At the dawn, Sana woke up and said her prayers. Sidharth immediately closed his eyes so that she doesn't find out that he was awake all night. She looked at his sleeping figure and went outside to finish her morning chores. After bathing, she went to prepare breakfast and meal for him to survive for the whole day. He got up and took bath and got ready to drop her to the station.
They sat in the auto rickshaw and rode to the railway station in silence.
Sidharth's thought: She isn't talking to me. If I talk now, I might end up showing her my vulnerable side and the agony I feel as she is going away.
Sana's thought: He is still mad for yesterday's talk. He could've spoken to me atleast now because I am going to be away for a month. Should I say sorry? Huh? For what? If you say sorry for supporting love over marriage, it will encourage him to not give importance to our marriage.
The Auto comes to halt at the station and he picks up her bag and buys a platform ticket to drop her inside. The train had already arrived and was waiting at the platform. As they search for the ladies compartment, both of them felt heaviness in their heart. Their feets moved slower than their usual pace. They finally found the compartment which was in the end protected by a guard's compartment for the safety of ladies travelling alone.
Sidharth: Ladies compartment. (He spoke by gaining enough courage)
Sana: (looked at him) Hmmm..
Sidharth: Main andar nahi aa sakta kyuki ladies compartment hai. Bag.
He forwarded her bag and she held it in hers. There was some silence, she didn't board the train yet. They stood infront of each other looking down at the floor in silence. Their hands agitated showing their nervousness and restlessness.
"Sorry", they both said in unison.
They looked at each other with the same amount of pain in their eyes displaying the seperation anxiety as the other. Though their lips were silent but their eyes spoke volumes. Their trance was broken by the train's whistle.
Sidharth: Apna dhyaan rakhna.
Sana: Aap bhi.
She wanted to hug him when the security guard asks her to walk in as he would lock the door from outside since the train would now leave.
She got inside the boogie and ran towards her seat while he ran along with her from outside to see each other again from the window. The train had now slowly started moving while they looked at each other through either side of the window. Tears flew out of her eyes as she waved at him. He nodded no to ask her to stop crying from far as they lost sight of each other since the train past the station.
Sana wept like a little baby who lost her parents in crowd while Sidharth on the other hand sat on the platform bench for sometime to control his emotions.
A lady in the opposite side of her berth observed her sulking.
Lady: Aapke pati the?
Sana nods yes wiping her tears which flew non-stop.
Lady: Apne maiyke jaa rahi hai aap?
Sana nods yes unable to speak.
Lady: Jab koi mahila maiyke jaate samay apne pati ke liye roye toh yeh samajh aa jata hai ki woh apne pati se sarvaadik prem karti hai warna jyadatar auratein sirf apne maiyke choddte samay hi jyada ashru bahaati hai. Aapki pati ki aankhon mein bhi aapke liye athyant prem dikha.
Sana nodded in silence as she pondered how she thought there was no love in their marriage yet unaware of how much they were already in love with each other. She realised that she was already in love with her husband. She reminisced the 6 months she spent with him by closing her eyes and leaning her head against the window.

Sidharth returned home from office and a sudden realisation hit him. He realised that she wasn't at home after looking at the big lock on the door. He looked at the grocery bag in his hand. He took out the mogra flower packet and looked at it remembering his wife.
Sidharth: Shobha bhabhi.. Shobha bhabhi..
Shobha: Yes Sidharth.
Sidharth: Bhabhi it slipped out of my mind that she wasn't here. I had bought this flower for her, please take this.
Shobha felt pity for him. There wasn't usual smile or the enthusiasm on his face.
Shobha: You are missing her already. Take care of yourself Sidharth. It's going to be a long wait for you until you get to see her again. Stay strong.
He nodded and went inside the house. Every nook and corner of the house reminded him of her.

He made a trunk call to his home the next day evening enquiring her safe arrival. After talking to his father and mother, they hand the receiver to Sana and allow them some space to talk privately.
Sana: H.. H.. Hello..
Sidharth: Sana, kaisi ho?
Sana: Main thik hoon.. aap kaise hai?
Sidharth: Main bhi thik hoon. Safar kaisa raha?
Sana: (remembers how she cried the whole way missing him) Achcha tha. Aapne bhojan liya?
He remembers how he cut his fingers while chopping vegetables and burnt his roti while missing her.
Sidharth: Haan khaa liya.
Sana: Kal main tadke, maiyke chali jaaungi.
Sidharth: Hmmm... Tum khush ho?
Sana: (in her thoughts - Nahi, aapko bahut yaad karti hoon aur roti hoon) Haan, kh.. khush hoon.. Aap khush ho?
Sidharth: (In his thoughts - Kaise batau ki jab se ticket banaya tab se ek pal bhi khushi nahi mili?) Hmmm.. tum khush toh main bhi khush.
Tears flew down their cheeks. She wipes her tears as Meenu comes.
Sidharth: Meri yaad aati hai?
Meenu: Haan bhaiyya, bahut aati hai. Aap Diwali pe aa rahe ho na? Mere liye ek achcha sa uphaar leke aaiye bhai dhuj pe.
Sidharth: (fumbles as he had asked the question to Sana) Haan, choti le aaunga. Jaldi milte hai. Rakhta hoon.
Meenu: Thik hai bhaiyya. Apna khayal rakhna.

