Few months later, at the compound, Lola and Klaus had just visited Freya when she screamed in pain.

"Baby's coming!" Freya screamed.

Lola races into the dining room carrying a doctor's kit.

She puts the bag down and covers the dining room table with a sheet. She gets a couple of pillows and places them on the table. Cami helps Freya up onto the table and she leans back on the pillows.

"Okay, you're doing great, sweetie. Yes, you are. Let's see what we have here. Oh, I see a head of brunette hair."Lola said as she pulled up Freya's nightgown.

"You do?" Freya started to cry.

"Well you already had a blonde, it would make sense that you would have one that looks like Derek this time."Lola says.

Derek walks over to Freya and puts his arm around her and said "I'm right here, baby."

"Okay, breathe. Keep breathing, keep breathing." Kiara instructed Freya.

"It's okay. Breathe, just breathe."Cami added.

Freya did as told.

"Very good. Okay, relax, relax, you're okay. Okay. You okay? You're alright. Okay. You're doing great, you're doing great. Push, okay? Last push."Lola said.

"I can't."Freya says.

"You have to. A big one. Big one! Push!"Lola told her.

"You can do it."Derek assured Freya.

"I can't."Freya says.

"You can, you can."Gia told her.

"Yes, you can."Klaus added.

"Okay, push. Push. Come on, push!"Lola says as Freya pushed.

Freya squeezes the edge of the table and pushes.

"Here we go, here we go."Lola says as she helps the baby out. She picks up scissors from the medical kit and cuts the umbilical cord. She picks the baby up and said "Hi, baby. Hi."

She uses a suction and clears the baby's mouth. The baby cries. Lola turns the baby around and shows them and said "Here the new Mikaelson miracle."

"I got a boy."Derek says.

"Here you go, mama."Lola said as she hands Freya her baby.

"Hi. Hi, little guy, what are you doing? Look what we did."Freya smiled, looking at Derek.

"I see."Derek said.

"It's a miracle."Cami said.

"A little miracle."Freya agreed.

"He's beautiful."Kol says.

"You are safe, you are loved, and you are wise."Freya smiled at her son.

"What's his name?" Liv asked.

"Let me introduce you Nikolai Finn Mikaelson." Freya told them.

"Nikolai after..." Klaus started.

"We wanted a name similar to you. So yes, after you." Freya smiled.

"And Finn after me."Finn says.

"It's a beautiful name."Lola smiled.
