Also I changed up his backstory a bit to better fit in with Re Zero.

Long before the Great Calamity there was a great kingdom known as Lyndell under the rule of Queen Marika and King Godfrey.

You were their son.

Unfortunately you were born as an Omen, a species born with many tumors and horns that were looked down upon.

While on the surface Lyndell appeared to be a prosporus kingdom, below there were catacombs where Omen were imprisoned.

Even you, though you were royalty.

For a very long time you were locked away watching other Omen perish until you were the only one left.

Then the Calamity hit, Satella the Witch of Envy went on a rampage and within a matter of a few hours the once great kingdom was brought down.

Fortunately for you, due to you being locked away underground, you were spared and escaped to the surface.

You gazed upon the Ruins of the kingdom that could have been yours and despite all the pain and anguish it's people had put you through you felt a deep sadness.

As the last Omen you were left purposeless and simply wandered the land in the hopes of finding a purpose.

Soon you became an urban legend with many stories of you being told and spreading across the land.

You had secretly been hoping to find others of your kind, but no, you were truly the last which only increased the feeling of loneliness in your heart.

There was truly no reason for your existence.
