Big Hair, Bubble Gum, and Mini Skirts
"He can't be serious..." Rose said under her breath looking at herself in the mirror. She frowned at her crimped and poofy hair. "I am 26 years old! I look like I'm 14!" turning to face the brothers. It was true, Gabriel put her in a pink and black mini skirt with a bow on the front, an off the shoulder black crop top, with a neon pink tank top underneath. Neon yellow heels and worst of all, leg warmers.
"I look like a freaking teeny bopper!"
"Yeah, and you've got more glitter on your eyes than unicorn shit," Dean said. He had skinny jeans and a black and white checkered hoodie over a plain black T-shirt. Sam looked like dork wearing a button down shirt a bow tie and suspenders that were orange. They all looked at each other in utter disgust.
"It just had to be the 80's didn't it," Dean grumbled, picking up the polaroid camera. "Let's finish this one quickly," He snapped a picture of Sam and Rose frowning at the camera. Then Rose took one of him doing the same.
They left the motel, and went to go find some breakfast and the hunt that needed to be competed. They sat down at trendy health bar, the waitress came over in her blindingly bright outfit to make their orders.
"Like, ohmigod, where did you get your done hair done like that gurl," the waitress asked. Dean stifled a laugh, and Rose threw him an 'I.Will.Kill.You.' glance.
"Uh... I woke up like this?" she said, shrugging her shoulders. Dean pretended to cough, and Sam turned away so he could uncontrollably smile.
"Ugh! I had to work on my hair for like 3 hours to like get it to look like this, like ya know,"
"Uh, yeah sure," Rose said, ready to rip every hair from her head, and Gabriel's. Finally she took the orders and left.
Dean burst out laughing, and Sam joined him. Rose banged her head on the table once, then left her head there. "I am going to kill Gabriel, slowly, painfully, and personally," she grumbled. She looked up, and yanked the paper from Dean's hands. She covered her face as she read in search of their case.
"Aha," she said just after the perky waitress brought their food.
"Whatcha got, Rosie?" Sam asked, picking at his organic omelet.
"I think we may be getting out of here quicker than we thought, Thank God!" she added.
"Why?"
"I'm pretty sure that it's demonic possession, and it's at a local store we can get our 'souvenirs' get the hell out of this time period," she replied handing him the paper.
"Awesome," Dean said, scowling at his plate of food that he had barely touched. He was unhappy, because the bacon was made of Tofu.
After breakfast, they went to the said store and began acting like normal shoppers while secretly observing the staff. Sam had figured out who the demon was, or at least was pretty sure. He passed by Dean, and bumped his shoulder a bit and jerked his head in the direction of the demon. Dean nodded, then whispered "behind you and to the right," in Rose's ear when he passed her. She turned, after he turned the corner and got a look at the suspect. They glanced at each other above the isles, and nodded.
Rose approached the suspect, and then whispered "Christo," as she moved by him, he flinched and his eyes flashed black. He turned away from Rose, and tried to run but instead ran into Sam. Dean opened a door into a manager's office, Sam 'guided ' the demon into the office. As soon as the door was closed, Rose leaned against it and began reciting the Latin exorcism. Sam restrained him, and Dean covered his mouth so his screams would sound less loud.
When the demon was expelled from the store works body, the room began to spin and the lights grew blindingly light. Rose thought she would land in the next time period but first, she saw Gabriel approaching her in the whiteness of the light. He stopped and simply said, "You've been exempted from a souvenir in the 1980's as I do think the clothes will be souvenir enough,"
Then he disappeared, and bright out door sunlight came into her vision.
