"The stars are the landmarks of the universe."

Harry carefully climbed out of his window and onto his roof, making sure to be as quiet as possible. 

He laid on his back, the hardness of the roof digging into his back, but he could ignore it.

Stars twinkled above him, lighting up the sky beautifully.

He watched them for a while, and thought about Draco.

Why had the boy helped him? He could have just as easily ignored him and not done anything, and his life would be just as perfect. How did it benefit him?

The stars gave him no answers.
