At least that's what Gajeel thinks.

He's been told about the amazing world of color, and Gajeel still doesn't understand what's the big deal.

He never really cared for the idea of a match made in heaven and never really understood the big hype.

Lucy, Natsu, Grey, Erza, Juvia and others met their soulmate already and have been very happy.

Gajeel sometimes hated the idea of a soulmate. Maybe it's because Levy and him were dating and then she met her soulmate and left him on the day.

He kicked the pebble on the ground and continue to walk back to his home.

It was real late at night, around 2 AM in the morning.

He walked past the fountains in the park and the quiet rivers of the hills.

He picked up the stone he found on the river bed and watched it skip across the calm waters.

Gajeel sat on the bench of the deserted park and listened to the wind and the sounds in the distance.

He could almost hear the guild hall's loud yells.

He decided to go back to the guild, remembering he left Pantherlily there and they need to go home. They had a mission tomorrow and they need the rest.

Gajeel pushed open the doors of the guild and saw everyone crowd around the stage.

He walked towards the crowd, curious.

Makorov stood on the stage, along with Mirajane.

"-came from Arciala to join us once again. Welcome my niece, Y/N L/N!" Makorov introduced.

A girl walked onto the stage.

Beautiful was a understatement. She was breathtaking, with flowing hair and shiny eyes that immediately met his.

Colors leaked into his vision, her e/c eyes came into view and her h/c hair bled through.

They stood there, gaping at each other. The guild watched as the scene unfold, watching in amusement and shock.

The red curtains where overwhelming and the brown of the guild's wood floor came into focus.

"Y-You're-" She started,

"Wha-" He sputtered,

"Oh my god, You guys are soulmates." Mirajane said.
