Just so you know, this is my first time putting the Deadly Six in this story. I never played Sonic Lost World but I have seen the walkthrough and the boss levels to understand a little about the Deadly Six on Youtube.

(Sonic's POV)

All of us were at Tails' lab so he can test our internal bodies and how well we are adapting to it. I was first so he can see how I'm doing with my speed while he's looking at the computer screen of my internal body while I'm just running on the treadmill with cords on my arms and bare chest.

"No heart attacks, no high blood pressure, everything in your body is going fast but your vital signs are completely normal. I never seen anything like this." Tails said.

"Thanks." I said and kept running, wondering how fast I can run.

Tails scoots the chair he was sitting on and checks my speed. "You're running at 350 miles per hour I see now."

"Is that really fast?" I asked as I still keep running without panting out which I find that odd because an average human being would feel their hearts pumping too hard from running too much.

"Very fast, faster than a race hover car." Tails said.

"Is there any bad jojo to it?" I asked.

"Well, some say that running extremely fast, you'll end up in the past or in the future. Speed travels fast through lightspeed so you have to be careful not to alter timelines which could create alot of paradoxes." Tails said.

"Okay, I better not go lightspeed too." I said.

"You four have animal ears which makes your hearing frequency alot sharper than a human's hearing and it also makes your reflexes...well....jumpy." Tails said, writing down notes about our hedgehog ears.

I stopped running which made the machines and readings stop. I removed the cords off of me so I can take a real normal breather since I'm sweating a little but good thing that when it comes to a lab, it's always cold.

"That explains why speedo boy jumped in my arms and my reflexes kicked in to catch him unexpectedly." Shadow said grumpily.

"For the last time, I didn't do it on purpose." I groan in frustration.

"Anyways, your turn Amy. You have invisibility, right? It's like alien creatures who have the ability to camouflage but yours is very different because your whole entire body goes invisible, including everything inside your body. But being invisible doesn't make you go through walls like a ghost." Tails said, putting the cords on her arms and collarbone.

"What about my vitals and body heat?" Amy asked.

"Well they are still visible." Tails showed a thermal screen showing their body heats.

Amy turned invisible but her body heat is still there. Its like her shape is there through the thermal screen as well as her movements too.

"It's like I can't see when you're invisible but through the thermal screen, your vital signs are normal. No offense but when you're invisible in real life, we all can't see what you're feeling right now. But just remember, when you're invisible, we can hear your footsteps but we don't know where exactly." Tails explained as he wrote down his notes.

"I'm perfectly calm right now." Amy said.

"Alright, is there any other emotions that makes you invisible?" Tails asked.

"Like when I'm nervous." Amy said.

"Hmm....being scared or nervous makes you feel like you wanna hide by turning invisible so no one can see you." Tails said.

"I guess. But also, I wonder how strong my forcefields are." Amy wondered.

"Stronger than steel I suppose. But if you lose your concentration, you know what happens." Tails said.

"I'll get defenseless." Amy said.

"Okay, my turn." Silver getting impatient like I was.

"Whatever happen to being gentle with 'ladies first', Silver?" Amy teased him and became visible.

"I was gentle and I said I am gentle with ladies going first, just not patient at how long they take." Silver rolled his eyes in annoyance.

"Okay Silver, I'm gonna put these on to see your brain pattern when you use your powers." Tails puts wires on Silver's forehead.

"Okay." Silver nodded.

"Hmmm.... brain patterns are normal right now. It's true telekinesis are powered by thoughts, like if you wanna throw something your powers does so." Tails said.

"Man, it's like my powers are invading my mind." Silver said.

"That's the case with psychic powers. But they can be dangerous if used too much it can put a strain to the brain." Tails said.

This made Silver gulp hard from what he just heard.

"Unless these powers are controlled in the right way." Tails said.

"I'm okay with that." Silver sighed in relief.

"Now to see on Shadow." Tails said.

He puts the cords on his chest and arms to see how his vital signs are doing.

"Hmmm.... the pulse is normal." Tails saw Shadow's pulse on the monitor.

"And my body? How did Sonic, Silver, and I got muscular? Human metamorphosis?" Shadow asked.

"It's possible. You four were simply a little scrawny when you were just human but ever since you all encountered that radioactive cloud, it probably changed your bodies to become stronger, enhanced, and also a little muscular too. But yeah, kinda like a metamorphosis like your new ears and a tail." Tails said, writing down notes about Shadow's power.

"I wonder what my strength limit is." Shadow said.

"We're coming to that." Tails said.

"Do you think we all have super human strength?" Silver asked.

"I dunno if the rest got it. Let's go give it a try." Tails said.

We went to a strength test machine of sorts to test our strengths. Shadow cracks his knuckles and when he pressed it he showed no strain as the weight applies. It soon showed the result is 500 pounds.

"Still feeling no resistance?" asked Tails.

"I could lift more." Shadow said. Tails adjusted the weight and he still showed no strain at 2 tons. Shadow then pushes the weights up as small drops of sweat appeared.

