Doesn't help the fact that North Korea has threatened to nuke us, not really a shocker. Iran is declaring us an enemy, also not a shocker. And we don't have our 100% pre war military might due to the WW3. Even with fabricators to rebuild the military and the friendly Deathclaws to cover most numbers, we still got a long way to go reclaim our pre war era." Anthony said to President Lincoln Clinton

"I agree, I also suggest we accept General Abraham's proposal in joining a alliance to protect ourselves as we're currently weak and can't afford to have a new theater in war." Lincoln said.

"You're right." Anthony agreed, "We don't have the power to fight a new theater in war at the moment, so we'll have to accept General Abraham's proposal."

"But the question is, 1: Can the US trust the 15 Tribes. And 2: Can the 15 Tribes and their allies trust the US and it's allies." Lincoln asked.

"Depends, the 15 Tribes and their allies do not see the US as a threat at the moment and would prefer a strong ally in a world gone mad." Anthony answered.

"The question is can the US trust the 15 Tribes?" Lincoln asked.

"It would appear, yes. The US and their allies can trust the 15 Tribes and it's allies." Anthony answered.

"What about the the countries outside of North America? Surely they would disagree." Lincoln said.

"That's why we're here." Anthony said, "We're here to negotiate an alliance."

"I'll get the papers." Lincoln said, he then went over to a drawer and pulled out a piece of paper, "Here it is."

"Let's get started." Anthony said.

"Alright." Lincoln said.

"I, President Lincoln Clinton, hereby declare an alliance with the 15 Tribes. And, in the case of an attack, the 15 Tribes have permission to retaliate against the aggressor. Further, the 15 Tribes, and their allies have permission to use military bases in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, as well as their naval and air bases." Anthony said.

"I agree with this." Lincoln said.

"Now, we need to work on a plan to keep the 15 Tribes safe from threats." Anthony said.

"We'll need the Enclave, Twisted Hairs, Illustrados, as well as the Texas Rangers." Lincoln said.

"That's a lot of manpower." Anthony said.

"Not as much, as we can deploy the Brotherhood of Steel and Slavonia. Also, the 15 Tribes can bring in the Deathclaws to help bolster numbers." Lincoln said.

"Good thinking, the 15 Tribes have access to fabricators that can create a lot of gear for the 15 Tribes to use." Anthony said.

"We'll need those." Lincoln said.

"Alright, let's get started." Anthony said.

"We need to make sure we don't fall behind the rest of the world. And, we can't afford a war on two fronts." Lincoln said as he got up.

At GATE Earth White House, Washington DC

President Dirrel along with his generals meet Fallout North America's president and one of the Enclave's top generals.

General Abraham shook hands with General Dustin Walker and said, "I would like to know how you deploy the robots to fight against the Chinese as we're still new to it, no point acquiring new technology but unable to use it's full potential and a alliance with us to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons."

Dustin replied in his same stoic tone, "I would like too, I can discuss certain tactics used during the Third World War. But not at the current moment. We can however discuss joining an alliance."

President Dirrel asked, "How about you, President Clinton?"

"As much as I would like to discuss the robots, the alliance is a priority." Lincoln said, "FNA has already suffered a heavy blow during the Third World War, the loss of so many people, and the destruction of so many cities. I would like to avoid a repeat."

"Very well." Dirrel said.

"Okay now hear me out, the G.E.C.K.s or Garden of Eden Creation Kits can be used to terraform an area to a zone free of radiation to basically a safe zone. I suggest we use this tech at radioactive areas in your Earth to gain some goodwill with both the media and other countries. As you know, China is how should I say this... fucking hate our presence." Lincoln said.

Dirrel nodded and said, "I know many consider your nations as devils. The actions your nations did during the war has shocked many around the world as many people especially Americans both North and South could not believe their counterparts will decent to such evil to stay alive."

"Well, with the world going crazy, resources running out, tensions rising, a nuclear explosion in the Middle East and Commie nations trying to invade you. You gotta do what you need to do in order to survive hell. That's why I want to use G.E.C.K. tech to heal radiation hotspots such as Chernobyl to score some good will and give the impression that FNA doesn't want to do such evil acts, but it must be done to keep the nations afloat or else we would have fallen to anarchy or worse annexed by other nations. You saw the brutality of the 2nd American Civil War and WW3. The Geneva convention was basically ignored by all waring factions after Geneva was destroyed, and the UN collapsing making it a free for all like a Call of Duty Nuketown map." Lincoln said.

Dirrel nodded, "I know, by the way, those robots such as Mister Gutsy can last a very long time. This gives me the idea to deploy it in US bases in Iraq to prevent Iran from doing anything funny such as launching missiles."

Lincoln raised a hand, "I highly would not recommend that. First off, you do realize that the Mister Gutsies are the combat variants of the popular Mister Handy service and maintenance robots. They are fitted with a rocket thruster that allows them to hover across the ground, and have three optical sensors fitted on top of their spherical chassis. They are equipped with three primary appendages fitted with a manipulator pincer, plasma caster (roughly equivalent in power to a plasma pistol discharge) and, like their civilian counterparts, a flamethrower. They are protected with moderately heavy armor, which makes them somewhat difficult to dispatch for the player at lower levels. Secondly, Gusties were sent to Asia during the War. Most had to get reprogrammed because of the number of friendly they killed. Meaning, anyone with a small bit of Chinese in their DNA... will get slaughtered, as Gusties will think they are a enemy and shoot them on sight. I mean, we had to send troops to fix the mess made by the Gusties and even then, a few people who had Chinese heritage had been shot."

Dirrel and his generals pale at the thought of Asian troops getting slaughtered by Gusties and said, "Okay... what can you recommend."

