"My heart...is his heart."

Those words burned in your head. Your face drains of color as you look to your poor friend. Can his life get anymore screwed up?

"What the hell?! Let us in!" Jay calls through the door. Surprisingly, Demitri does just that. With a snap of his fingers, the vines clear the way to let them enter. They bust it open and fall to the floor. Once they realize that they are in, they both quickly get into a fighting stance. You are also surprised to see Devin holding a small gun and aiming it right at Demitri.

"I knew you would come back, especially since Dylan did. Now it seems like we have to do this whole song and dance again." he spoke with confidence.

Demitri laughs once more." If you wish to kill me, you may want to aim your little device towards your pal. He and I share the same life force after all."

Devin's confident stance falters as he looks at Dylan, who has his head hung low. You watch Devin with worried eyes thinking he might shoot the poor guy, but instead he looks back at Demitri and grins.

"Ya know, I noticed you look remarkably different. Along with difference, I have a feeling you no longer have the hard hide like you use to have." With that, Devin fired a shot at Demitri's leg, which sent him down to the ground.

The vines that held your body released you and curled around their master as if to protect him. Looking over at Dylan, you see he has been released also. Your gaze then travels to Demitri, who is clutching his leg. His head quickly looks up and you know that now is the time to be running.

All four of you run to the door but are stopped by vines blocking it as well. "I won't let my bride leave again, and I refuse to go down without a fight." Demitri's cold voice rang out. All of you turn to see him, with the help of his plants, standing in the room with you.

"I don't want to be with you! What part of that do you not understand?!" you scream at him.

He grins, revealing his familiar sharp teeth, "I guess it doesn't really matter what you want, now does it?"

He begins to advance you and your friends when a knock is made on the door.

"What the hell is going on in there? I along with several others, are trying to sleep. You are not the only one in this complex." It is one of your neighbors in the apartment.

"Please, we are being attacked! Go get some help! Hurry!!" Jay screams and pounds on the door.

"A-Attacked? Oh my god!" you hear her scream and run down the hall. You turn your attention back to Demitri and see his expression turned to anger.

"You should not have done that." Is the only thing he says when the entire building starts to shake.

You, along with everyone else, fall to the ground with all the motion. A vine quickly warps around you and Dylan and pulls the both of you close to Demitri. Parts of the ceiling cave in and the floors start to shift, wooden beams shoot out from the floor and jam into the roof and continue to go forward all the way through until it reaches the top part of the building.

The floor beneath Jay and Devin gives way and they fall through. You scream and attempt to break free and reach for them, but it is too late.

"Damn you!! Why do you want to kill my friends, why can't you just leave them alone!" you scream.

He gives you a quick peck on your forehead, "Because I want to be the only one you have your attention on, only on me and the children."

You look at him like he is crazy. "I will not bear you any child! Do you hear me? NONE!" You yell at the dammed beast. He just pats your head, "The idea will grow on you. We can talk more on the subject once I have established a place worthy for you to sleep at night, have full control over humanity and ensure the dangers of the world is taken care of. I have to put you to sleep now, it is so late and you need your rest."

Just like he had done three years ago, he produced a flower in the center of his palm. Knowing what would happen, you turn your head to avoid it but you couldn't. The dust particles filled the air and you couldn't hold your breath forever.

Demitri pov

Once she finally collapsed I had my vines carry her off to a new area of my now new castle. All of the destruction earlier was made to house my family. It was not worthy to contain my flower, but now it is.

"You won't win!" I hear the boy to my left shout. I turn to face him and laugh, "You do realize that to get rid of me, you will have to die right?" I sneer.

"Yeah, of course I do, and I know they won't be able to kill me. I don't expect them too. They would rather find another way to kill you, but I won't let them waste time and allow people to die while they look."

I scoff, "Get to the point of your little rant."

"I will take my own life, thus ending yours!" He barks and breaks free of his binds. I now see he has a knife in his hands and has been cutting away at my plants.

Taking the knife, he aligns it with his heart and starts to plunge it in. I move quickly and get the sharp object out of his hand and punch him in the face, rendering him unconscious.

"Oh, I don't think you will be trying that again. I will make sure of that." I growl and pick up his body and make my way to a special holding cell. A special one that keeps his body safe from not only everyone else, but from himself as well.

Y/n Pov

You had been awake for about an hour now and you already know there is no chance at escape. Why? Well let's just say that Demitri has literally turned the apartment complex into his new place of residence. As such, the apartment is no longer an apartment but castle like that has been built into a tree. In other words, the only way out is if you have rope long enough to reach the ground.

Even if you could reach the ground, there is still a wall of rocks surrounding the base of the tree. Let's not forget about all the people that died while he built his damn palace. He has no heart whatsoever. He is a demon that lives on nothing but pure lust for you.

"Demitri, words cannot describe the way I feel towards you. " You growl in anger.

"That is fine; words cannot describe my love for you. You will get use to everything once I have established a stable environment for you." He says passively.

You can't take it anymore; you get off the bed and walk over to the damn monster. Before he knew what was happening, your hand made contact with his cheek. You had put everything into your slap, his head turns and a red mark forms. "I hate your entire existence." You confess.

Slowly, he moves his head to look at you and just like the confidence Devin had before, yours ran away. His look held a grin, one that should not be held after being struck.

"My dear, I need to make one thing clear with you." He starts before he picks you up and throws you on the bed. Seconds later he is on top of you and capturing your lips with his. You shove and hit his chest to let you go, but it does not deter him.

He finally releases your mouth and sits up, perching his body on your stomach. "I am the dominant one in this relationship, my love, and as such, your behavior is unacceptable. I think it is time for a punishment....." he leans back down towards your ear.

         "........do you remember how it goes?"

So, if I haven't stated it before, this story will not be as long as the first one. Just thought I would inform you. In fact, it only has three or four more chapters left ...maybe less...
