Asteria soon got all news from heaven and hell on dawn of 3rd January and to say the least she was quite fascinated by Lucifer that how well he executed his plan after waiting so long patiently. She always admired Lucifer and his plans even though she was against everything he stood for .

Either way there was no getting out of Greece for now. She had no money and  she was just walking in outfit she had assumed since coming in form. It is not like she would die of hunger. She was goddess but she couldn't do anything like getting on a plane to get out of Greece which she had already seen for thousands of years.

She was caught off guard by a girl whispering in someone's ear . She looked vaguely familiar. She looks like...no it cannot be..

But as she got closer , she knew she was right.

"Pietho." She exclaimed going near her. The woman to whom she was whispering suddenly was startled and ran away .

"There she went away . Just needed one second more." She cried.

"Of course you did." Asteria smiled.

"It is good to see you cousine." Pietho grinned hugging her. Pietho was astonishingly bright . Some can even compare her to Aphrodite herself. Well! She did get some tips as she was attendant of Aphrodite for quite a long period.

Pietho took Asteria into nearby cafe and  (16 year old girls to people outside)both sat down.

"Okay ! So how do you have money?" Asterix asked wondering.

"Well unlike you cuz , I was always moving around seeing mortals , whispering in their ears..." She began.

"You mean persuading them to act on their seductive desires and fantasies." Asteria chimed.

"Yeah! I mean that is right. So I made quite a money and when I got the news from Zephyrios that you are thinking of moving. I came back to Greece. Just didn't happen to meet you soon." She replied

"Oh! That is so great. I don't like Zephyrios. He was kinda mean to Apollo." Asteria said.

"Who is Apollo?" Pietho asked puzzled.

"Are you kidding me? He is sun god.  My sister Leto's son . Ring any bells." She glared.

"Oh right! I am sorry. I have been mostly travelling in Egypt and such places so I have been mostly interacting with Anubis and Ra. So I kinda forgot the younger Olympians." Pietho chuckled.

"It is all right. I mean there have been so many children and new gods. Can't seem to remember all of them now , can we?" She waved her hand . Pietho nodded in agreement.

"Miss! What would you like?" A waiter asked them .

"Sausage and two cups of cappuccino will be fine." Pietho told him and he wrote it down.

"Well! I am looking for a change of scenery." Asteria told her.

"Oh good. Which country do you have in mind?" Pietho asked her eagerly.

"How many are there?" She asked blinking her eyes.

"You have so much earth history to catch up ." She grinned.

"Well! I have got a cousine to tell me . You are not going anywhere, are you ?" Asteria smiled as she started sipping the coffee which came just now.

"No! Not yet. I suggest we go to England. USA is first choice but it is kinda unsettled right now with Donald Trump winning election." She told her .

"No idea about who he is?" Asteria shrugged.

Time skip

"You know I just realised that I could have used magic to get here ." Asteria yelled as the plane started flying.

"Don't shout. Mortals will think you crazy and beside you haven't practiced magic for an incredibly long time and you have no idea where is England." Pietho told her.

"Good point. I just hope we are soon out of air. I am really not good in air." She explained.

"I bet. Oceanus always kept you in water and Phoebe on land." Pietho chuckled.

Time skip
"Wow! It is wonderful place." Asteria exclaimed looking at Merchant Seafarer's.

"You haven't even seen a glimpse of full marvel here." Pietho dragged her through the heavy crowd.

"Hey! Did you get the news about hell .." Asteria began but Pietho quickly shushed her.

"What?" Asteria asked looking everywhere.

"Don't mention it. Right now Lucifer and his minions are on large. Their powers are increasing. And it is better if we don't talk about hell as much as possible because they might think we are not on their side or ask us to choose a side by coming to us." Pietho explained.

"Well okay ! But they can't just feel our energy, can they ?" Asteria doubted.

"Not mine. But yours. Your magic layer is weak right now. You need to merge more into human world to hide your aura. They won't bother then thinking we are mortals." Pietho told her.

"Alright! No talk until mortal enough to throw them off my scent." Asteria looked at her and she nodded.

"But would it be bad to choose a side?" Asteria asked her again as they continued walking through streets of Cardiff.

"Wouldn't it be? It is not our war. Lucifer sits on throne or God sits on throne. Doesn't really matter. We are not least bit affected. Zeus will always be king ." Pietho responded.

"Yes! But wouldn't Lucifer cause more perils for mortals than God." Asteria sighed.

"Who cares? They are mortals. They die and evolve like a leaf from tree. Their lives don't matter to us. Prometheus tried interfering to give them fire and look what happened to him.

[ Prometheus created humans. Zeus the king of gods didn't want to give them fire. Prometheus felt bad for humans shivering in cold so he stole fire and gave to them. Zeus was angry and chained him to a rock where an eagle used to harvest at his liver every day and his liver used to grow back every day until Heracles or known as Hercules freed him]

"You are probably right." Asteria agreed thinking about what was happening right now in all realms but she was soon distracted to idea of visiting different places on Earth and blending with people and who could blame her? After all the world was too exciting to bother her to think about a possible future peril for beings who are just a sand in desert of time.
