Personality| Charles's stoic appearance leaves people with the impression that he's a quiet and mysterious person, but that's actually quite the opposite. He's very sociable and energetic; he's friendly and easy to talk to as well. He doesn't care in the least about what other people think of him, but will gladly physically fight anyone for someone else's honor. He can come off as flirtatious, although it's really just the way he interacts with people, and can also seem a bit stuck up.

Likes| He has a love for the unconventional; anyone or anything out of the ordinary is sure to catch his eye. Cats and animals in general make him happy, as does being better than other people. He's particularly fond of children, and his hair.

Dislikes| Charles doesn't like getting dirty--he's not afraid of germs, but rather he just doesn't enjoy the feeling. He doesn't like overly hot weather, and he doesn't like being told what to do. He doesn't like neon colors.

Backstory| Charles moved out of his parents' house at the age of nineteen, after reaching his limit of being pressured so much by them to live up to their standards. It was made clear to him that, once he left, he would no longer be welcomed back into their house. Regardless of this, he took his belongings and left. Within a year he was in debt, as he was unable to find a job--so prostitution became his line of work. He provided his services to one of the members of the Crimson Sabres, and was later offered a position in the gang. He would receive protection and housing in return for some of his pay, and Charles accepted. He's more of a tenant than an actual, official member of the gang, but he's befriended a decent amount of them in the year he's lived there.

Other| He has an older brother who isn't on speaking terms with their parents either. His brother is married and has an infant daughter, whom Charles visits often.
