She was screaming fearing the darkness banging the door of elevator. Next she felt a palm covering her mouth from back

She was on the verge of collapsing with fear, anxiety & suffocation when she was turned around in a swift motion by the person making her collide against his hard chest.

Before she could move she saw a familiar face when he ignited a flame pressing his lighter. Although the light was dim but enough to lit the surrounding.

He cupped her face with one hand while the other held her waist protectively

Sid : Shhhh.......Relax Shehnaaz. It's me okay. You're fine. Kuch nahi hua. Hmmm. Just Relax ( He said lovingly try to calm her down)

Shehnaaz saw him as if she's seen some ghost. She didn't understand whether to cry or be happy. Her breathing were still uneven

Sidharth looked at her & his heart churned at the sight. She looked so pale & completely worn out. He knew she was scared. All he wanted to do at that moment was kiss all her tears away & cocoon her in his arms. He moved his thumb to wipe her tears

Shehnaaz came out of her reverie and she pushed him back. She was back to her angry mode while Sid was taken aback

Sid (angry): Tum mein koi Split Personality hain kya. Huh? Abhi do minute pehle bheegi Billi se bhi battar halat thi!!!!!!!!! Aisi shakal bana rakhi thi jaise tum se zyada masoom toh ish duniya mein aur koi hain hi nahi. Do second nahi lage tumhe Sita se Gita banne mein

Sana : Just Shut up!!!!! Aise kaun karta hain ha? What if I had died??

Sid : Kaise kaun kya karta hain?? Kya bol rahi ho tum?

Sana : AISE ??? AISE kaun muh band karta hain!!!! ( Sana actually  showed him a demo by covering his mouth by her palm like he did to her)

Sana felt him smiling against her palm

Sana : Now What??? (Still covering her mouth)

Sid held her palm removing from his mouth & smirked

Sid : Clever move Miss Gill!!!! Mauka toh tum bhi nahi chodti mujhe Chune ka (Grinning)

She immediately removed his hold from her hand

Sana : Dekho zyada oversmart banne ki zarurat nahi hain samjhe!!!

Aur..Durrr....DUR RAHO!!!!!! (She took a step back

Sid : Oh Hello Madam !!!!!!
Main bhi koi enjoy nahi kar raha yaha tumhara saath. Tum akeli nahi phasi ho yaha main bhi phase hua hu. Toh zyada attitude dikhane ki zarurat nahi hain

Sana : Toh phir meri help kyu nahi karte yaha se nikalne mein? Yeh itne bade bade biceps hone ka kya faida phir

Sid : (laughing sarcastically) Ohh... Tumne mujhe kya Hanuman ji ya Bheem samaj rakha hain. Jo ek dhakka mara aur darwaza tut gaya.

Shehnaaz rolled her eyes at his response

Sid : Aur waise bhi mere phone ki battery dead hain Varna kab ka kisi ko call karke bulwa leta. Tumhare paas toh phone hain toh call kyun ni karti

Shehnaaz realized how foolish of her. She indeed had a phone
She was so terrified that it completely slipped off her mind.

She took her phone out to dial a number but since there was stuck inside the elevator so signal couldn't be found. She made a pissed of face

Sid : Kya hua???

Sana : Signal nahi aaraha

She stated pacing in the small space while Sid tried to comfort her calmly

Sid : (calm) Listen I understand we're stuck but there's no point freaking out. It's better we wait for sometime. I'm sure abhi thodi der mein light aajayegi

Sana although wanted to get out of this awkward & uncomfortable situation asap not because she was feeling unsafe but because being so close to him did things to her that she will never admit

But she couldn't do much, could she? She leaned back taking support on a wall all tired while Sid half sat on the floor resting his back against the wall

For few minutes there was complete silence & no one spoke. It was getting too awkward now. They weren't even friends to talk.

Goddd!!! She cursed her fate at the same time prayed for this to end

Sid took his sipper out of his duffle bag passed it to her as he thought she must be thirsty by all screaming & shouting

Sid : Ye lo peeyo. You will feel better

Sana looked up at him but instantly denied while Sid was a little pissed now

Sid (pissed) : Paani hain..Zeher nahi hain!!!!! (After a pause) Look Shehnaaz you really don't have to make this awkward okay. Agar Tum chati ho toh main tumse baat nahi karta hu. But please yeh paani lo. I just don't want ki tumhe.........pichli baar ki tarah....Panic Attack aaye

He spoke the last sentence softly and Shehnaaz was all red. All the flashes of that evening came back running including their kiss

Sid saw her turning red in embarrassment. Blood rushed till her cheeks. He smiled at her expressions & immediately changed the topic

Sid : Drink now come on!!!!

