Note: And before anyone mentions 'True Ultra Instinct', its is just UI 'Sign' with an emotion boost. It is NOT a new transformation. I haven't thought of a multiplier for the 'emotion boost' yet. Also, i want you to be strong, but not too op, so there will be a few opponents that will challenge you force you & friends/CPUs to fight more serious and/or transform.

These are the opponents i am referring to: CFW Magic, Arfoire/Deity of Sin, Yellow Heart, Rei Ryghts (both versions), Gold Third, Dark CPUs, Afimojas (only when affected by dark power), Kurome/Dark Orange. Every other villain/antagonist (like Warechu or Underling and most of the Seven Sages) is fodder and would get stomped by you or your friends in base form while heavily suppressed lol. At least, that's my opinion on the Neptunia verse power scale since there seems to be a heated debate going on with some believing them to be weak while others believe the verse is strong. I'm taking a more middle ground approach.
