This is not necessary romantic act. Pippy is just like this with everyone she loves and cares about. Also Rowan is not the best when it comes to romance. He finds it either cheesy or silly and doesn't get the hype until later when it sinks in. This is a crackship so don't take it seriously! Think of the Bog King and Dawn dynamic from Strange Magic. As friends their chill but, they still bump heads and are so stubborn and Pippy gets petty. Rowan just gets annoyed and he can't do what he would normally do with his sister to Pip or else both his best friend and his sister will come down to set him straight. Also Pip would go into her goblin mode and not hold back.😂🤣