Sana didn't resist this time & started taking a sip.

Sana : Thanks!!!

Sid : Anytime Miss Gill (He said with a sweet smile)

After 2 minutes of silence...

Sana was stealing quick glances at him & next what she saw made her gasp & widen her eyes in shock

Sana : Ye....Yeh...Ky..kya kar rahe ho tum??

She saw him slowly unbuttoning the first two buttons of his shirt

Sid looked at her confused & followed her gaze and immediately smirked

Sid : Lagta hain kuch zyada hi movies dekhti ho tum. Garmi hain yaar. Aur sirf do buttons hi toh khule hain. Tum toh aise react kar rahi ho jaise..................(he couldn't complete his sentence as lights started flickering

Next Sana jumped on his lap screaming & clutching his shirt tight
Her head buried in the crook of his neck

Sid closed his eyes and gulped his hardness due to sudden proximity their body clung onto each other.
He couldn't understand what just happened. All he could mumble was

SHEHNAAZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sana : (scared tone) Woh..woh I felt...I felt something crawling on my feet

Sid : Huh???( still lost)

Sana : Sidharth waha...waha kuch tha.....(buring her head more into his nape

She didn't even realize she was creating havoc in his senses. His body went stiff under her touch & brain numb

Sana was shit scared & slowly lifted her head to face him who looked intently at her

Sana's breath hitched on finding him so so close to her. Their face were just millimeters away with their upper body pressed against each other generating the heat

The air was becoming so thick around them. They realized their position but no one made an attempt to move as if they wished to stay like that

Her hands involuntarily crawled down from his shoulders to his bare chest now

The moment he felt her touch when her soft palms rested on his bare chest he groaned. Their gaze were so intense & hot they felt themselves melting in the heat that radiated from their bodies.

They both could literally feel each other's heartbeat rapidly beating against their chest. Sidharth clenched his fist as her breath was lingering on his face. While Shehnaaz's insides shivered as she felt him tightening his grip against her waist.

What the fuck was happening??? She should be pushing him off of her.
She should move away from him or anything to keep herself away from him but none happened.
On the contrary she leaned more closer digging her fingers hard against his chest.

Sid : Shehnaazzz!!!!!!!!!
(His tone passionate yet soft)

His hands moved upwards ever so lightly from her waist to her upper back then shoulders & finally cupping the back of her neck

It took every Fibre in her body to not respond to his touches. She was losing her senses. She was getting sparks of pleasing tingle to her bones

Sid bought her face more closer cupping her neck from back until their forehead met & breath mingled with each other. Their lips less than inches away

Sid : (panting) Mujhe kuch kehna hain Shehnaaz (pulling her even more closer)

Sana : Sidh...Please Sidharth..... kuch mat kaho.........Please
(She murmured shivering while her face almost pressed against his)

Sid : Kyuuu???? (Seductively)

Their eyes remained closed this time
Sana didn't respond. He asked again

Sid : Kyuu Shehnaaz ????? (Caressing & rubbing his forehead against her)

His warm breath falling on her jaw making her clutch his shirt tighter

Sana : (eyes still closed) Bas Yun Hi

Sid cupped her cheek grazing it lightly with his fingers while other still rested on the back of her neck

Sana : Sidharth Please.....

Sid : What are you doing to me Shehnaaz?? Tum.....Tum woh pehli ladki ho jiske kareeb rehna mujhe accha lagta hain

Saying he brushed his lips on her jaw sensually making Sana gasp

Sid : Jo main tumhare liye mehsoos karta hu woh pehle kisi k liye nahi kiya

He tilted his head a little
Moving from her jaw he pressed his lips on her cheek. Kissing it softly

Sana was melting under his touch. He body was quivering each time his lips touched her face.
She had her eyes tightly shut

Sid : Main jaanta hu k tum bhi wohi feel karti ho jo main tumhare liye. Bas ek baar kehdo Shehnaaz. Bas ek baar
(He almost pleaded her)

They leaned more closer if possible

Sana : (fumbling) Sid..Sidharth Main.....(panting) main tumse......
I....I

Bolo Shehnaaz!!!!!!! Sid said placing his lips at the corner of her lips. His lips lingering there

While she shuddered & her insides burned

Next she hugged him wrapping her arms around his neck

Sana : (shivering) Hota hain Sidharth...mujhe....mujhe bhi hota hain... (pause)

I...I really....
I Really...Like...................

