans are shocked that their leaders are still alive as many believe that they were assassinated by Chinese soldiers in stealth suits.

"This is Trevor from CNN we just heard that Fallout North American President of the United States, Prime Minister of Canada, and President of Mexico are still alive, this is a bombshell." He got looks from the people around, "I apologize."

"Can't wait for the other countries to come back, they will have a lot to learn about their new world." A reply said. Another replied, "They'll probably get a kick out of it."

"We are going to rebuild our nations and the world together!"

"Now we have two Canadian Prime Ministers, I don't mind."

"Now, NA has three leaders backup. I am happy that they are still alive and are well." A reply said.

"Glad the Canadian PM is back."

-At the Boston gate

Lincoln, General Dustin, Anthony, and Tom with GATE Earth Green Berets, 3rd Recon Team, Rory, Lelei, Tuka, Press Team entered the GATE and went back to the Special Region. Only for the scientists stayed back to conduct research in the environment of nuclear war as Fallout Earth has a lot information on how Earth would fare in a nuclear war. They were supervised by Deathclaws and Sentry bots. Some of the Rangers will stay behind to help the scientists. While the rest will go with the President and his team. Also, the Enclave and Brotherhood of Steel Air Force has established a few bases around the Boston area to keep an eye out for anything suspicious.

-Sadera

The ambassador of Japan together with Dustin, Anthony, and Tom made their way to Sadera.

When they set foot at Sadera they saw many Saderans grieving for their loved ones lost in this war as the death toll has reached millions. Saderans were scared as they saw the otherworlders, especially the ones at Dalmus Hill as most of the deaths came from them.

Pina then went out to greet the ambassador of Japan and Fallout America while saying, "I'm sorry, the people could not give you a warm welcome as they could not comprehend the large amount of death."

They soon entered the throne room with Molt sitting there, but something caught their eye. Two slaves, one of them is Japanese and the other is American.

Immediately Anthony, Tom and Itami shouted, "What the fuck is meaning of this!!"

Zorzal said, "There shall never be peace here. What I want, and listen closely you savages. I want your weapons to make Saderan the strongest Empire as no nation shall have more advanced weapons than Sadera! If not I will slit their throats right in front of you along with 50 more from your so called 15 War Tribes!"

Without hesitation Itami, Tom and Anthony aim their rifles and fired bullets tore apart guards within seconds Zorzal fell down with his hands covering his head.

Immediately a guard beside Molt and raised his sword and chop Molt's head off shocking everyone including Pina.

Zorzal then spoke up, "We have their leaders! We shall trap them here and demand their respective nations pay proper tribute to us! For starters, I want your women as my sex slaves-!"

Tina a Fallout American slave and Illustrados soldier that was taken by Sadera during the opening stages of the war, kicked Zorzal in the balls making him scream in pain. She saw the royal guard is dead that was next to a dead Emperor Molt and picked up Japanese slave and ran towards the others.

3RT evacuated Princess Pina, her allies and the Pro Peace senators while Tom and Anthony's team evacuated Dustin and the Japanese ambassador as they shoot their way out of Sadera.

As they hear Zorzal shouting behind them saying he want their heads, many Saderan soldiers tried to kill them but failed as they were either gunned down or cut up by another super soldier by the name of Ivar Eksinud-Takahashi with ruthless efficiency.

FNA A-20s armed with lasers flew to the capital without minutes to spare as before the talks started, several attack jets flew in the air just in case something like this happens.

When the laser jets entered Sadera it roared louder than a flame dragon with the pilot/stick operator saying, "I got some gifts for you~ Some nice~ Hot~ Laser beams~"

Immediately the A-20 Rapiers unleashed their payloads as the missiles fly over at MACH Jesus impacting Saderan troops formation killing hundreds in one fell swoop, but the carnage did not enter as the pilots were ordered to cause as much chaos as possible to the enemy.

The A-20 Rapiers GAU-10 HER90 heavy laser minigun fired turning the Saderan legions to ash. Due to the sheer might of the lasers and missiles much of Sadera is in ruins. In the end, Zorzal failed to secure any prisoner as all otherworlders escaped. Prince Diabo El Caesar escaped the capital after seeing the might of the otherworlders and went to Alnus Hill to surrender.

Tyuule saw this and smiled. The negotiations has failed and the otherworlders will destroy the Empire. She just needs keep Zorzal in war mode so the war can continue.

She can't wait to see Zorzal on the ground begging for mercy as the otherworlders turn Sadera to ash. Sadera will be crushed on both sides as Japan and Fallout North American join forces to smash this rotten Empire down for good.
