Journey to the Savage Planet x Male Reader:

Plot:
You were the lucky(unfortunate) candidate sent off deep into the farthest reaches of the galaxy to look for a new planet for humanity to colonize.

You were not thrilled about this.

You were stuck on a ship with a TV that mostly played obnoxious ads with nothing to eat but Grog a weird spray-can food and the planet...oh God the planet.

You didn't even volunteer, you were just selected and you literally could not afford to refuse so here you were.

On a savage planet with savage creatures and savage plants.

Yeah, the foliage is more alive here than the ones on earth and some of them are carnivorus.

Unfortunately you need to go out and study the planet and that means facing all it's dangers.

The only comfort you have is your robotic assistant who provides emotional support through this rough time.

Hopefully once you'll be able to go home soon.

Now I know what you're thinking.

"Why doesn't she just go out and study the planet?"

Because the company that you're working for made it so only she can pilot the ship across space and with how Savage the inhabitants are she could end up becoming scrap leaving you strandad.

They're fine with you dying though.

Whisper is kind and understanding and provides the comfort you need on this place.

She's basically the only thing keeping you sane for now.

She is clearly smarter and capable of understanding emotions far better than most robots and that is something you're thankful for.

Eventually this cute little bot will develop feelings for you through hanging out and watching the horrible commercials.

Silica:
Silica is not her name, it's just one you gave her.

She is a native to the planet you're on and more intelligent than most of the others here.

She got curious when she saw you going around and scanning everything.

She wanted to learn more about you and so began silently stalking you from the shadows making you more uneasy on this planet than you already were.

Eventually she snuck into your ship and after a few shenanigans she ended up becoming your second companion.

As stated before, she's quite curious and eager to learn which results in the ship malfunctioning at certain points.

You don't mind though and she can actually accompany you on your expeditions.

Silica soon began wanting you as a mate and she has no concept of personal space.
