(Y/N) POV Tessaria Highway, Special Region

We're now heading to the city of Italica as I clean my Thompson  Vadim is with us alongside with  Lelei, Rory, and Tuka right now Vadim checking on his map

Vadim: So we are in the Tessaria Highway on the way to Italica estimated time of arrival will be 15 to 30 minutes if there's no obstruction

(Y/N): Good 

Vadim saw Lelei interested on the compass

Vadim: Do you want to see this 

Lelei nods and Vadim explained how compass work this put a smile on my face

William: The red army is tough but they still have a heart

(Y/N): Yeah

I check on the  right side and notice a huge black smoke

(Y/N): " The hell," I thought 

We stop the convoy and see the smoke in the distance

Vadim: What just happened did the fire dragon burned the city

(Y/N): I don't think so

I use my binoculars and see the black smoke

(Y/N): Look's like an attempt siege or raid or something

Vadim: Should we continue our journey

(Y/N): I don't know William does this highway take us by the source of the smoke

William: it takes us the right to it

(Y/N): This is the second time we've seen smoke rising from the sky

William: So what should we do?

(Y/N): We're still heading to the city but I have a bad feeling about this

Lelei: That's smoke

(Y/N): Excuse me you know what's going on?

I took out the radio

Italica

3rd POV

Italica is a trading town or small city and a provincial capital of Alnus province located between the crossroad  Appia Highway and Dessria highway and one of empire most important cities not just for agriculture but also is the center of the trade 1/3rd of the Empire revenue come from this city. But right now is under siege by the bandits from a failed attack on Alnus hill. 

Bandit commander: Damn it retreat!

The bandits retreat to the forest for the last three days Italica became a target from bandits attack who plan to pillage and loot the city luckily it has huge wall and defenders in the city but the problems are the defenders are city militia, not the regular army also it led by princess Cocktail I mean Pina Co Lada who arrive int the city a day before the bandits attack the city. Right now she on the south gate after the defenders repel the bandit's attack. The
south gate is a breach and beyond repairable

Pina: Norma Hamilton are you hurt?

In the barricades, Hamilton and Norma resting

Hamilton: I'm alive somehow

Grey: Are you not concerned about me princess?

Pina: Your safety is never in  doubt Grey

Pina: Hamilton you're coming with me back to the Formal mansion to report that we successfully repel the bandits

Pina: Countess we successfully repel the bandits but the south gate breach but still repairable

Myui: I know but they will regroup and attack again 

Pina: I know but don't worry my knights will arrive tomorrow just we need to hold much longer

We're now arriving outskirt of Italica I took out my radio

(Y/N)(radio): Alright listen to me we're going to trade with them and act like a civilized person do you understand

We finally arrive outside of the city I saw some soldier or militia on the top of the wall scared and nervous  also their bows aim at us also I notice one knight different we encounter back in Alnus

Knight?: Who's there?! If you aren' enemies then show your self

(Y/N): Any volunteers 

William: Why?

(Y/N): Because I don't want to hit by the gate just like the other guy 

Vadim: I don't think they will engage us

(Y/N): Alright then 

I turn around to Lelei, Tuka, Rory

(Y/N): Alright you three let's go

We dismount the vehicle and head to the gate while we walk to the gate open and it reveals a red-haired knight 

???: Welcome to Italica.

(Y/N): Hello there

???: Please come inside to talk

 I turn around to the convoy and raise both of my arms and order to come in The convoy enters the city and I see the citizen scared curious and frighting looks. My fellow soldiers began to dismount to their vehicles

???: Can we talk on the Formal mansion but bring few of your men's the elf, the nomads and the Apostle Rory

(Y/N): But First who the hell are you and what the hell is going on

Suddenly a girl  with short brown-haired knight shout

Browned haired knight: Impudent fools! This is an affront to the third imperial princess Pina Co Lada!

(Y/N): Reconsider what your highness?  We still at War and your Imperial army shattered our peace it's been four months since the war ended took millions of lives and then your so-called imperial army invaded

Princess Pina:  But they are expedition forces

Michael: Expedition my ass so my country got invaded by expedition forces next thing I know Stalin and Roosevelt sent "expedition force" in my country

Ross: Also you sent expedition forces to my country Michael

Pina: Is there any alternative?

(Y/N): Unfortunately, if we don't agree on our terms well me and my forces are going to leave

Hamilton: But countess is treason

Myui: I know but for sake of the survival of Italica  so I must accept

Pina: Countess the city is very important to the empire. Please tell them there is an alternative

Myui: I'm sorry for the sake for my people I must do it even facing treason to the empire

(Y/N): The countess already decided.  remember you don't have enough troops to repel the bandits

Pina: *sigh* very well just let me and my knights go

I turn to Myui

(Y/N): Any negotiation for Italica will be tomorrow if one of the representatives arrives

Myui Nods We left  and head to my Recon team

Timeskip South Gate

The meeting is finally over I contact the H.Q and they agree to send their forces to Italica and assistance because of Bandits. We set up some defense like sandbags our machine gun our vehicles turrets face in the broken gate. I am currently in the top of the wall observing the surrounding

William: So are we occupy this City

(Y/N): Yes I'm not a military strategist but according to the princess this city is a trade city home for a third of Imperial revenue 

William: Hmm your right so how long before we got reinforcement 

(Y/N): 0600 hours

Vadim arrive 

Vadim: Comrade Lieutenant looks like we have company

I took out my binoculars and see three-person in horsebacks

She aims her rifle and fired the horse collapse but the rider survives their fellow rider pick up him and retreat

I turned to my troops

(Y/N): Everyone gathers here for a moment in the wall!

