That's was a summary of our focus today titled, "Earth's Doom"

Before I proceed, permit me to say a massive welcome and hello to old and new readers of our interview shop. 💋

Now, today we are going to be talking about 'Earth's Doom' by an amazing and super friendly author here, 1-800-N0T-AESTHETIC☘️☘️

Hey Aesthetic!

Aes: Heyo!👋 How are you?

Lilly: I am always good. I think my energy level is always on 105%😂

Let's get started before I bore you though😜

Aes: 😂😂 I am ready!

Lilly: First question; What inspired your story, Earth's Doom?

Aes: I guess what inspired my story was the boys at my school, Xd:

Sophie: Oh, I heard boys😁

Zara: Get out of here Sophie, you are interrupting!👩🏻‍✈️

Lilly: Ignore the girls, 😁
Tell me how the boys in your school inspired your story? *wiggles brows*

Aes: It's not what you think😂

Okay, so every time I have a group project at school, the boys are always talking about video games and me being the person I am. . .thought it would be cool if my story was about a whole different world.

Lilly: wooh! So you heard the boys and decided to make a world in a video game but somehow in the real world, How did you think that up?

Aes: The idea of mixing the future with the past kinda came together somehow in my head. . .my thoughts are complicated😞

Let me admit, half of my story came to me in the middle of the night.

Lilly: I guess the dream fairies are kind to you😞. . .aside also having a complicated brain, the dream fairies hate me😩

Zara: Focus!👩🏻‍✈️

Lilly: next question😁, what brought about the catchy title, "Earth's Doom"?

Aes: The most important line in book made me come up with that title. I wanted something that would pull you in. So, I decided to destroy the Earth! (Not really🌚)

I wanted the title to give off the vibe of how the whole story started.

Lilly: That destroying the Earth part really got me!😳 Please don't destroy the Earth, I've gat my baby Dmitri in there!😩

Aes: 😂😂

Lilly: Okay, next question says; What inspired your MC, Chaerin?

Aes: My family and books.

Lilly: hmmm, tell me more about that🥰

Aes: I wanted my main character to be a mix of weird things my family does. But I also made her have ironic and funny lines.

It kinda got inspired from the idiots I live with.

Lilly: Oh, I live with idiots too😏 may I know who yours are?

Aes: My brother✨✨ and yours?

Lilly: My sisters👩🏽‍🦯👩🏽‍🦯

Lilly: 😏 Moving on: Are you Korean?

-I ask because, I noticed Chaerin, your MC was Korean.

Aes: No no! I'm not Korean but I thought it would be fun to explore new culture.

Lilly: That was wonderful! I think Koreans are amazing people!

Aes: Ya know🥰 . . .because I'm interesting and it's 💯% true😏

Lilly: Of course you are😜
Moving on; What's up with that Headmaster man?

How can he take a whole bottle of whiskey and not die?😤

And why does he like using the words, 'Oh Oh'

I swear the man, creeped me out with his chirpiness😂 (is that a word?)

Aes: I wanted to make him weird- is his charm working? 😂

Lilly: Oh he is weird alright! But I don't like him one bit😤

Aes: 😂 I wanted to present the idea that the headmaster isn't really the good guy and he uses words like 'oh oh oh' because I wanted to make him a hyped up old man. I wanted to present creepy energy.

Lilly: You did a nice job with his character, you transmitted the right message❤️

So, who is your favourite character?

Aes: I think it's either Jeanne or General Zhang.

Lilly: Oh, why is that?

Aes: That's just because I know what Imma do to them *inserts evil laugh*

Zara: 👩🏻‍✈️ oh no we have another one!

Aes: 😂😂
No no, I am not dangerous!

Lilly: 😂😂😂
so why do you prefer them over others?

Aes: I personally liked making Jeanne's and Zhang's personalities. It was fun and interesting, since they're so different, but they still have their own quirks.

Lilly: I like Jeanne too but my favourite is definitely Dmitri, he is so cute🥰

Next, who is your least favourite character?

Aes: Ah! I don't think I have a least favourite yet😜

Lilly: Oh, well I actually do not like Owen, why is he so mean to Chaerin?

Aes: Owen isn't meant to be mean. He's just a bit tough to uncover, but he'll get his characterization.

Lilly: I am sure he will. So, which part was hard for you to write?

Aes: Fight scenes.
Making a Fantasy book, I knew it was going to be hard but darn-😞

Lilly: But I think you sort of pulled it off. How did you overcome it?

Aes: I overcame it by going back to books that I've read, and taken their examples. I mean I didn't know what I would do, but after a bit of thinking, the ideas kind of came.

Lilly: Waoh, that's really a good idea and I think everyone reading this interview should learn from it.

Lesson:

If you face any difficulty in an aspect of your writing;

•Go read good books with similar issues.
•Check out how they overcame those areas and learn from them.
