So @CloudyTwilightSugar asked me to make anything I want but name the OC "Starr". Now when I think of the name Starr galaxies come into my mind and when I think of galaxies the colours blue and purple come to my mind and with all of that I came up with an OC I'm really proud of.

I'm honestly so pleased with the OC that I'd like to use it in a series of mine, I hope that's ok @CloudyTwilightSugar
