Reader Info:
Your name is (Y/N) and you hail from a distant land known as "Kalos" and have arrived in the land Hisui.

Why have you come to this far-away land?

The answer to that is simple, you recently had a dream, a dream in which the Legendary God of Pokemon himself, Arceus spoke to you.

He instructed you to travel to the Land of Kitakami and encounter every Pokemon from Region.

He also instructed you to do it alone and bring your own Pokemon.

Now, you were an Inventor and believed in progress and technology.

Why would you listen to a dream?

Well, you live in a world with Pokemon capable of doing incredible things.

So it wouldn't be too hard to believe God contacted you.

In addition to that you also woke up holding a new device.

The Arc Phone:

It was far more advanced than anything in Kalos at the time, and since you were holding it directly after waking up gave that dream more credibility.

Besides, you always wanted to travel and so you packed up your things as well as 3 of your Pokemon.

They weren't the best Pokemon...at least not yet, but they'd be enough and eventually they'd grow stronger.

You also brought along an odd stone your mother gave you before she died.

You don't know why your mother gave it to you, but since she gave it to you, it was the most precious thing you owned.

You left Kalos and set off to Hisui.

You wouldn't be missed that much in Kalos, you didnt really have friends.

You were just a humble inventor who spent most of his days locked away, building all types of devices.

Which just made you question why Arceus asked you to go to Hisui and not an experienced Trainer.

You hope that once you accomplish the task Arceus will give you more answers.

When you arrived in Paldea you were in awe of it's beauty.

It was certainly different from the Industrialized Kalos, and while you loved your old home, this wasn't too bad.

Eventually, while finding a place to settle down and camp you ran into a gentleman named Professor Laventon.

Professor Laventon:

He was friendly and welcoming and you both spent a good amount of time talking.

Instead of telling him the real reason you were here, cause you know you'd sound crazy, you instead told him you were simply a traveler and needed a place to stay.

So he took you back to his village to help you get settled in.

From there things developed into a big adventure for you, Bandits after your Pokemon and stone, conflict between 2 clans and tears in time and space and the threat of Death.

All you can do now is hope you don't die.
