While Asteria was trapped in Hell by Lucifer , Daniel was lying on ground trying to get up after gaining a visit from her daughter Hecate.

"Uh.." Daniel groaned. Who knew that a goddess of magic could be so persistent. But then again very few had met her. He knew he had to keep walking so he quickly got up and started moving without knowing what is ahead for there was total darkness.

"I could really use a fire now ." He thought.  But there wasn't much he could do about it so he continued moving. After every few seconds, there was a snarling noise like someone is gonna ounce at him but thankfully for him, he was still safe . He wasn't sure how long would be this way. Only thing in his mind was that he is dead and he gotta free Asteria by who knows how?

While Daniel was moving steadily , minions of Lucifer weren't unaware of fact that Hecate must have sent someone to free Asteria. That's why Lucifer ensured that there will be no trouble in the way . And when someone comes to free Asteria, he would had him killed by Caliban.

Asteria was also pretty wary of Lucifer and the game he was intending to play . But she was also too busy trapped in those chains. There was no way of knowing time in hell. There was always fire emanating from surroundings and falling like a sea tide.

If in thousand years , Lucifer had learnt one thing , then it was patience. You don't expose yourself in rage no matter what happens. You carefully plan and then attack. If he had done that first time , he wouldn't have to live in hell with regret. But anyway now he has the flaming sword so he will win for sure for there was no powerful weapon than flaming sword among god and angels and other gods won't meddle in their affairs.

"Asteria! I have come to free you ." A voice struck the chords of hell and Asteria looked up startled. There was spirit of Daniel just standing there.

"You are not supposed to be here." She said.

"I am not supposed to be dead and you are not supposed to be chained in hell. But here we are." He smirked.

"You still haven't lost your sassy attitude even when dead." She shook her head.

"Never." He shrugged.

"Alright! So how do you plan on freeing me?" She asked doubtful.

"Well! Your daughter... which is so weird to say since you are now 16 year old girl..told me to believe." He recalled.

"You met Hecate." Her eyes shone brightly.

"Yeah! She wanted to come but couldn't because she is sworn to defence of hometown.." He told her.

"Mount Olympus you mean . Not hometown ." She argued.

"Yeah! Same thing. So let's try.." He cut her off and then was quickly surrounded by a strange creature.

"What the frak?" He exclaimed.

"It is Caliban. You have to get out of his hold quickly or." She warned.

"Or what?" He asked grasping for breath .

"Well! Don't ask." She trailed off.

"You are serious right?" He asked.

"Of course. There is time for jokes and this is not one of those." She stated.

"Agh.." Daniel groaned and then after some struggle freed himself from Caliban. Both were now moving facing each other round and round.

"Does he not talk?" Daniel asked laughing.

"No! And don't laugh . You are in danger . Form a strategy ." She told him.

"Strategy? Do I look like I have ever been in a fight with demon before?" He chuckled.

"Neither have I been . It is impulse and instinct." She looked at him.

"Alright!" He jumped on Caliban pushing him to ground and started punching him but it was soon stopped by him.

He snarled as if to say 'nice try' and then hit him in the face.

"How is he even hitting me? I mean shouldn't I be imprenable since I am spirit now." He wiped the blood off his face.

"Not to him. Demons don't have souls so they are essentially both soul and body as body which means can harm both things and once killed , then killed." She told him

"That is cool." He exclaimed and was hit in nose by Caliban.

"I retract my comment. " He smirked and then dodged as Caliban swung  his hand to punch him.

"Take this." He kicked him in the head and then dragged him to the cliff of terrain below which hellfire was flowing.

"Goodbye." He grinned kicking him there while he howled making a nasty face.

"You were great . But there is still problem of freeing me." She looked at him.

"I believe that I am born for it. I believe the magic flows in me." He convinced himself and then with all his force pulled the chains.

The chains didn't break even after immense pull.

"It is useless. There is no point in believing." She sighed. Daniel raised his eyes.

"Yes! Now it makes sense." He cried.

"What makes sense?" She asked not caring.

"It was not about me believing. It was you. You are Asteria , goddess of magic but you don't believe that you can break free of these chains because you haven't practiced magic for millenia but you can . I know you can." Daniel smiled at her.

"No! This can't be it . I can't." She disagreed.

"Yes! You can . I believe in you . But you have to believe in yourself." He looked at her.  She took a deep breath and then directed her energy into those chains. Her face started to turn red because of struggle and cheekbones contracted. She heaved more and then with a clank , she was free.

"I told you. You can do it." Daniel said.

"Yes" She smiled and then with a whoosh , they were out . Lucifer recieved news that Caliban was flowing in hell fire. He quickly ran to place where Asteria was chained and saw it empty.

"No" He yelled as his anger boiled shaking the whole hell.