Sana hugs her brother who picks her up and takes her to her maternal home. She hugs everyone with joy at the time of meeting them, however soon she was sad and missing her husband even there. Her mother gives her the wedding album which was developed and got ready after they had left to Bangalore.
She sits with the album and turns each sheet to look at the pictures. Her eyes were stuck on him in every picture as she missed him. She kissed his single picture and hugged the album to fall asleep on the bed.
It had been her habit of going to sleep with the album everynight. While on the other hand Sidharth often stared at Sana's picture until he slept. He kept the picture always under his pillow and slept on the side which she slept since the day she had left.
.

Sana had been fasting for the whole day as the ladies in her house celebrated the Karwa Chauth festival. As the time arrived near for the moon rise, she wears a beautiful red glitter saari, puts on the bindi, lots of bangles in both her hands and all the other jewellery. She makes a beautiful bun infront of her mirror.
She was surprised to see him standing behind her as he tucked the mogra flower in her hair. Once done he looks at her through the mirror and she puts her head down shyly. When she lifts it again he wasn't there. She then realises that it was her dream. She picks up the mogra flower on the table and tucks it into her bun.
A little girl runs into her room.
"Bua chanda mama nikal aaye"
She bends down and kisses her neice's cheeks. She then takes out Sidharth's picture from the album and goes outside. All the ladies in her house gathered on the terrace as they do pooja.
She asks her niece to hold Sidharth's picture infront of her as she does the pooja of the moon and when she turns to see his picture through the sieve, she finds him smiling at her.
Her thoughts - Yeh ho kya gaya mujhe? Harr jagah bas wahi dikh rahe hai mujhe.
She doesn't smile thinking that she was dreaming. When she goes to pick the pot of water to quench her thirst, she feels a current pass through her body as he holds her hand along with the pot. She realises that she wasn't dreaming but he was actually there.
Sana: Aap sach mein ho?
Sidharth: Huh? Yeh kaisa prashn hai?
He picks the pot and keeps it near her lips and she gulps happily. He than feeds her the sweet.
Sana: Aap kab aaye? Aap toh agle hafte aane waale the na?
Sidharth: Jaldi aa gaya. Mujhe dekh kar khushi nahi huyi?
Sana: Bahut khushi huyi. Mujhe laga ki main sapna dekh rahi hoon.
Sidharth: Achcha tum jaagte huye bhi mere sapne dekhti ho?
She bit her lips with a blush.
The whole family gather for the feast while they stole glance at each other every now and then. Their eyes showed how much they missed each other and how happy they were to be around each other.
Sana entered her room with warm milk in her hand just like the way she did on her nuptial night. He was sitting on the edge of the bed waiting for her. She blushed as she forwarded the milk infront of him. He took the milk from her hand and placed it on the table. He held both her hands in his.
Sidharth: Sana main tumse bahut prem karta hoon. Yeh 3 saptah mujhe 3 yug jaisa pratith huya. Bahut dhukhi tha, isiliye tumhe milne aa gaya. Railway station mein tumhari aankhon mein maine waisa hi prem dekha jaisa main tumse karta hoon. Yeh sachch hai na? Kya tum bhi mujhse prem karti ho?
Sana: (nods yes and lifts her eyes to look into his eyes) Bahut aadhik prem karti hoon. Mere liye bhi yeh 3 saptah kaatna bahut hi kateen tha. Harr jagah bas aap hi dikhte the. Isiliye maine jab aapko dekha toh maine socha yah bhi mera bhram hai.
They hug each other tightly. They finally consummate their marriage that night. They go on a week long honeymoon starting next day and return back home to celebrate Deepawali and all other festivals with their family. He was happy to have his bubbly Sana who stayed with him just the way she did at her maternal home. Their love bound them together for life and they found solace in each other's company.
Thus their journey after wedding continues.....
