The headquarters of the Silver Serpents gang is an abandoned apartment building, and it is twelve stories high. It has water and electricity, but no heating.

The twelfth floor is Michael's office/room (referred to among the gang members as the 'Dragon's Nest'). It's rare for anyone aside from him to go up there; usually, if he wants to speak with someone, he'll seek them out himself.

The ninth floor is a general meeting/planning space for the gang to discuss plans of action, as well as to receive tasks for the day/week.

The sixth floor is where training takes place. Gang members can both spar and train by themselves, as the room is equipped with several punching bags, mats, etc.

The fourth floor is entirely empty, save for a single chair. It's only purpose is to interrogate and execute people in--they don't really want to get blood on any of the other floors. No one enters the fourth floor for any other purpose. (Yes, I picked four on purpose, because it's considered an unlucky number in China--the Chinese word for four and death are almost exactly the same.)

The third floor is the armory. It's a very large space where the majority of the gang's frequently-used weapons are stored.

The second floor is the med bay; if a gang member is injured or sick, they can visit the medic here. The medic's quarters are here as well.

All other floors besides the first floor (the lobby/foyer essentially) are simply storage and/or bunks.
