As I stand there looking at Kaiden waiting for my response, a million things are going through my mind. I really didn't want to know what he had to say after the restroom incident. I mean what could it be? It slipped off his tongue? But I didn't want to make a scene in front his friend either because it was humiliating enough when we were alone, let alone in front of his friend.
I slowly pull back my elbow from his hold and then turn to Jack.

"Give me a call this week yeah? This may take minute." I tell Jack knowing fully that I won't have the time to talk to him after Kaiden.

"I will, I promise. Don't go with him anywhere without witnesses.» he jokes punching Kaiden's shoulder before he goes back into the club.

« Follow me.»  I tell Kaiden going out in the parking lot without waiting for him. I can hear his steps as he follows me silently. I reach an isolated spot in the parking lot then I stop and turn around to look at him waiting for what he had to say.

« I uh...... wanted to tell you that I didn't mean what I said. » he says quietly scratching the back of his head, his other hand in his pocket.

« That's not enough. Why would you even say that in the first place? » I calmly reply not showing any sign of emotion though my inside was screaming.

« uumh....Look Ivy, that girl you saw is my ex fiancé and seeing her here upset me. And I just wanted her gone so bad but she wouldn't go when I told her earlier so I used you and You seemed to be cool with it. Then things got a lil serious and you know the rest so when you didn't wanna go far I took it on you. » he confesses holding my gaze.

Now I kind of understand but I still don't accept no one talking to me like that. But wait how did he know my name?
« Wait how do you know my name? »

« Uh, I heard it when you introduced yourself in the lounge, why?" He confusedly asks.

It certainly pleased me to know he had paid attention when I said my name but he didn't have to know.
" right, never mind. Anyway I get it you were upset and that's your business. All forgotten now it's not like we live together or we are going to meet anywhere or anytime soon anyways!" I answer him lightly. I was really just playing it cool.

" Can we try this again? I am Kaiden, nice to meet you Ivy." He stretches his hand probably waiting for me to shake it.

" Nice to meet you too Kaiden." I smile a little shaking his hand.

" Can I give you a ride back to make it up to you?"
He says still holding my hand.

" um,,, no thanks I will go with my friends over there. See you around Kaiden." I point their car to prove my point .I know I was just being hard at this point but once a jerk always a jerk, plus I didn't befriend any of my hook ups. When I am about to turn around and go to them he doesn't let go of my hand instead pulls me in the other direction.

"God, you are really a hard one. I'm here trying to be nice for the first time but you are really not making it easy for me. I'll take you home and don't worry I won't kill you." He stops before a beautiful all black G-Wagen and I hear a beep as he unlocks it.
I'm busy drooling over it forgetting everything else.

« Hi hello! » he snaps his finger in front of my face to get my attention before I fully come back to our 'earth'. « The other seat is on the other side, or you need me to carry you there? » he say jokingly though I didn't expect him to open for me anyways.

« Give me a sec, I'll just tell Dylan to not wait for me.» I tell him before I dial Dylan's number and tell him to ride Bella and Logan home without waiting for me. I hop in on the other front seat without saying a word.

« so Ivy, where to? » he asks looking at me as he waits for me to give him directions.

« Take your left on the main road, it's about twenty minutes from here. » I give him the directions.

He starts the engine silently and boy the ride is so awkward. No songs, no words jut a big heavy tension, the only time I speak is when I tell him to take a right turn to our appartement.
He stops in the parking lot of our apartment complex and turns his head towards me.

" Have a good night Ivy." He says in a low voice looking at me dead in the eyes. The way my name rolled on his tongue had an appeal to it.

" Thank you for the ride and good night too Kaiden."
I say after some seconds of just looking at each other, no one making a move towards the other. I unbuckle myself and open the car.
As I'm making my way to the front door, I feel conscious like he is still watching me but I make it a point to walk as confidently as I can.

The elevator ride to our appartement takes like forever though it's only to the third floor since I was so exhausted both mentally and physically.
When I unlock the front door to my appartement I immediately pull off my shoes and leave them there.
I call Bella to no answer then realize Dylan must have taken her back to His and Logan's appartement a few minutes from ours. I immediately fall on my bed without bothering to change into my pyjamas.
I was so frustrated at how everything had turned out these last two weekends, first Jack then Kaiden. It had been a week since I had had sex and it was starting to get to me, I sure as hell would be grumpy all week long. I start thinking about how everything had went down with Kaiden.
Like who would have thought him of all the people would have been engaged at such a young age? But what did I know anyways, maybe he lied to get me to forgive him but on the other note why would he lie it's not he was interested in me or something.
I would have liked to finish our business maybe even cum once or twice or even thrice to fill in last weekend's void but God really said no.
I fall asleep thinking of how my name sounded sexy on his lips and how I would unfortunately not lick those abs.

I stay in bed the next morning not wanting to get out of bed. I am scrolling through my instagram page looking for memes to wake myself up when I receive a text.

Before I even reply he sends a second one

' Yeah sure, I'll talk to my friends and see.' I text him back and save his number.

I really thought I would never meet Kaiden again or at least not this soon but who am I kidding?
I didn't even know how I felt about this, I wanted to go and have Jack's explanations and maybe get laid we never know. But on the other hand I didn't want to come across Kaiden because at this point he would think I was doing it on purpose.
Tonight my mission would be to avoid Kaiden, at all cost.
