"If you want-...I could," Gabriel stepped forward placing a hand on Nathalie's shoulder that made her look up to him.
"Huh?"
"If you want my life, for hers."
"WHAT?!? NO WAY!!! IM NOT KILLING YOU!!" Nathalie vigorously shook her head as she couldn't even believe that Gabriel offered to die for her happiness.

For a second Nathalie stared down at Emelie who was in horrible conditions, she looked beaten up and half dead.
Seeing how her time was running out Nathalie scooted closer to Emelie and took her rough hands into hers.
"I'm sorry there's nothing I can do, I'll miss you."
"It's alright, my time has come. Please take care of Adrien."
"I will! I promise!"
"Promise me one last thing."
"Yes?"
"Promise me to make that grumpy man smile again, I know you can do it." Emelie laughed as she looked up at Gabriel who still had a serious face, and now his expression changed to grumpy.
"I promise." Nathalie laughed as she wiped away a single tear drop that was blurring her vision.
"Good...good night." Slowly Emelie's eyes closed and her green flashing eyes could no longer be seen, instead her face appeared rather calm as she fell into her eternal sleep.
"Good night." Nathalie sobbed whilst holding onto the fabric of Emelie's shirt.

*later*

Once at home Nathalie lied in Gabriel's arms still shaking as tears ran down her face.
"I'm so sorry." She cried.
Gabriel also felt guilty for not sacrificing his own life to see Nathalie happy but now he had to make her happy.
"Nathalie look, how about Hawk Moth takes you on a little adventure?"
She shrugged to the idea of that to which Gabriel quickly picked her up and took her to the lair.
"Nooroo dark wings rise!" He commanded and a purple light covered his body for a spilt second before the purple suit appeared on him.
"Come on darling, let's explore the city."

*later*

After an hour of jumping around on the rooftops Nathalie fell asleep in his arms and once Hawk Moth noticed he sat down on a rooftop which had a gorgeous view to the Eiffel Tower.
Here the villain lied down, his back resting against an old chimney and Nathalie resting in his arms. Her face seemed so peaceful and she certainly deserved a little peace after what has happened.
Suddenly she began moving around and she eventually wrapped her hands around his neck and laid her head in the crook of his neck.
This brought a smile onto his face so Hawk Moth just put a hand on her back and slowly rubbed it.
"Emelie." She mumbled quietly which broke his heart but at the same time Gabriel was happy to see a smile appear on her face.
He took his hand off of her back and instead laid Nathalie down next to him

"I'm sorry I'm not good enough, you really do deserve the world." He kissed her forehead before taking out the damaged peacock miraculous from his pocket.
With a painful sigh he united the two miraculouses and Hawk Moth became Shadow Moth.
He could instantly feel the damaged miraculous was draining his energy away but without hesitation he created an Emelie senti monster that took all of the life out of him.
Nathalie awoke to a loud thud and before she could react she saw Gabriel roll off the  edge of the building.
"GABRIEL NOO!" She reached to grab his shirt but miserably failed and almost fell down herself.
"Nathalie be careful!" A woman's voice echoed behind her and she felt someone touch her shoulder. As soon as Nathalie turned around she spotted Emelie, looking better than ever with a wide smile painted on her face as if she hasn't just seen her husband fall to his death.
"Y-you...how...how are you alive?"
"What do you mean? I've always been a-ali-a-v-ve." The sentimonster began to glitch since its owner who created it in the first place died.
"I-I d-don't feel g-go-od." The sentimonster fell to her knees and began coughing up blood until she slowly evaporated into thin air.
Nathalie stood there traumatized, she just witnessed Gabriel fall to his death and a fake Emelie die right in front of her.
"G-Gabriel? This is all a nightmare right?" She looked around and began to pinch herself to try to wake up but every time she opened her eyes it was the same view in front of her "Wake up! Wake up god damn it!!" Nathalie furiously punched herself and that made her collapse onto the floor sobbing.
"Wake up...please someone wake me up."
Nathalie cried until her eyes were burning from the salty tears, and yet she still couldn't stop the tears from falling.
She looked down at the street, police car lights flashing in the darkness and officers constantly arguing over how this incident happened.
At least 10 people surrounded Gabriel's body which lied crushed on the hard concrete floor.
As Nathalie saw this she ran down the staircase and ran onto the street, she rushed over to see the horrific view of her beloved Gabriel.
"Ma'am? MA'AM? Why are you here? Do you have anything to do with this incident?"
An officer held back Nathalie from going further.
For a second she tried to break free from his arms but felling weak from the sight she stopped fighting and answered him instead.
"I'm the reason he is here." Nathalie said in a low whisper.
"You killed him?!?!"
"No, I made him kill himself."

Suddenly everything and everyone faded away from her vision and Nathalie's whole mind became blank. All she could see was nothing and herself right in the middle of it all.

~You were so close and yet so far, you had it right there in your hands and you let it all go.
It's obviously who to blame.~

"Gabriel please wake up! Someone wake me up! It's all a nightmare!!!!!"

~It's not! This is all reality honey, and sometimes reality can be a bitch. Not everyone is meant to have a happy end.~
