BACKSTORY: she grew up a member of the public, taking over from her father as the owner of The city's main food factory, expanding until she was the supplier for cities all over the globe, and a major shareholder in other companies, however she is a breacher - and supplies a good 50% of her earnings and products to them.

BACKSTORY: Wickedly intelligent, it's no wonder that she was quickly recognised as one of the best hackers, programmers and developers around. However this led the the attention of the supreme, who grabbed her quicker than you could say " Tech "

WEAPON/SKILLS: her bionic arm is far stronger than that of a humans, but she carries no weapon. Her skills centre around all things tech, programming, hacking, you name it.

PERSONALITY: Bold and courageous, she's yet to find a challenge she hasn't overcome, yet with the way she throws herself into danger, that could soon change. She has no sense of self preservation , unless she's trying to save one of her people. She is sharp minded and equally sharp tongued, and incredibly gifted with strategy and planning.

BACKSTORY: she was once an enforcer , one of the youngest they had. Perhaps it was the reason she realised the things the supreme ordered were not fair. She fled, making her one of the most wanted Breachers out there, until the Outriders found her. She quickly rose among them, becoming deputy, until in a plan gone wrong, the leader died, leaving her to take over. Her adoptive parents - Zane and Cara White are wealthy upperclass citizens who hold a lot of political sway, and gain her entry to many prestigious events.

WEAPON/SKILLS:

Both a long, and short sword the generates electricity, acting like a taser with the click of a button on the hilts. Imagine that AFTER being stabbed. Highly good at strategy and acrobatics. She also has electro pulses strapped to her hands that emit a greenish glow and trail light when she moves.

BACKSTORY: her parents were enforcers - and she was raised in the upper class section of the city. She has never known loss, as her parents simply retired. And is secure in her life and job.

She can hit a moving target from extreme distances, having learnt to allow for the inaccurate trajectory of long range.

BACKSTORY: his sister Zavaa was taken from him a few years ago, and after months of coding, he found her. Working for his enemies. He fears that one day - she will discover him too.

APPEARANCE:

PERSONALITY: with her elegant, refined appearance, Tiana fits the role of an upper class woman easily. She works in the main foyer, as a receptionist. Nothing is off limits to her. She is cunning and secretive, able to seemingly adopt several personalities and blend into her surroundings with ease.

BACKSTORY: from a young age she began the track of learning what a Techie would learn, under the same instruction as Decan - who she communicates with directly. Eventually she worked her way up into the main supreme office - and is now the Outriders main source of information.

WEAPON/SKILLS: in the picture is her gun. She has all the skills of a Techie, as well as a master of disguise and lies. She manipulates with ease.

He carries no weapon, but knows how to fight, in case he needs to reach a patient in the middle of a brawl.

BACKSTORY: he was raised a breacher, through and through, his parents ran the black market before him, until they got caught, now he is at more cautious.

Master at strategy - and organisation , often the reason patrols escape unscathed. His timing is almost perfect.

PERSONALITY: Vivian is your typical badass. She is the one who comes up with the most brilliant plans regarding air tactics - and is easily the best pilot the supreme have. She flirty, charming, but also possesses a mean, dominating streak. Under no circumstances does anyone but the high supreme order her around.

BACKSTORY: as a child - Vivian was obsessed with the high tech fighter jets that the supreme enforcers flew. So it was no wonder, that when she turned eighteen, she joined their forces, and rose quickly through the ranks - becomes one of the most talented fliers known in recent history. She takes care of her two siblings, as her mother never cared about them once their father left.