"Is that enough?" Tails asked again.

"Try seven tons!" Shadow groaned, and so Tails did. And still Shadow manage to hold it up.

"Wow! You can lift a truck!" I was amazed.

"Brother, I don't think you should challenge yourself like that." Amy showed concern.

"I understand Amy. Guess I got too carried away" Shadow said and puts the large ton object down.

"My turn now." I wanted to see my strength.

"Okay but we'll go to average strength first." Tails readjusts the machine.

"Let's see if you break your back, speedo." Shadow chuckled darkly.

"Keep your mouth shut!" I said as we started at 50 kg.

"Feeling any pressure?" Tails increased the weight.

"Not yet." I said. He then adjusted to 150 kilogram.

"Now then?" Tails asked.

"I could go for more!" I started to feel the weight getting heavier. Tails then adds more weight and I kept pushing til I couldn't take much more.

"AAAAGH!" I pressed it upwards.

"Well your strength's enhanced too Sonic." Tails said.

Amy then was next and she too was shown to have gotten some strength when she managed to press 2 tons.

"Wow! I'm a strong girl!" Amy puts the weights down carefully and flexed, it almost made me laugh.

"Oh, now it's my turn." Silver now tested his strength, it showed with both physical strength and with psychic strength he's near Shadow's level.

"Hmph, you guys are way too cocky." Shadow huffed.

"I didn't say anything!" Silver complained.

"It's clear that I'm strongest." Shadow said.

"We are all equally stronger, Shadow." Amy corrected him.

"Right of course, sister." Shadow shrugs.

Later, we were back in our quarters taking a break from our powers. I was getting the hang of going fast like I'm zipping around in the room without knocking over stuff.

"I've never felt so alive!" I stopped running and sat at the circular couch.

"Perhaps Master Espio will give us a mission to find the Deadly Six. But they all have different unique ways of defeating warriors." Silver said, levitating his drink.

"But we still need to adapt more on our powers. We never learned how to fight or defend ourselves." Amy said, washing the dishes in the kitchen area.

"Well....I did keep these from my father's files when I was kid. I thought perhaps when I learn about these Deadly Six, maybe there's a chance at defeating them. But I'm not the expert of knowing much about them because they give me nightmares, especially their leader Zavok and that orange fat guy, Zomon or something." I zipped into my room to get the folders of the Top Secret files of the Deadly Six that I stole from my father when he died. I opened them and read through them and there were also pictures of what they really look like too.

"Jeez, that purple one sure looks crazy and wild like a rock star or something." Silver looked at the pictures of one of them.

"I remember those faces." Shadow looked angry at the sight of the pictures.

"You know them?" I pretended to be surprised.

"Yes, they are the ones who killed Maria and our home planet!" Shadow said.

"I remember that green one, she's the only female Zeti in the team. She doesn't look very monstrous but I can tell she's a monster on the inside." Amy said.

"She calls herself Zeena." Shadow said.

"It says she likes nail art and her attitude is very selfish and cold like ice. Looks like she has alot of feminine self in her but not entirely like every woman in the universe." I said and looked through more of them.

"Sheesh, that old short dude looks like he's the master." Silver looked at the shortest Zeti named Zik.

"Don't make his age fool you. He's skilled in Kung fu and has psychic powers as well as technopathy. He's said to be Zavok's master." I said.

"And that pale one holding a flower, he looks like a depressing emo or something. It says he enjoys bad news. Nobody likes bad news." Silver shook his head at whatever this zeti guy is.

"He's Zor." Shadow said.

"Let me make a list of what they are. Zavok is a threat, Zazz is crazy, Zomon is greedy, Zik is very wise, Zeena is feisty, and Zor is very dull and depressing. But all of them together are evil." I said, hoping they like my criticism of these 6 people.

"They all represent personalities." Silver pointed out.

"Some represent sins like gluttony, greed, wrath, and anything related to bad." Shadow said.

"Zomon is not the smartest in the team because he cares about food and he has a huge appetite. Sheesh, he may be slow but he's also fast at digging underground like a mole" I said, reading Zomon's strengths and weakness.

"Bet not even a whole cow can satisfy him." Silver tried to joke.

"This is no joke, Silver" I rolled my eyes.

"You guys sure aren't gonna fight Zeena?" Amy asked.

"No." We three said at the same time.

"Why is always girl vs girl type of thing?" Amy groaned in frustration.

"Because fighting girls would make us look bad." I said.

"That's so sexist. So, if you don't fight her, she'll beat you easily." Amy tested us.

"Hmph, don't test me, Amy. I'm more of a man to fight a man. Maybe if you encounter her, you fight her." I crossed my arms and looked away.

"You men are so sissies." Amy glared at us.

"It's not our fault that we don't have the intentions to fight women." Silver said.

"I can take on you three then." Amy gave us a cocky grin.

"We'll see, Amy." I said with my cocky attitude.

"This is gonna be bad by tomorrow." Shadow sighs in disappointment at me and Silver.
