Y/N POV

I was on my to my college classes for the day. After what felt like an entirety stuck in a hell of writing an entire essay in one night, I wasn't exactly in the greatest mood to go to extremely difficult classes.

Y/N: *Sighs* I'd do anything to use some magic right now to wake myself up...

Since there wasn't anything I could about my situation, I just kept walking towards my university but while I got closer to my end destination, my body began to have to an uneasy feeling to it. The closer I got, the more uneasy I became and as I was about to go over the cross walk, that uneasy feeling suddenly erupted and in mere seconds, I felt myself get knocked to the ground hard but it wasn't because I was knocked through physical contact or a shockwave. Instead, what knocked me down was of a familial sensation: Magic. As I groaned and forced myself to stand back up despite my body feeling very strange as a I felt my body absorb that magic and awakening what my family called the "heroic blood" my inherits. My grandpa explained it better than anybody else; "Think of it like a small amount of plot armor!" (Wise man he was.)

Y/N: What the hell was that? *Looks towards the area where magic blast came from* The fuck is that?

As soon as I said that, I saw an apportion appear before me but I knew who it was just from the legends I learned about.

Cú Chulainn: Hey~ Kiddo. Now's not the time to ask questions, get ready to fight.

Y/N: Wha-

Cú Chulainn: Catch! *tosses Gáe Bolg to him*

Before I could even think about how I could ever catch an item a spirit threw at me, I was quickly hit in the nose by the pole of the spear.

Y/N: Ow...

Cú Chulainn: I told ya to catch it dumbass

Y/N: Fuck off. I don't even know how to use a spear...

Cú Chulainn: You've  got heroic blood. Pick up the goddamn damn spear.

Even though I didn't think that I'd learn how to use the Gáe Bolg just by picking it up, I did what he said and pretty much immediately, it seemed to all come just came naturally.

Cú Chulainn: Yep~. We'll be talking to you soon. Just get ready for a battle.

Y/N: WAIT! WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "WE'LL" AND WHAT BATTLE?!

I was about to groan in frustration but I then heard people screaming so I turned and saw why they were running away — men and monsters were emerging from the other side of the strange gate that had just appeared. Acting instinctually, I began running towards the otherworldly people.

Y/N: Well~... let's see what this thing can do!

With only one attack so far, I had taken a large majority of them out already which took me by complete surprise. However, that didn't stop all of them and they all began to disperse while some went to attack me simultaneously but acting quickly, I used the pole of Gáe Bolg to deflect their swords but I then swung the spear quickly, leaving a majority of my attackers with wounds that were destined to become fatal in a few minutes.

As I was fighting another group of these men, I heard woman screaming and begging to be spared along with her little daughter. The man laughed before lifting his sword.

Y/N: *Slashes the newest group in half  then GIF below* Oh no you don't!

Before the guy could even react, I was in front of him and kicked him in the face so hard, he went flying but I then threw Gáe Bolg towards him and the spear took out a few more foes before flying back to me.

Y/N: Who else wants to know what's it like to chew five gum (Did I really just say that? Maybe I do have a YouTube binge watching problem...)? Hey, miss?  You need to run to the police station, okay?

The woman nodded her head and held her child close to her before she began to run away. To no surprise, one of the invaders tried to attack her but I quickly dispatched him before taking out many more

As I was fighting, I sensed something flying towards me and with lighting quick reflexes, I snatched an arrow out of the air

Y/N: *GIF below* My turn!

Without fail, the Gáe Bolg went straight through the bowman's chest before taking out a few others. As I Continued firing, perhaps just in adrenaline by now, I began to hear gunfire approaching closely but nevertheless, I continued fighting which now included taking out the invaders who were running towards my back so they could retreat. Once the few remaining ran back through the gate, members of the JSDF began to point their firearms at me.

Y/N: Okay: I know I have a spear in my hands, but let's slow down here...

The JSDF infantry personnel immediately seemed to calm down when they heard me speaking their language and so I did my best to explain the complicated situation but I felt as though I only made it more complicated. I wanted to elaborate more but we were interrupted by a roar and I immediately pushed them all back before I jumping back as a dragon tried to attack us with dive. After preforming a backflip, I threw the Gáe Bolg straight at it's head

Unfortunately, the dragon moved its head at last second, causing my spear to leave a rather nasty and deep slash on its face. The dragon obviously took that very personally and I was soon smacked hard into the ground by one of its wings.

Y/N: *Groans* That's gonna bruise...*watches the dragon take off to escape* Shit!

I immediately got back up and grabbed Gáe Bolg before taking off on foot but it was clear I wouldn't catch up on foot.

Y/N: (Dammit! It's heading straight to the college!)

???: *faintly appears with her arms around his neck* Focus on your footing.

I listened to the girl's voice and once I accomplished that, I was running faster than even Usain Bolt ever could.

Within seconds, I had already caught up but no attacks would be able to reach them.

Y/N: So now what?!

???: Up the building. You can do it.

I let out an anxious sigh before letting out a profound screw It and took off

After vaulting over a building, I felt the incredible sensation of flying through the air. Once I landed on the next building roof, I used the ledge to give me a boost with my next leap which helped me land on the dragon's back. Understanding that the mountains don't give back what they take, I got on top of its head and jabbed the edge of Gáe Bolg into its eye, causing it to roar in pain. In an attempt to get me off it, the dragon flail about but I pulled the spear out of its eye socket before attempting to slash one of its wings open, which went better than I thought.

Y/N: *Starts to slide off the dragon* Shit shit shit!

I managed to dig the spear head of Gáe Bolg into its back and hold on for a dear life. Once the dragon hit the ground, I was sent flying. Skidding across the ground, I seethed in pain of my skin being burned off through friction but I ignored it and was about to attack but I then noticed the Gáe Bolg was still in it's back and it wasn't returning me because it was stuck in its back.

Y/N: Well fuck...

By now, a most students had noticed the gigantic fucking dragon in front of the college's front doors and me and the dragon saw them too and was clearly hungry....

???: {Y/N Pendragon. If you wish to win this fight, grab your necklace and rip it off as you call it's name — Excalibur}

I did as the voice instructed and grabbed my necklace before ripping it off with all my strength

Y/N: Come to me Excalibur!

Right in that moment, a blinding light flooded the area and in my hands was the sword of my direct Ancestor...
Excalibur

???: {Good. Use its power wisely.}

Y/N: I will, Artoria.

Just like with Gáe Bolg, I had immediately acquired the knowledge of Excalibur and the fight was intense but eventually I defeated the dragon. Once it was slain, I felt absolutely exhausted.
I then heard a familiar giggle and felt my face burn up as my favorite teacher smiled at me.