"Well, if you want to protect your bases. I would suggest sending a small detachment of Enclave and Slavonia troops and some Deathclaws. Or a squad of robots. However, the robots can be a double edged sword." Lincoln said.

"Why is that?" Dirrel asked.

"Well, if you send the robots, there's a chance the Iranians or anyone else will attack your bases. However, if you send troops, they will not be attacked much. Plus, the robots will not respond well if the enemy is using stealth tech. If you send troops, they will have the advantage." Lincoln said. "Anyway, we gone off topic. Let's leave this to our generals, we can now talk about how the G.E.C.K. can clear places of radiation."

Dirrel then ask the White House correspondent to open a meeting immediately to tell the world the planning of using G.E.C.K. to clear areas of radiation.

White House meeting

"This is Trevor from CNN, the president has called a press conference saying that something big is about to happen."

On cue President Dirrel and President Lincoln Clinton walk into the briefing and the latter spoke, "I will be handing my time over to President Dirrel to explain what we have discussed.

Dirrel spoke up, "Thank you President Clinton, President Clinton and I has discussed about using the G.E.C.K. or Garden of Eden Creation Kit to heal radiation disasters on our Earth such as Chernobyl to strengthen our relationship."

Many news reporters are silent about this, clearing Chernobyl free of radiation? That will be some of the greatest achievements in the 21st century. Immediately reporters raise their hands and started to bombard Dirrel with questions asking when this will happen. Dirrel responded, "Now, we need to discuss with various governments to see if they want this tech to be used in their countries. I hope they will allow it."

"This is reporter Sofia from MSNBC, what you're saying will revolutionized how we view our world nuclear power will be much safer due to this tech. Will this lead to reduction of safety protocols for nuclear technology?"

Dirrel replied, "No, the introduction of the G.E.C.K. to the world does not mean that safety protocols for handling nuclear technology will decrease. It must be held to the highest standard, we must not always relied on the G.E.C.K. to clear our messes, now I will hand my time over to President Clinton."

"Thank you President Dirrel, any questions you want to ask?" Lincoln enquired.

"This is John from FOX news, I would like to ask what is the fate of other nations in your Earth? Many people are curious about their counterparts."

Lincoln rubbed the back of his head and said, "Look, the smoke, soot and ash thrown up into the sky by the nukes blocked out all possible views of establishing visual contact with the surface. We can use other methods such as listening to radio transmission or try to find gaps in the clouds to catch a glimpse of the surface. Due to this, we can accurately guess what happened to other nations."

"I would like to know what happened to other nations based on your best evidence." John said.

Lincoln sighed and said, "This will be a long one. Let's start with Russia, the surface of Russia is overrun with mutants, especially in Moscow. The only way people could have survived is if they fled underground to escape from the radiation like the metro or something. France's surface is contaminated with radiation especially in Paris, the french people in order to survive must have fled to the catacombs to escape the radiation similar to the ones at Moscow. Japan is bombed to high hell and we have retrieve records of them trying to design a spaceship to escape Earth to begin a new on the lunar surface before the North Koreans stopped them. I really hope they succeeded as my world has too many stories when it end in tragedy, South America's rainforest adapted to the radiation and chemical attacks that the people - both humans and demi-humans mind you - live in massive fortresses to fend themselves against the mutants of both the forest and the wild life. Australia is overrun by the same monsters that infested the ocean of our world and the radiation made it more vicious. The Philippines and Indonesia's surface is contaminated with radiation and the people fled deep underground to the deepest caves to escape the radiation. Vietnam is a wasteland. New Zealand is overrun by the same monster's from Australia, and so is Northern Africa."

Lincoln said, "Look, this is just speculation, I don't want you to put these rumors in your paper. But, I can tell you that many of these theories are true. If we had access to better equipment, then we would know for sure."

"Well, let's move on the discussion of the G.E.C.K.s I hope the government of Ukraine accepts our offer to heal some parts of their country from radiation." Lincoln said, "Any questions?"

"Yes, does this mean the G.E.C.K. can help clean our polluted lakes and seas."

"Unfortunately no, it can't. The G.E.C.K.s are not designed for such tasks, it's design is to terraform an area not to clean it. That's why we can use the G.E.C.K. technology in radiation hotspots, if used elsewhere. It could not produce results. For example, if you try to use the G.E.C.K. at a radioactive lake, the plants will not grow. If you tried to use the G.E.C.K. in the middle of the ocean, nothing will happen. It can only be used in an area where it can work, and a radioactive lake or an irradiated city is the only place it can be used."

At the Pentagon

General Abraham is discussing with General Dustin Walker about how certain robots should be used such as when to deploy Assaultron and Protectron.

Dustin spoke up, "I recommend not to use robots as law enforcement. As Americans seeing robots arm with lasers is not a good idea. I recommend putting the new models of Mister Gusties in mountainous areas due to it's ability to hover across the battlefield, for Assaultron, I recommend to put them to guard nuclear silos as my nation did it. And we used it to charge enemy lines overwhelming the enemy forces through superior firepower."

Abraham nodded, "I agree, your insight is invaluable to us you know. You must be a very good general as you and your other generals staged a successful invasion of China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea."

Dustin nods and crosses his arms, "Not only those four, we staged the liberation of other countries annexed by them. The scale of the conflict is beyond imagination."

Abraham replied with a smirk, "I saw the footage of the 2nd American Civil War and WW3... the scale of the conflict made the Pacific war with Japan look like firecrackers."

Dustin coldly looks Abraham as the latter losses his smirk as a bead of sweat rolls down his forehead. The former spoke, "Now is not the time to dwell on the past. Now let's focus on how you should deploy our robots to help you win wars. And General Abraham? I have always learned that from war. Is that war, war never changes."
