"This is a bad idea" I voiced my thoughts, watching Chris and Piper.

I didn't ask how he got it (as I knew he was going to avoid answering me as of lately) but he had a Valkyrie's necklace. Those were hard to get by and I didn't want to imagine what he did for it

"Easy, Bree" Chris soothed, giving me a reassuring look, "She's gonna be okay"

My hand went to my necklace, rubbing it slightly between my fingers in a soothing motion to myself, "That's not what I meant"

Even if Piper's memory was wiped, there was still surrounding her a small pang of heartbreak. It prickled the back of my head, making me remember she still missed Leo even if he did something to her so she wouldn't dwell on it. 

Piper looked between us, "You two bicker like siblings"

I rolled my eyes sighing. "Don't remind me"

Chris gave me a look before turning to Piper, placing the Valkyrie's necklace around her neck "Just remember everything I told you and you'll be fine, okay?"

The necklace glowed turning Piper into a Valkyrie making me grimace at the revealing clothing she now wore. 

Phoebe and Paige orbed in

"Okay, we got the..." Phoebe trailed off, seeing her sister, eyes widening "Oh my god, what did you do to Piper?"

"A stupid idea Chris cooked" I perked up from where i was sitting with my legs crossed in an indian position at the feet of the coach, Oscar still with me, sleeping with his head on my lap. "She is a Valkyrie now"

"I convinced her she's one too, actually" Chris added, giving me a look "Not a bad idea and it wasn't that hard really, considering the fact that her mind is basically a blank"

"I kinda agree" Paige pointed at me "But why?"

"Because you might need the power of three to get Leo out of Valhalla" Chris replied "And this is the only way you'll get her in Valhalla"

Phoebe tilted her head aside "Well, if Piper ever gets her memory back, she's gonna kill you"

"Why?" Chris asked

"Because she hates wearing those costumes as much as we do" Phoebe answered 

Paige agreed "Mm-hmm"

Chris grimaced sarcastically "Yeah, well, in that case, you're gonna kill me too" He said holding up two more Valkyrie necklaces. 

Paige's eyes widened

"This is bound to backfire" I murmured, scratching Oscar's head "Since when something in this family goes out as planned on the first try?"

 I was petting Oscar when I halted in my place, breath hitching in my throat, hand gripping my silver necklace tightly -the one who anchored me to my human side (gift from one of my aunts)- as a numbing feeling creeped upon me. 

Oscar whined, licking my hands tryng to bring me back, barking. My hand flew to my chest. "Chris!" I yelled, tears welling up in my eyes "Chris!"

Chris orbed to my side immediately, kneeling down in front of me worriedly, "God, Parker. What's wrong?" he held me close, arms around my shoulders

"Piper" I gasped out. "Her heart's breaking. I am losing her emotionally"

Chris grabbed the sides of my face, bringing up my face to meet his, "Breath, PB. Detach yourself. Do it" he instructed, "You've been taught this. If they fall, you cannot fall with them. What did your parents teach you? Keep a limit. This is it"

I took a deep breath, eyes instantly glowing a hue misty pink before it faded completely "She's gone. I-I can't feel her" I said quietly

"Did you detach yourself from her feelings in time?" Chris met my eyes seriously. 

My teary eyes met his "Yes"

Chris and I looked up when a swirl of blue lights appeared in the living room. Paige, Phoebe and Leo appearing

A sigh of relief left my lips seeing Leo back but Piper wasn't with them. I needed to know what that 'emotionally gone' feeling I got meant.

Chris stood up from my side, dropping his arm from my around shoulders, "You were taking so long. We were getting worried, after Bree's powers sensed something wrong with Piper...." He trailed off, looking between frowning, "Speaking of which. Where's she?"

Leo's expression turned enraged as he looked at Chris, "You son of a bitch!" He shouted, punching Chris in the face, pushing him against the wall

"Leo!" My eyes widened, sprinting to my feet and stopping right besides them, "Don't"

Leo glared at me before looking at Chris, "Why'd you do it?"

Chris looked at him wide eyed, "Do what?"

Leo threw him across the room

"Leo, stop it!" Paige exclaimed.

Chris started to orb away but Leo grabbed him mid-orbing and threw him across the room toward a cabinet, destroying it 

I jumped in front of Chris, raising a hand up and creating a force-field around us, "Stop!"

"Leo, enough!" Phoebe shouted, "This hostilty is killing me"

"What is wrong with you?"Paige asked, wide eyed "You been playing Gladiator too long?"

I didn't lower my guard, still with my shield up as Leo turned to face Chris from over my shoulder. 

Chris slowly stood up, staying behind me

"You didn't tell them did you?" Leo glared at him

"Tell us what?" Phoebe asked confused, looking at Chris

Chris didn't answer

"That he was the last one to see me" Leo said as Chris stayed quiet "Right afterwards I was mysteriously trapped in Valhalla"

Chris walked around me, "Oh, so what, that makes me responsible?" I grabbed his shoulder and pushed him back, toward the safety of my force shield "Is that what you're saying?"

"Okay" Paige frowned "Why would Chris do that?"

"Why else?" Leo asked sarcastically "To get rid of me."

Paige shook her head "That doesn't make sense."

"Doesn't it?" Leo asked rethorically "He manipulated things so I could become an Elder. Forced me out of the house, didn't he?"

"He didn't force you" I defended Chris, shooting a frown at Leo, "You were meant to become one to save the world. In our future you're an Elder too"

Chris placed an arm in my shoulder to calm down. There goes my happiness that he was back 

"Alright, Leo, I know how upset you are" Phoebe told him. "And by know, I mean I literally know. But you're way off base here. Chris has been the model Whitelighter since you've been gone. He's done nothing but good"

I looked at Phoebe grateful for defending Chris. 

"He's sent us after so many demons, if anything, he's been too good" Paige added

"He's the reason we were able to save you" Phoebe told Leo. 

Chris looked slightly sarcastic, "You're welcome"

Leo, still looked unconvinved, "Where'd you get the pendants?"

"Leo!" Phoebe chastised

Leo raised his arms in defeat, "Alright. Alright. I'll let it go for now"

Phoebe nodded, before looking at me "Bree? You can relax and drop that thing" She gestured at my shield. I eyed Leo pursing my lips. 

Leo looked away, sighing "Where's Wyatt? Can I see him?"

I blinked, relaxing my muscles and lowering my shield with the action. 

Paige smiled slighlty at me reassuringly before looking at Leo "No, you can't, he's staying with Sheila until we can figure out how to rescue Piper"

"Which is gonna be hard because she doesn't want to be saved" Phoebe told us

I looked at her shocked. Oh, so that's what 'Emotionally Gone' meant! 

"Well, if we're gonna save her, it's gonna have to be as witches, not as Valkyries" Paige said pulling of the Valkyrie's necklace out of her neck. Phoebe following suit. Their outfits turned back to normal."Book of Shadows?"

"Got it" Phoebe replied, following her sister upstairs. 

I eyed Leo cautiously, walking out of the living room, toward where I left Oscar.

At least he didn't make my head go nuts.