SHEHNAAZ!!!!!!!!!!!!

She jerked opened her eyes & saw Sidharth looking at her worried

Sid : Pichle 5 minute se cheekhe jaa raha hun. Kaha khoyi hui ho??? Chalo lift sahi hogayi hain. Hume nikalna chaiye

Sana looked around and saw herself leaning back on the wall. Light was back & the elevator door was open

Sana : Main..main tab se yehi par baithi hui thi????

Sid : Off course!!!! Aise kyu puch rahi ho?? (He said furrowing his eyebrows)

Realization dawned upon her immediately that she was dreaming...

She was fucking dreaming about them almost making out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How could she get such dream????
What on earth is wrong with her???
SHE & SIDHARTH??????????
That was so fucking Intimate!!!!!!!

And what shocked her the most was the almost confession she was going to make. Although in her dream but sapne mein bhi aisa kaise soch sakti hain woh!!!!!!!!!!!

NO NO Never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shehnaaz was feeling as if she committed a heinous crime

She quickly got up & exited from the elevator & went towards the parking without uttering a word. She started walking faster increasing her pace while Sid was again pissed with her constant mood swings. It was getting difficult for him to put up with her attitude

He followed her matching her pace

Sid : Shehnaaz!!!!!! STOP for god sake

She kept walking ahead amlost running without turning

Sid was getting beyond angry now She was testing his patience. A while ago she was okay & now she was again back to her bitchy self

Sid walked upto her and turned her around with force at once

Sid : (screaming) ENOUGH Alright!!!! ENOUGH!!!!! Kya samajti ho khud ko?? HUH???

Kab se pagalo ki tarah puche jaa raha hu. Yeh achanak se ho kya jata hain tumhe

Shehnaaz shuddered at his tone but didn't look up. A small trickled down her eyes

Sid saw her looking down but his expression softened when he saw her tears. He immediately cursed himself for screaming at her. She looked so vulnerable. But why was she behaving like this. What has happened all of a sudden???

Sid : (soft) Shehnaaz....I'm....I am sorry.. I shouldn't have screamed. I am really sorry.

He was about to cup her cheek but Shehnaaz stepped back. Sid was hurt

Sana : Sidharth you should leave. It's too late. Mujhe bhi jaana hain
(She said with choking voice avoiding his gaze)

Sid sighed hurt. He didn't pester much

Sid : (disappointed) Sometimes I really can't understand you.
Anyway main tumhe nahi rok raha. Pehle tum jao.
Phir main chala jaunga

She wasted no time & quickly got inside the car drove off without sparing him a glance

While Sidharth stood there until the car was out of sight

Sid POV

Yeh kya horaha hain mujhe??
Kyu Shehnaaz ki baatein mujhe is kadar affect karti hain???

Main nahi chata ushe apni Veeran zindagi mein shaamil karna.
Janta hu use dard k alawa kuch dene k kaabil nahi hu main
Phir bhi khudko uske kareeb jaane se rok nahi pata

I don't deserve you Shehnaaz. You deserve better

Shehnaaz was a sobbing mess on the other side
She was feeling too helpless

Nahi yeh Galat hain. Main uske liye kuch feel nahi karti. It was just a dream. It means nothing!!!

Aur waise bhi yeh Dil toh kab ka tut chuka hain.
Aur Tuta hua Dil kisi k liye kuch mehsoos nahi karta (crying)

Main pyaar k kaabil nahi hu...
Naa aajtak kisi se mila

Aur jab pata hi nahi k pyaar hota kya hain.
Toh Woh main kisi aur ko kaise de sakti hu
Nahi hu main Tumhare Kaabil

You deserve better Sidharth. You don't deserve a Broken Mess like me.
You deserve better!!!!!!

But little did they know they were carrying incomplete piece of broken hearts inside them.
