It had been a week since I had last seen Bella, my roommate. I've lived with Bella ever since we finished high school. We had met back in highschool in an art class and at first we had hated each other. she had thought I was a spoiled kid who didn't give a fuck whether she had good grades or not which wasn't false by the way and I didn't really think anything of her except she was too up in my ass, minding everything except her business.
We had started liking each other more when we would occasionally simp over a guy and learned more about each other. I got to know why she hated spoiled brats and she learned why I was like that but that's a story for another day. This past week, she had been in exams.

Four days had gone since I had met Jack, though He  hadn't particularly piqued my most interest, my pride was still deceived he hasn't called. I still thought of that Kaiden guy's face as he had stood there making us uncomfortable and going without a word, how rude was that? A hi would have been enough and maybe a make out session?

I wake my ass up around ten, get out of bed and went straight to the bathroom to take a shit, brushed my teeth and washed my face before joining Bella in the kitchen.
She was listening to some 6lack jam I couldn't remember the name but it was a banger. we both loved 6lack.
I find two cups of hot water, two tea bags on a small plate and four toasts on another plate.
She is the responsible one between us. She literally had her life planned out, when she would get married, with who, how many children, etc..

"Hey." I say as I enter the kitchen.

"Hey. Heard you coming  in late last Saturday, didn't get laid or was it a quickie?" She teases taking a seat on the far right end of the kitchen counter. She was now used to me not coming home Friday and Saturday nights.

"Found you snoring like an animal." I say smiling while taking a sit nearest to her.

" I am surprised I wasn't sleep walking." She says laughing lightly. "Anyways you didn't answer me."

"You might need some ice, the tea, is too hot." I say preparing myself to tell her about the awkward make out session.
She fake blows on her tea then starts rubbing her hands looking at me expectantly.

I start telling her the whole story,how Jack took me to his penthouse, how he didn't waste no time talking and went straight to action which was good by the way then finally how the moment things started to heat up between us a handsome, tall guy entered, cleared his throat, stood for a moment staring at us then went to his room without a single hi or excuse me.

"Couldn't be more awkward. Why would someone do that?" She says shaking her head looking annoyed.

"Don't even get me started. I could literally cut the tension with a knife." I say rolling my eyes.

"I know. Anyways so y'all exchanged numbers right? Are you planning on seeing him this friday?" She asks.

"I don't know. I was kind of disappointed of the wasted dick but you know I don't do the same person more than once. I gave him my number to be nice."

"Nice who? You? Face it, deep down you want that business sealed girl." She says rolling her eyes then smirks.

"At first I did but not anymore." I say taking the last bite of my toast and a final sip of my tea. I walk to the sink to wash my tea bag plate and cup.

"So Kaiden huh? I would have thought he piqued your curiosity knowing you. » she says still munching on her last toast.

« He did but I guess we'll never meet. » I sounded desperate even to myself, like bro desperate much?

"You know what a phone is right? You could always call Jack." She says sarcastically.

« I would never, besides I'm the one who gave him my number and he hasn't called. » I say.

« Oh, my bad. Don't worry babe you will find your next toy by friday." She says jokingly as she places her plate and cup in the sink.
"I'll wash those later I'm kind of late now. Also  we'll find you a fine ass tomorrow, you need to let some of that tension out. I'm coming with y'all to the hunt." She says exiting the kitchen to go get ready for her class.

She was in college doing internal design while I had pursed my dream after highschool of being an artist. In fact it was the only thing I had confidence doing. I had opened an art gallery thirty minutes away from my appartement.
Business was doing fine, plus I still had my dad to help me financially , so money wasn't really an issue.
I wash her plate and cup, wipe them then put them back in the cupboard.

"Babe see you tomorrow." Bella says exiting the appartement door.

I go back to my room to get ready to go to the gallery. I take a quick shower , brush my curly hair and put on a black jean short, a big tee and my white air force and exit the apartment shortly after.
I get into my jeep, put 6lack on the loudest volume then drive to the gallery.
The day is not productive because everytime I would try to draw something, Kaiden's face would appear in my imagination which quickly frustrated me.
I leave the gallery short after around five pm and goes straight home. I hadn't seen the boys since last Saturday.

The next day I get up at ten, finding Bella already gone as usual. I go on with the day as the previous, finding no inspiration once again.
I couldn't wait for it to be ten so that we could go to the club and get trashed and I could finally get laid.

Bella comes home at nine and we start getting ready. We both put on short dresses, hers red, mine black. She puts black heels and I put on black boots ,I really really hated high heels.
The guys come to pick us up at ten forty and we drive to the club. Fun fact, Bella and Dylan had been dating ever since senior year.
We go up in Vip as usual take our favorite spot near the bar and order our usual order, a bottle of whiskey.
The three of them would take turns to being the designated driver but since I never went home with them I was always aloud to drink. But Dylan didn't drink he was their driver tonight.

" legend says last Saturday was your best hook up yet?" Logan whisper shouts to me so that I could hear him over the music.

" Would've been except it didn't happen." I answer him shaking my head

"Hey!" Someone says taping my shoulder.

I turn around and find Jack standing with a cute brunette his arm on her back.
"Hey!" I say surprised.

"This is Lisa my girlfriend, Lisa this is Ivy we met here last weekend." He says.
We mutually nod smiling as Jack goes to say hi to the rest of my friends.

I'm thinking about how I was about to hook up with a guy in a relationship when I hear Jack calling my name.
"Huh?" I say

"I was saying you could all join us at our table if you want?" Jack says.

I turn to look at my friends silently asking them if they are okay with it. When they all nod, I turn back to jack, " yeah sure."

We all make our way to their table with our drinks.
There were four boys and five girls in total.

Three of them raise their heads and look at us at the same time. And one boy catches my eye particularly, Kaiden. He is seated between two girls, typing angrily on his phone as the girls talk trying to get his attention.

"Hey." One of the guys says scooting over to leave us some space to seat.

"Hey." Logan says as we all nod in response.
They all look friendly enough.
They introduce themselves amicably as we take our seats. I seat between one guy who said he was Ben and Logan as Bella and Dylan seat on the other side of the table beside Kaiden.
when its Kaiden's turn he says his name not even raising his head from his phone.

I was definitely infatuated by his uninterested vibe now. It turned me on and piqued my interest unlike all my other sexual toys. I had to taste him, in fact not later than tonight and that was a promise.
