Sorry for the long wait. I was supposed to have this chapter out Monday, but I got sick and had some doctor appointments and then my friend had a baby! I am back for now and here is the next chapter!!

Demitri pov

Why? Why is it that every time that I want to show my rose some love, I get interrupted? I was enjoying her body so much too! I throw a blanket on her body to cover her up and had my plants release her body. I am the only one allowed to see her vulnerable.

I look out the window and see something flying in the air. I don't know all of the human technology here, but I do know what a helicopter is, and that was what the disruption was from. I will have to take care of the humans first, I suppose.

I look back to (y/n) and see small strips of tears leave her eyes and roll off her face, must be the sexual frustration, the poor dear.

"I'm sorry about all these interruptions we always seem to have. Don't worry though, I shall return soon and then we can finish playing." I tell her.

I walk over and give a quick kiss to her cheek and leave the room. There's no need to lock her in the room this time, not really. We are too far off the ground for one. The second is that the only way to leave our new home is to fly. Of course the windows will be blocked by the vines to ensure she doesn't try to jump out and possibly kill herself. I have pretty much baby and adult proofed our home.

Once I approach the ledge looking over the town, I spread my wings and begin my flight. Once in the air, I turn and look at my palace and stretch my hand out. I force a huge chunk of my vegetation to form a giant golem.

"You are to keep my little flower safe, understand." I command my pet. He answers with a groan of his own and I know he comprehends what I am saying.

I then return my gaze back to the town.

It's time these humans learn who's the real ruler of their pathetic lives.

Devin Pov

Yes! Finally some reinforcement! A little bit of explosives go a long way and now that they are fighting back, I can make my move to go after (Y/n). With this in mind, I start to make my way back on the streets, but freeze.

There, at the top of the magic tree house, is the demon flying around. I watch for a moment before I decide to just hunker down in the store for a moment longer.

Plants shoot out from under the ground and encase several people at once. It's like he is really showing off the power he possesses.

He then starts to summon more monsters all of which vary in size and shape. Not only that, there are more than one of the same kind.

One that definitely I do not want to tango with is the lady fly trap looking creature......that just ate someone. I need a better plan than just sneaking into his domain. I mean, that's the first option, but I need a backup plan in case that does not work.

" Insignificant, wretched, little ingrates! I was prepared to spare some of you if you would have let me be. It seems, however, I was being too lenient. It is time for you to learn who's the real Ruler of All!" I hear Demitri speak.

I'm going to need help.

I finally make it to the entrance door of the underground bar. I'm very close to the people that run the place. Luckily though, they might be able to get me some help. I raise my hand and beat against it.

"Hey! Let me in!" I shout. The little window that I am eye level with slides open for a moment before it slams shut. The door is suddenly thrown open and I am yanked inside.

"What gives?!" I fuss, but a hand is slapped across my mouth before I am engulfed in a hug.

"Thank God you are safe!" I hear my brother, Nathan, say. I try to get away from him only to feel another person wrap their arms around us, group hug style. Drake, my other brother, is the cause of this.

"We thought you were dead. It was your apartment that was destroyed, right?" Drake asks as he and Nathan released their arms that surround me.

My mind flashes back to the building collapsing, the crushed Jay, the horror of the monsters now roaming the streets. Tears try to form but I keep them from surfacing.

"Where is (Y/n)? Isn't she with you?" Nathan asks and looks around.

"No, the monster in the city took her. He's the monster we fought in Borneo. The one you two said didn't exist." I told them and they wince. I explain what happened and how he returned and about Dylan being the one thing keeping him alive now.

"Well then, good thing your brothers know some tough people. We will get a rescue team together and try to end this monster!" Drake announced.

This is just what I was hoping for.

Dylan pov.

I try, once again, to break free of the wrap that surrounds me or at least get the piece that is holding my mouth apart off. I have to get free; I have to end this monster. He has to die!....I need another way to end my life.

I don't want to die again, it hurt so much the first time...but I can't let him take over. I can't let him hurt people. If didn't die the first time, this wouldn't have happened. I guess this is my fault. I should have been more careful.

But now is not the time for sulking, they only other option I have right now is to starve myself. If I become weak, he should become weak.

I just hope (Y/n) is ok.
