The owner of the dim sum place is actually a close friend of Michael's mother, the former Silver Serpents leader. She too sustained an injury that made her incapable of serving the gang any longer, and as she'd always had an affinity for cooking she decided to open this shop. She's very welcoming towards any member of the Silver Serpents gang, but apprehensive towards the Crimson Sabres. And she is not afraid to chase people out of her establishment with a broom--or a gun.
