Beatrice loved her life. She was raised by a single mother who taught her that money didn't mean everything and that was enough for her.

But everything turned upside down when her boyfriend whom she met online ghosted her once he found out about her family background. And more tragedies followed in the form of her beloved mom's death and only more fuel was added to the already raging fire when news broke out about her being the daughter of the one and only Mortimer Beaufort.

Now, Beatrice has to carry the weight of her new name and face her new family while she does not receive a warm welcome from them. Not to mention she has a hard time connecting with her half siblings and especially their friends.

She is seen as an invader. However, she must still act like a Beaufort to show the perfect image of them. She has to get used to her new life and surroundings and even keep up with the others.

She can't allow herself to have any distractions. And she certainly cannot get distracted by her brother's best friend who is a famous troublemaker at Maxton Hall and chaos follows him everywhere.

No. She will keep her head clean.

Welcome to the most spontaneous story ever!

While watching Maxton Hall, I didn't even think about writing a fanfiction for it and there wasn't any specific plot I'd choose but once I saw that there were barely any fanfics for it, I just knew I had to write it. So I started coming up with ideas. And to make it more fun, I decided to use the Eras Tour surprise songs as inspiration and soon enough a whole story formed in my brain (a fun fact: the title is from How Did It End?).

Honestly, I am really looking forward to writing this story because it has many tropes I love in books - brother's best friend, dislike to lovers, brother-sister relationship and a secret surprise trope that popped up in my mind when Taylor sang Message In A Bottle as a surprise song which is now the intro song for this story (for context: I made myself a challenge that the 1st surprise song that night was going to be the intro for this story and the 2nd one the title and here we are!).
