The leader should be ruthless. They will do whatever it takes to keep their gang afloat. They show no mercy, usually unless it is directed towards a member of the gang. Their word is law.

•Deputy•
The deputy is the member of the gang which the leader trusts most. If anything were to happen to the leader, they would be next in line. They are looked up to by the gang, but their authority can usually be challenged without (severe) punishment.

•Advisor•
The advisor is the second most trusted member by the leader. They are in charge of planning where the gang's resources will go, budgeting, collecting supplies (drugs, weapons, etc.). They give tasks to all the lower-downs of the gang. Essentially, they are the businessperson of the group.

•Medic•
The medic takes care of the ill and wounded. They are probably the kindest person in the gang, but they are also perfectly capable of gutting whomever they choose. The medic is highly respected, but doesn't have much influence over the gang's actions.

The general is in charge of training the soldiers of the gang. They have plenty of experience with violence and they are likely the most skilled fighter in the whole gang. They are also in charge of battle strategy, if ever the need arises for such a plan.

Soldiers are the mercenaries and the bodyguards of the gang. They are expected to follow the general's every order, as well as the advisor's. They are skilled fighters, and although they are not quite on the level of the general, they are doubtlessly more skilled than the average gang members.