(Y/N): Alright listen to me tonight we will defend this southern gate against bandits estimate somewhere 500 to 1000 or it could be more. So we must defend it any cause until our reinforcement arrive do you understand

All: Sir Yes Sir

(Y/N): Good back to your position

Rory: Hey (Y/N)

I turn around and see Rory leaning on the wall

Rory: Why are you helping the princess of an empire that supposed to be your enemy

(Y/N): To protect the people 

Rory: Are you serious?

(Y/N): Why do you ask that we could be savages and hypocrites  in the battlefield but we  still have morals and common sense

Rory: Emroy is the god of war he does not consider killing a sin but that makes your motives very important lies and deception. 

She pauses a bit

 (Y/N): It's to protect the people here that's not a lie and we will not repeat in the past but I will not guarantee the rest if we start to act like a savage person. That describes all of us here the only between that is Morals as a Human being. But there is one more thing

I kneel on the same hight with Rory

(Y/N): It will send a message to the princess and the empire that they made a grave mistake on invading our World and negotiating could be possible if the High command agree to negotiate

Suddenly Rory becomes a little bit excited

Rory:  I love it! Terror. You're going to terrorize her soul to its very core

And began spinning and land in the edge of the wall

Rory: If that it's then I'd be happy to help. 

She does the curtsy

Rory: it's been so long since I have  a chance to go crazy I can't wait

3rd POV

Princess Pina and Hamilton alongside her trusted aids Grey and Norma discussed

Norma: What! what do you mean the outworlder will occupy Italica did  you made any alternatives or change countess mind

Princess Pina: I tried that but since Italica is not far from Alnus Hill and our current army located to capital to assembles it will take time 

Grey: As much I hate it this is will be our temporary solution, for now, our primary mission is to gather intel about the enemy

Princess Pina: Yes we gather their information they called themselves the allies they are a coalition of the military. 

Norma: So they need a military coalition just to defeat us huh?

Princess Pina: And manage to defeat the flame dragon enough this talk we need to fortified the east gate In case enemy attacks the reason why I put them in the south gate to overwhelm them and fight for their lives once that we will charge the bandits and confiscate the Allies weapons

Hamilton: I like that plan, your highness

Grey: I agree with your plan but we must be careful

It was evening now the recon three stay vigilant on the knight (Y/N) preparing his flares gun.

Michael: (Y/N)  what time is it?

I took out my watch 

(Y/N): 0300 Hours

Alexei: When they will attack they will face the might of the red army

Jacob: You mean allied armies Ruskie

Lauri: Enough you two

William: Do you think they will attack us

(Y/N) think for a moment 

(Y/N): If they want a deathwish they will attack us if they have a brain they will attack the east gate

East Gate

Norma is in the wall staying vigilant alongside with city Militia until e notice hundreds of small lights in the distance and began to fire

Norma: Enemy attack!

Norma and some City militia but some, unfortunately, got hit by the arrows

Norma: Archers Return fire

The archer's fire against the bandits use testudo formation to prevent to get hit by  arrows now the bandits brought the ladders 

Norma: Send a message to Princess Pina!. The enemy attacking at the east gate!

South Gate

(Y/N) using his binoculars seeing the distant a fire in the east gate

Michael: The east gate is under attack!

(Y/N): I fucking knew it

Rory: Why? Weren't they going to attack us here?

William: 0311 Hours perfect for a night attack

Vadim: They maybe bandits but they're also trained soldiers

(Y/N): Aren't the east gate send reinforcement

Ross: Not yet sir

(Y/N): I see

(Y/N) think for a moment

(Y/N): Ross you take incharge in the south gate

Ross: What? Yes sir

(Y/N): Any volunteers to reinforce the east gate

William: Me

Michael: Me too

Vadim: I joined you comrade

Alexei: Me too

Jacob: I volunteer too

David:  Wait for me

The three generals meet again on plans to Italica and the reinforcement

General Patton: Gentlemen the recon three has successfully contact and negotiate the city of Italica 

Field Marshall Montgomery: We will keep the countess position even tho she is a child. Captain Harrison will be our representative of the allies and in charge on Italica garrison

General Chuikov: We will build a base and airfield outskirts of the city we will help the reconstruction on the city and preserving law and order in the city and to the province

General Patton: Good then 

Knock knock

General Patton: Come in!

A British officer arrives and salutes and The generals salute back

General Patton: Is everything ready

British Officer: Yes General our armies will move in 0400 same with our air corps

General Patton: Good those boys need some backup

British Officer; Also there a high ranking German general waiting outside

The British officer nods and left then the high ranked German General which familiar to the three General
