When I save the day I worry so much about Peach

To think what Bowser could be doing to her ugh, that scaly creep

I will never show discomfort though in the heat of a battle

I will never show any weakness until the bad guys skedaddle

I know I must be strong for her and that's what keeps me going

I must get there and save her in time this I'm knowing

People may wonder why I don't ask for rewards and stuff

But when I see Peach's face, that's reward enough

I know when you come to save me you might not get there in time

I still respect and care for you though because I know you try

You're always there for me when I need you most

And you're always modest about it, you never brag or boast

It's evident you care about me I know that much is clear

And I take comfort in the fact that you'll always be here

People may not respect what we have and they may mock and jeer

But you'll never be a loser to me, Mario and you'll never be a zero

His name is Mario but everyone knows him as Super Mario

He's the one who saves the day, the one who will always get the girl

My name is Luigi, but no one knows me as Super Luigi I'm just his kid brother

But I don't mind, I'm proud of him, Peach needs someone to be there for her

And if it can't be me why not him, it's obvious he cares for her

And I know he's the one who can truly take care of her

I'm proud of Mario for what he does and even though I tease he and I know I'm smarter

I know that he's still my hero and that will last forever

When I Rule the Mushroom Kingdom

So far when I've tried to conquer the mushroom kingdom my plans have always failed

And I blame that on the pesky plumber who grabs me by the tail

But that won't go on forever I'll make sure of that

And I look forward to the day when Mario will splat

And I will rule the mushroom kingdom and he will be my slave

And he will beg for my mercy which I have never gave

Then I will rule the mushroom kingdom and my queen will be Peach

Oh, how I look forward to the sympathy with which she'll look on her little leach

But she'll be powerless to stop me they all will for I will rule the mushroom kingdom against any odds Bwa, ha, ha!
