Steven Universe: The Indigo Disk (SU Harem x Male Terapagos Reader)

Plot:
Many years ago, Pink Diamond arrived on Earth and established her own colony.

A Kindergarten was also established to harvest Earth's resources and create new Gems soldiers.

However, deep beneath the Kindergarten there was a cluster of naturally forming jewels know as "Tera Crystals."

Tera Crystals were gems that held elemental energy.

The activity in the Kindergarten and the odd elemental energy of the Tera Crystals caused something strange to happen.

After the Crystal Gems rebelled and saved Earth from homeworld, the Tera Crystals beneath the Kindergarten formed into a complete living gem.

You:

This gem was you, and you were a weird baby turtle with a crystal shell and other crystal parts.

When you woke up and managed to dig your way to the surface you gazed around at the abandoned Kindergarten and began wandering the earth.

Over time you learned and grew and eventually you discovered you could manipulate your form and decided to take on a new one.

Your new form:

In addition to your new form you also gained a shield, a shield that could help you harness the natural elemental energy that resided within you.

For a few more years, you simply wandered the world in this new form using your elemental powers to traverse land sea and sky.

Eventually you found yourself in a small town known as "Beach City."

You explored the small town and were surprised by how nice the people were and accepting of your rather strange appearance.

After a short while you heard a commotion down by the Beach and decided to investigate.

There you found a group of oddly colored women and a child fighting off some kind of creature.

The creature was fast and agile which made fighting it off difficult and so you decided to lend a hand.

You managed to help them beat the Monster and it vanished leaving behind a gem.

The gem was then promptly placed inside an odd bubble and warped away somewhere.

Once that was dealt with you introduced yourself to the group.

You were immediately questioned and interrogated by the women named Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl, well just Garnet and Pearl, Amethyst was pretty relaxed.

The boy named Steven was quite nice and got them to ease up on you.

Though they were all cautious of you, especially Pearl, you did help them and so Steven offered you a place to live in their temple home.

Honestly, the idea of settling down in a permanent home was something you never considered, it was a nice thought however.

You were rather lonely, you never really made friends due to not staying in one place for too long.

So you accepted his offer much to Pearl's outrage.

Honestly seeing Pearl scream and freak out is one of your favorite things ever, very entertaining.

So you became a member of the Crystal Gems, helped them out and learned about Gems as a whole.

How will you affect the story?

Powers:
Your main weapon is your shield which is shaped like a Turtle shell.

Normally it's blank, but upon activating your ability it will glow and begin flashing and cycling through 18 symbols.

The symbols:

Each symbol is a type or Element.

Bug, Grass, Fairy, Normal, Dragon, Psychic, Ghost, Ground, Steel, Fire, Flying, Ice, Electric, Rock, Dark, Water, Fighting and Poison.

The shield will stop on a random element and you'll gain access to various moves and attacks of that type and gain it's strengths and weaknesses.

For example, if Jasper were to be typed, she'd most likely be a Fighting Type.

So if you end up with Rock, your attacks won't hurt her that much, but her attacks will hurt you more than they normally would.

However, if you had Psychic her attacks wouldn't hurt you that much and your own attacks will hit her extra hard.

Lapis would obviously be a water type so if you were electric your moves and attacks would be extremely devestating against her.

Once you sustained enough damage or a certain amount of time has passed or you choose to exit the type you are for 24 hours you can't access any types at all.

Once again, you cannot control the type you become after those 24 hours, so if you're in a bad match up...good luck.

Eventually though, you will gain access to your ultimate Terastalized form.

Your Terastalized Form:

In this form you gain access to every single move and you become Typless.

No strengths, no weaknesses.

Though using this form does tire you out to the extent you revert back to your baby form and can't do anything.

How you access this form will be by finding an absorbing the other Tera Gems that were created when the Diamond's corrupting light infected a few Tera Crystals.

However, unlike you they were permanently stuck as one type.

They were also mindless and craved destruction.

You'll need to take them down and absorb them and once they're absorbed you will gain access to stronger moves of their type.

Each of these Tera Beasts will be a Mono-Type Pokemon and they'll only have access to moves of that type cause that just makes sense.
